Very comfortable socks... love them. After I received mine, my husband wanted some so I ordered them in a larger size also. My only problem is figuring out which socks they are in the laundry!

Very good quality with good cushioning and a comfortable fit in terms of size and calf elasticity (not too tight for someone with circulatory issues). One caution: the toe seams are fairly pronounced and might cause issues for those with arthritis & diabetic neuropathy like me, but I haven''t found them to be a problem with properly fitted shoes. I like that they don't have the elastic "arch support" found in some socks that squeezes the heck out of the foot and detracts from comfort rather than enhancing it.
The toe & heel do not seem to be appreciably more reinforced but it is a substantial fabric throughout to begin with. We'll see what a year's worth of use & washings brings.

Socks are well made and quite cushioned. I ordered size 15-17. They fit like they were made for 17-19. On my relatively large (size 15) feet, the socks fit quite baggy. I wish I had ordered the size smaller.

I have worn these socks for years. There is no comparable sock on the market that I know of. As I wear them out, I still use them for bed-socks and order new for typical use.

Great socks! I wear them for my mountain canyon (Runyan Canyon, if you must know) dog walks and they really add to the stability of the shoe fit. I switched from Thorlo (which also were a big upgrade from regular ol' crew socks).

These are the best athletic socks made. I have worn them for many years. They are expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. My wife is a nurse at a hospital and on her feet continuously. She says these socks make a marked difference in how her legs and feet feel at the end of a long day. Recommended highly!

I'm really happy with these socks. It is surprisingly hard to find a light gray women's cotton crew sock. I spend most of the day without shoes... (I'm a math grad student so people expect some eccentricity, and mine is very comfortable.) These are durable, comfortable, and for me, just the right weight -- not at heavy as cotton ragg socks, but thicker than other "heavyweight" crew socks I've found. I did have one with a hole on the top. I expect I'll be ordering more.
