Next day delivery was superb. Unfortunately, I ordered size 7, 1/2-size smaller than my usual 7 1/2, and they are too big in the heal and toe. I would love to exchange these for a 6 1/2 but that size is not in stock. Back to square one in my hunt for a good hiking boot. Why is it so hard to find women's hiking boots in the stores?! Those darn sexist shoe stores. Thank you Zappos for providing free shipping on orders and returns.

this was probably my fault, but I wore these all day at a music festival, and my big toe was numb by the end of the day and it has been a week and it is still numb. I also got blisters, but they are still new so I expected that

These are genuine Timberlands and I LOVE them... I usually wear size 8, but only size 7.5 was available, which was about a 1/2 size to large and probably a 7 would be the best fit for me. But I'm keeping these because they were last pair in stock. They are a little hard, but from the reviews after you wear them a bit they will soften up. Thank you Zappos for fast shipping and selling the real deal! You guys are the best online shopping experience. Always great! Thank you.

To be perfectly honest, I bought these Timberlands for the style. When I go on ski vacations, I always end up wearing Uggs or more dressy boots, so I needed to find an in-between style. I LOVE these! Zappos was completely sold out except for a size 6/ Wide Width. I am a TTS 7 and definitely a Medium Width foot with a high arch. The Timberlands in size 6 fit perfectly, so these RUN A FULL SIZE BIG. They feel fairly comfortable - they're not very cushioned, but the industrial feel kind of goes with the industrial look. They seem to rub a tiny bit on my heel, so hopefully wearing for a long time won't cause blisters. I probably just need to wear them in. I look forward to wearing them on an upcoming ski trip to Utah!

Order a size smaller than you normally would! I went a full size down, very stiff at first and hard to work in, but definitely stretch to accommodate your feet over time! Love them! Shoes run 1.5 sizes too big! Wish I would've known that but will be buying my size again shortly.

These shoes were so cute, but I ordered a half size up to get a comfortable boot. The only problem was that I didn't order the boot according to the width of my foot. When I tried the shoe out it was too tight in my foot causing pain. Thus, causing me to return it. Check the sizing chart to pick the correct boot so you don't have to go through the hassle of returning.

I absolutely love these boots! They literally came 48 hours after I purchased them which was amazing! Perfect for fall/winter. I normally wear a 9.5 but bought the very last 8.5 and thankfully they fit perfectly. Easily my new favorite shoe. Great service per usual.

I wear a 9 1/2; ordered these in a 9 and they fit perfect. Great for when it's too much snow out and don't want to mess up your Uggs. Looks great in skinny jeans, flare jeans, leggings, and yoga pants. You should definitely buy a pair of Timberlands - needs to be a part of everybody's boot wear.

Definitely recommend investing in a pair! Very weather-poof, best investment for very durable pair of boots. Won't let you down!

Well I haven't wore the boots out yet but I have tried them on and I love them. I wear a 9 1/2 and a few guys told me they run big so I got a 9 and they still have a little room to wiggle my feet. They're very sturdy and look great with yoga pants and flare jeans.

These are adorable, but too uncomfortable to be real work boots. They are narrow and squish my forefoot (and I have narrow feet). There is absolutely no arch support. They also have that heavy, tied-around-your-ankle feeling, where you never forget you have boots on. I love Timberland but the hiking boot styles (Chocura, White Ledge, Flume) are better if you want to actually work in them.

Sturdy, non fussy, waterproof shoes that'll make you walk faster and more confident through the streets or through the woods. I'm an 8-8.5 length wise but I normally wear a size 9 because I have wider feet. One caveat is 9s leave too much space between my toes and the tip of the shoe and I look like I have big feet for a girl my size. I bought the 8.5 in Wide thinking it might be too big but they fit me well with a good wiggle room at the toes. It's waterproof so you can't open up the tongue all the way (and people complain about not being able to get their feet in, but I was able to get mine in just fine, with my very wide feet), and I imagine that it'll become easier with wear. Overall, a great buy for this pricey boot. Comfortable and cozy for the winter! Note, I live in snowy Chicago and will use these to trudge through the snow.
