I Love ZAPPOS!! Could not have been happier with my order...Great boots, was not supposed to deliver for 2 days, but received next day!

New grey Uggs - My granddaughter added these at the last minute for Christmas. I immediately went to your site and found them. She loves them has worn them every day since Christmas. Your site is awesome.

<3 Zappos - I absolutely love working with Zappos. I purchased Hunter boots and hated them. The return was free, speedy, and because I chose to keep the refund as a store credit, they shipped my Uggs for FREE, next day air! Amazing! These boots are warm, ADORABLE, and comfortable. You just can't go wrong with these. Beware, however, that the fit is pretty snug. I wear 7.5, I got these in 8, and they fit perfectly, but are definitely not loose. So, be careful.

Comfy, warm, stylish. First pair of Uggs, love these boots. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and went along with what I read in the reviews and ordered a 7 since these don't come in half sizes. The 7 was very snug. I couldn't move my toes and my foot was falling asleep. I exchanged them easily through Zappos and got the 8 which fits like a glove. The boots are beautiful, very warm, and comfortable and I have had many compliments on them. After treating them with the waterproofing spray they seem to be tolerating the Illinois winter snow well. When wearing these boots I can be outside for hours at a time freezing every body part off and the only place on me that is warm is from mid-calf down. My toes never got cold. The only one downside of these beauties is that the shearling lining is so thick at the top that it is virtually impossible to wear these under boot cut pants or jeans unless you want to look like an idiot or have super wide leg jeans. I am also a little worried about how well the thin leather string that laces them up will last. So far, so good but it seems like it could be made a little heavier. Overall, great boots. I would buy another pair of Uggs. My mother liked mine so well she ordered a pair from Zappos the next day!

Nice boot but not for me - This is my first tall boot from UGG and I found this one to be a bit bulky. Could be because I am not used to the height. It is a beautifully constructed boot, with plush lining. A bit hard to get your foot into the ankle area (and my feet and ankles are thin). I wear a size 7.5 and ordered the 7 and it fit fine. It fit fine with a thin sock on, and was a bit looser barefoot. Very warm but not excessively warm. Overall a beautiful style though not for me. I exchanged for the Whitley style. Zappos Customer Service was excellent as usual. Shipped out the exchange so that I could compare the two at home and see which I like more. Isn't that great? What store do you know that lets you do that?? Zappos may not offer discount coupons but they more than make up for it with their excellent service. One of the few things that remain unchanged in today’s fast changing world of 'you pay more for less'. Thank you Zappos!!

I LOVE THESE SHOES!!!!! I absolutely love these shoes! They are very comfortable and very warm. They look great with skinny jeans tucked in. My husband says I look sexy!! I first bought a size 7, which I usually wear, but they were a little tight, but I think that is because of the shearling on the inside of the shoe. So I called Zappos and exchanged them for a size 8 and they fit great. Zappos is THE best company to purchase from. They make it so easy to buy and exchange items. I got my exchange the next day. I love Zappos.com.

The Ugg Upside - First and foremost - watch your sizing with this boot if you are used to wearing UGG's already. I own 7 pairs of Ugg's - so trust me on this! If you wear the Classic Ugg and take a size 7 - order this boot in an 8. I made the mistake of first ordering a 7 thinking it would fit like my other Ugg's but boy was I wrong. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in sneakers so for the classic Ugg's I do a 7 and for this boot an 8. First off - this boot is HOT. Not your average Ugg... I have both guy friends and girls who compliment it. Warmth is awesome as any Ugg owner would know! A little stiff initially - but as you wear the boot loosens up and it super comfy. Overall - LOVE IT!!!

Great service. These boots had to be returned for a larger size. The service representative made it extremely easy to return the boots and receive another pair almost immediately. GREAT SERVICE!!

Gorgeous boot - This UGG boot is so warm and comfortable (as usual), but it's stylish too! Personally, I hate the plain UGG boots because I think that they look like space boots, but this boot has side lacing detail and the top part of the boot is not convex like the other boots, so it is much cuter.

Comfy! I just got my Uggs today!! My first pair. The Upside is sooo cute. Very comfortable, I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfect. Toasty warm so far. My son races snowmobiles, so I hope they're warm enough to stand outside in the snow all day. Will let you know. It is a bit awkward trying to tuck my jeans into them, but oh well.

Love them! My first pair of Uggs was the classic style, but I was ready for a change! The thicker sole, metal plated UGG tag on the heel (that everyone seems to comment on), and the laces with the fold over fur definitely dressed up my idea of a pair of Ugg boots. Since I got them for Christmas a week ago, I have had compliments every time I wear them out. I highly recommend them!!

Uggs wearability - This was my second purchase of a pair of Ugg boots and as expected they are wonderfully durable comfortable and versatile with a variety outfits that take only a short while to soften up and are very comfortable, love my Uggs!!!!

Love my Ugg's - Bought these for some recent northern travel. As a Florida girl, who runs around in sandals, I needed to keep my toes warm and cozy. These boots definitely did the job. Even in single digit temperatures, with a light weight sock, my feet were toasty. Really liked the beautiful Shadow grey suede color with the silver Ugg logo on the back of the boot. Was a nice surprise to actually find a semi-attractive Ugg boot. Pricey, but worth it for function, style, and quality. And as always, Zappos service and speedy shipping is the best!

Incredible boots - I probably don't even have to say anything, based on the massive amount of positive reviews that are already out there, but these boots are amazing. Warm, comfortable, cute. They're definitely worth the price.

The Upside of UGGS! Excellent boot looks and wears very nicely! And super comfy! I normally wear a size 8.5 but ordered an 8...perfect fit! And they look great with my Michael Kors jeans!

A little snug but toasty warm! I was told by the sales rep where I bought my Sundance II Uggs that the Upside fits more like a shoe. I wear a 9 1/2 and ordered a 9. They are snug but comfortable, not tight. I am wearing them barefoot in single digit temperatures and my feet are toasty!

Warm feet warm heart - I sent these as a gift to my daughter in WA, UGG brand has been highly recommended and I wanted something to keep her warm all winter long. She absolutely loves them; they are comfortable, stylish and very warm. An excellent investment.

I brought two pairs of the uggs upside last year. The black suede & the cornrow. The are excellent. They have not lost their shade and I have worn both in rain & snow. They are in excellent condition still. Recently bought my daughter & me another of the 3/4 their new haven't seen them on web or stores found at uggs outlet. You cannot go wrong with these boots. They are so comfortable worn them all day shopping feet never got cold or hot. Like other that make your feet sweat. I've gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THEM. LOVE THEM ALL

Nice Looking and Comfortable - They are really comfortable and I love that they are not as wide in the front as the classic UGG style.

Chic and comfy - These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! They are completely lined with fur on the inside and so supportive. I wore them all day shopping around Vail, CO and I felt like I was walking on air. They are also super cute!

Heavenly UGGs - Bought these boots in size 8 for my daughter...they fit both of us and I'm a size 7! They feel heavenly and make you think you are on top of the fashion world...everyone notices UGG!
