This was supposedly wide, and when I put them on, they were extremely tight. I thought at first they just needed breaking in, but the pain they caused my feet was unbelievable. I have not put them on again since, so maybe they will be better the second time around. But be warned that if you usually get a W for your feet, go to the WW on these.

Way too snug - I wear a 10W and need some good basics to wear to the office that won't kill my feet. I read the reviews a majority of which indicated "true to size, true to width". I disagree on both counts. These were short from toe to heel and they immediately made my toes pile up one on top of the other. Am exchanging for a 10WW, will see how that goes. Nice looking, excellent price.

The bottom, exterior of the shoe was super slick and lacked grip when I first received the shoes but after a cautious day of wear they wore and developed grip right where needed. Very comfortable shoe and a perfect fit otherwise. Quality! And timeless style, of course.

I was looking for the cutest black pumps I can get away with wearing at work while still maintaining a conservative look and these made the list of pumps I was considering. At first I was kind of wary because in the photo they look wider than most heels and they almost even look kind of "grandma-ish", but they were the cheapest of the black pumps I was deciding between so I decided to give them a shot. I received them the same day they were shipped (I don't know how Zappos does it) and I must say, I am pleasantly surprised! These pumps are much cuter in person. If you're looking for a cute-yet-conservative black pump without spending a lot of money, these are definitely the ones to get! And they're definitely one of the most comfortable heels I own. I usually wear either a 6.5 or a 7 depending on the brand and style of the shoe. I went with a 6.5 for this shoe and they fit extremely well. I also usually have a problem with my left heel slipping out of pumps because my left foot is just slightly smaller than my right foot, but I don't have a problem with these at all. I would definitely recommend getting these!

Best investment I've ever made on heels! They go great with a suit and they are extremely comfy to wear! They are true to size and would recommend to anyone looking for a business heel that's comfortable to wear the whole day! A must buy!

I bought these in black, brown, and rice (taupe). I love them. I wear them every day. They're super comfortable, and I love the wide fit. The heel's not too high.

I received my shoes today, and they fit me quite well. I like these shoes a lot, great silhouette, good heel height that's just right for pants or skirt, and it seems pretty comfortable. I will be wearing these to the office a lot!

I have had five pairs of this shoe in various colors. They are great for work, I am a trainer for my employer and often stand all day, but must look professional) and excellent for the price. I recently ordered three pair (in three colors), and found that one of the shoes had a bump embedded under the sole at the ball of the foot. This is the first problem I have ever had with a Zappos shoe. I called Zappos and was immediately sent a replacement pair by express mail. I will keep buying these terrific LifeStride pumps from Zappos as long as Zappos carries them. Zappos rocks!

I purchased this in 7 WW. I usually wear 7.5 WW. I found that the 7.5 wide was not wide enough. Bought this for a wedding and they are nice simple black pumps that isn't too high or too low.

Absolutely amazingly comfortable shoe. I was at first a bit worried that they would look like granny heels, but not at all. Really nice looking with slacks and skirts. Small heel, so you can wear it all day long in the office (without needing foot breaks) and they are very good at handling different terrain e.g. marble, asphalt, tile, etc. Good buy. Good price.

We were so very pleased with both the product and service we received from Zappos. The shoes were amazing and my daughter fell in love with them. These shoes are a little long. I normally wear an 11 WW and these will need a heel pad or something to keep from coming off. I wore them to work so I won't be returning them. They look very nice and are comfortable otherwise.

These are comfortable basic heels. Not too high and will go with many outfits. They are a bit longer that the size indicates, so my feet slide forward, but that can be fixed with some insersts in the shoe. Comfortable to stand in.

These shoes are fabulous and the 8WW fit my 8EE feet perfectly, and for heels they're incredibly comfortable. I feel terrifically lucky to have found these after months of searching for nice, classic pumps in my size.

On my feet for hours and these worked! I ordered these in October and wore the heel down by March, but that's because I am on my feet constantly. I also ordered a half size too small by mistake, but that made it only slightly uncomfortable. As a plain, simple, reasonably priced shoe they were wonderful.

Really good, basic shoe. I got this shoe to wear for the military. It is very plain and standard, exactly what it needed to be. I have an extremely wide foot that hurts in almost any shoe, however this one is much more bearable than most, especially to walk in for any length of time. I would certainly recommend it.

Not a stylish shoe, but comfortable - Sometimes you can find a comfortable shoe that is also stylish, this isn't one of them. While I recommend this shoe, if comfort is your MAIN goal, I do not recommend them. They were a little tight on my toes, but I think that was just me.

A classy looking pump for women - LifeStide makes a great ladies pump with an excellent choice in colors for any occasion. It is wonderful that they come in a wider size. I wish the shoe had a rubber sole because they are somewhat slippery on carpeting when taken out of the box. However, this is easy to fix because all you need to do is rub them on cement outside. I'd recommend these comfortable pumps to anybody. Thanks Zappos for providing excellent customer service and such a great selection of name brands. How can I not mention the free delivery service...I cannot thank you enough.

Perfect for what I needed - I needed a basic black pump that I could wear with a suit that was not too expensive and not uncomfortable. This shoe works perfectly. It has a great look for the price and it has the perfect height heel- not too high! I got an 8 and normally I wear between an 8 and an 8 1/2, so the shoe runs a little large.

LifeStride is a lifesaver! This is the first time I've ever ordered a pair of shoes online. I'm only 25 yrs. old and I thought this shoe may look too old but it doesn't. Very classy and perfect while I'm at work all day on my feet. Will definitely buy from Zappos again!
