I'll keep this short. I ordered Marsh and the color I received was some very dark color. Not sure what it was. Disappointed that they also look very feminine because of fur trim around the opening of the slipper. Didn't even try them on repacked and returned.

I purchased these in Nov of 2017. Like many reviews here these are super comfy and warm. I have worn these mostly indoors but will walk out on the deck or patio at times to let the dogs out. I noticed about 4-5 months ago that the rubber bottoms almost seem to have obtained a buttery consistency. Based on the many positive reviews as well as the company description that they could be worn outside, I am wondering if maybe there was a bad batch of rubber, missing some hardening agent in theses. I see people have had for 5 years on here and have bought several so the experience I have must be isolated. The soles started to imbedd with small pieces of wood from the wood stack on the deck and today i noticed that parts of the sole are just coming off.

Felt about 1/2 size too large / width is OK.
External leather looks great and is holding up well.
But, after TWO WEEKS, the internal nap/fuzz is balling up and some has come totally loose, fallen out.
Not nearly the quality I expected from Sorel - esp considering the price.
I wear several other Sorel products and am quite happy with them.
But these $70 house shoes aren't up to par at all.
Will be surprised if they last a year.

I was disappointed with this product. I’ve had them a year and the rubber soles are coming off. The heal area wore thin and is now flapping. The soles are also very ‘gummy’. Pet hair sticks to them like a magnet. I thought these were nice when I got them, but a $70 Slipper should last more than a year.

Not for me, foot comes out of slipper and rubs heel with every step. I prefer slippers with a full heel so my foot stays in, or no heel so food doesn't rub. Stylish, so okay in that respect.

The thing about these is that they really smell due to the sheepskin lining absorbing foot smells.

I absolutely love these shoes too but they are slowly coming apart thread by thread like the L.B. Evans order. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I became dissatisfied within the past month.I have been taking meticulous care of these shoes too but I would have not thought they would begin breaking down this soon. Also the sole on the left heel is slowly detaching from the shoe.

Great...BUT! I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loved them, except for the fact that 3 weeks after wearing them the inside fleece liner has totally rubbed away in certain areas. Very disappointing for the $60 spent on them! I'm going to see what Zappos will do.

These are comfortable and nice looking slippers, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately after only a few hours of wear I noticed the faux shearling lining was balling up and coming off. Now after about 2 weeks of wearing these around the house there are bare spots around the heel. Every day more and more of the lining balls up and comes off so I'm not sure how long these will last. Kind of disappointing given that these aren't exactly cheap. They seem to be very cheaply made. I would not recommend these.

I loved these slippers for the first 3 months I owned them. I wore them typically in the mornings for about an hour and occasionally on the weekends around the house. They were plush, durable and stylish. Unfortunately, at around the 3 month mark, I started finding chunks of the lining all over my house as the slippers began to literally fall apart. Additionally, they make your feet sweat when you wear them and over time they acquired a very unpleasant odor (and this is coming from a very hygienic individual). I wouldn't recommend these slippers at all. Looks like it's back to LL Bean.

These are, by far, the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned but they unfortunately came with one major downside. Slippers I've had in the past have lasted years—this pair of Sorel slippers only lasted about 9 months before the tread started crumbling apart. At the 1-year mark it began peeling off the bottom and curling underneath making it feel like I was walking on lumps.
I called Zappos to see is they were under any sort of warranty but Zappos policy only went 90 days, I believe, so they suggested calling the manufacturer because they have a 1-year warranty. But, not being able to find my receipt I did not find anyone to be helpful to assist with a replacement, or even a replacement at a discounted price.
Sorry Sorel. Great feeling slipper, less than stellar branding.

Everything was great with these slippers until I took them out of my closet for the oncoming cold weather. The crepe soles on both slippers has become sticky. I bought them just about 2 years ago. I tried washing them with soap and when that had no effect I tried mineral spirits. At this point I have found no solution and feel I will have to replace them. Disappointing.

What a disappointment. The quality of these is not what I expect from Sorel. Receiver as a Christmas gift; they looked used out of the box. The fur liner falls out in clumps daily; the footbed liner is peeling off as well. I typically swear by Sorel...but not these slippers.

I normally wear women's sizes 9.5 or 10 WW. I ordered a man's size 8 to get the width I need. I loved this slipper EXCEPT that the tag in the bottom of the shoe irritates my heels. Makes an otherwise nice slipper to an unwearable slipper.

They were perfect the first week. Started to stretch out the second week and now in the third week there slap wore out. I only wear them an hour ago a day tops.

The slippers seemed - used. Not the quality I was expecting for the price and there was factory glue or something on the top of one slipper. Plus ordered a 1/2 size up and was still 1 size small.

Horrible! I was so dissatisfied with the quality control issues I contacted Sorel directly. (No telephone number to speak with someone, though, and had to leave an email-which furthers my poor impression of this company). Within a few hours the "wool-blend" was coming loose in pieces and the inside structure of the shoe was visible. Apparently, their "lining" is a loose (low-quality, not too warm) acrylic/ wool that is just stuck on with glue. The top stitching on the pair was asymmetrical and overall the comfort level (arch support/ etc) was low. First time trying Sorel-and based on this experience I will NOT be a repeat customer. Thank you Zappos for a hassle free return of "defective" merchandise. I WILL be returning to YOU. Loyal VIP
