Long and narrow - My normal size six felt like a seven, way too big to wear. The toe bed is pretty pointy and toe pinching...also; the wide felt more like a B width. I was so sad because they are gorgeous!

Perfect Pewter Patent Pump - Darling shoe... Beautiful shade of gray patent leather. Love the way this shoe fits.

Pretty but painful - I bought the dark burgundy. I thought the color was very pretty and more interesting than black or brown. Most of the fit was good (I bought 1/2 size smaller than my normal 10); however, since I have a slightly high arch, the vamp styling cut into the top of my foot at the outer portion of each shoe. I'm a runner and will not sacrifice my toes for style.

COLOR ALERT! "Dark Burgundy" is more like cherry red! I love this shoe. It feels very comfortable in a 10 Wide. However, I was looking for an understated color and thought "Dark Burgundy" sounded good. It is a great color, but it's NOT subtle - it's a bright, shiny, cherry color. The photo (at least on my monitor) is very far off.

They’re going back ... I like the look of this shoe and the heel height is great, BUT ... the heel is stacked instead of covered with patent leather, which looks a little cheap. If the shoe came in plain leather that would be ok. Sofft runs wide and short - I wear size 11 so although I was able to order a narrow, there is no half size up for me. Gotta send 'em back :-(

Beautiful shoe, but not comfortable - The pewter is gorgeous, would be perfect with black, grey, navy, red. The cutouts at the toe are a little too big, a little too long, caused some pressure and pinching when walking. Warning: the heel is quite high! I thought that the platform would relieve some of the heel height -- it's not really a platform, and the heel is HIGH. I had to return them, but hated doing it, because the shoe is beautiful to look at.

Beautiful but tight! This is a gorgeous shoe...but it felt a little small. I'm taking it to my local "shoe doctor", and perhaps he can stretch it out a little. It might have also been the time of day I tried the shoe on. It sounds crazy, but it's too pretty for me to give up on it yet!

So cute, but... ...they are a little narrow. After reading reviews I ordered a wide width in a size 8. Yes, I do have a bit of a wide foot and normally wear a 7 1/2. The shoe is soo adorable; however, it cuts into the side of my foot. I did not have a problem with my toes pinching due to a narrow foot bed as other reviewers did. I like the thick padding in the shoe, but I do think that is why the shoe is cutting the side of my foot. I am undecided if I will be sending these back because I don't know if the shoe will stretch or not. Definitely a good looking shoe.

Sofft Gabriella black patent shoes - I have Sofft mules (the Langston) which is one of the most comfortable shoes that I own. However, these Gabriella shoes hurt from the minute I put them on even though they are a pretty shoe. With the thick padding in the shoe it raises my foot up so much that in the toe box there is not enough room for my toes to fit comfortably. I have medium sized feet and even my toes were coming out of the cutouts in the front of the shoe. This was a disappointment as I was so looking forward to getting a nice dress patent leather shoe. Back they go! I hope that Sofft can design dress shoes that don't hurt the feet. Sofft also needs to be more consistent in designing how shoes fit so that if you wear one style of their shoes then you know they will fit you in another style. Right now that's not happening.

Tight toe-box - This is a beautiful, elegant-looking shoe. Very comfortable for the heel height. However, the toe-box is quite narrow, too narrow for (my) comfort, but the shoe is so lovely I am keeping it. I am hoping it will stretch as I wear.

Very cute, but not comfortable - Love the look, hate the fact that the cut outs are sharp and poke your toes.

Must have narrow toes - Like many other reviewers, I LOVED the look of this shoe and couldn't wait to get mine from UPS. I have very "normal" sized feet (a standard 9 off the rack) and did not assume I'd have the issues that many other reviewers experienced with tightness and cramping. Unfortunately, these shoes just didn't fit. The length and width were absolutely fine, and the shoe was very nice looking, but my toes were so cramped together that I couldn't even consider keeping the shoes. I am very disappointed that the toe area is so narrow--it doesn't seem to have the same proportion as the rest of the shoe. I would say that this shoe would be perfect for someone with narrow toes, but nobody else. Too bad.

Just so-so - I really did not find these very comfortable at all. They are a great greyish-silver color and they are super cute, but even in a wide, they squished my feet.

Narrow toe box - Not nearly as comfortable as other Sofft shoes I have. The toe box is narrow, and even though I ordered it in wide, this shoe really pinched. I couldn't wait to take them off at the end of the day. I'm hoping they will feel better after a couple more wearings, but I'm not optimistic.

Love the look, but - Not as comfy as other Sofft’s. The cutout patent leather means hard holes putting pressure around my squished toes. Still love the look, but not even close to fitting.

Thought these would work, but... Loved my other Sofft purchases, but this one just didn't cut it. Cute shoe online, but way too much "toe cleavage" to look professional. Also, I got 3 blisters just wearing them to a dinner party. Not as comfortable as other Sofft styles. Will keep looking...

Wish I could wear them! First of all, let me say I have issues with wearing heels. I have the Calypso and it's a great shoe. I found these Gabriela’s in RED and fell in love. The shoe itself was VERY comfortable. I wore them to my company Christmas party and even wore them for a few minutes of dancing! But unfortunately, my back didn't like the heel height (it's a bit higher than I've worn in years) and I'm afraid I'm going to have to get rid of them. I did find the size to be slightly small. I ordered the 12 (normally an 11) and had to put in heel inserts, but I knew the 11 would be too small. If you can WEAR heels, these are great! I just wish I could.

Hopeful, but a little disappointed - I purchased both the 9.5 M and W shoes to ensure that I would get a good/comfortable fit, but neither really worked out for me. I was extremely hopeful that I had finally found the perfect, pretty work shoe... but alas, I think my search is still on. The M was a too tight around the ball of my foot and with the thick patent leather, not prone to stretch, and the W was way too big around the heel. I shoe note that I have triangle shaped feet... so the fit problem may just be something I will experience. A friend, with more normal feet, loves hers.

Looks great, doesn't feel great - This is a beautiful, dressy shoe. However, the toe cutouts just aren't comfortable. I have been trying to decide whether to keep the shoe and unfortunately, I am going to return it.

These shoes in the pewter are gorgeous but I didn't last 5 seconds in these shoes much less 5 minutes. They were tight across the toe box even though the shoe itself was wide enough and they pinched on the sides at the seam. I was so hoping that these would work.

Sofft's Gabriela - I ordered a 6.5 W after reading other reviews on this shoe. It is a gorgeous shoe but after less than an hour walking on carpet, the sides started to cut into my foot and my toes started to hurt. The toe box is very small. I normally wear a size 6.5 -7M and love heels. For this price, I expect to have a comfortable shoe with no issues. Had to return.

So uncomfortable in every way. A fantastic looking shoe, but so uncomfortable even after having them stretched for days. Perhaps the leather is just too unforgiving. Can only wear them for short intervals.

I've never been in so much pain! These shoes are so beautiful, yet so painful! Every edge of the shoe (and there are many of them with the cutouts) chafe. The patent leather as well as the stitchings on the edges are so stiff and rough that my feet are covered in blisters. I bought pewter and red in 9W. Even though I've gotten many compliments on the stylishness of the shoes, I will be returning both of them.

So pretty, but ouch! This shoe is very attractive but I don't recommend for anyone with a wide foot. Even the wide width pinches my toes. Sadly they are going back.
