I got the coffee colored pair, and love them - These shoes have great traction and look great. The fit is everything I ever wanted in a skater shoe, and best of all, no animals had to die to make my shoes...GO VEGAN! :-)

Van Rowley XL III - This is like walking on a cushion. Great, comfortable shoe. The fit was perfect.

Vans Rowly Xtra Light III - I had been wanting to try these shoes for a while, but with no Vans dealer near me I couldn't. Let me start this review by saying that I am biased towards Vans. The XL IIIs in my opinion are some of the best skate shoes ever made. Hear me out: They are very, very light. It is incredible, if you pick up a pair of Converse, which are nothing but thin canvas and a sole, the fully padded xl3s are lighter. Another thing is that they provide good, soft padding (which may seem a little stiff at first but then gets broken in) which makes for a comfortable shoe. The other huge advantage it has over other skate shoes is the waffle sole. It's really personal preference, but it is very, very grippy. Good control over your board. The only downside is the price but they are so worth it. One of my favorite shoes of all time.

Good sneaker - Seeing as I'm a size 13, I try to find sneakers that'll not ad to the lengthiness of my already lengthy feet. These fit the bill perfectly, and are animal friendly to boot!. I've had them just over a month and they're holding up fine. Even in the rain the faux suede doesn't get grimy or disgusting. Good fit, very comfy. They look great and I wouldn't hesitate to replace these with the same model when they wear out...a true sign of a good sneaker (or a less than imaginative wearer)

Suede = Bad - This shoes are pretty good but the suede is a pain to keep in good condition! I gave a 4 for looks because of how easily the shoe turns bad. . . . . .

Great looking shoe - The only problem I have is they are very stiff at first.

Nice Shoes - Great shoes, comfortable, size was dead-on for me. A nice shoe with a leather look, yet vegetarian friendly.

Comfy shoes that look good!!! If you want some confy shoes that look goos then pick the rowleys. THEY ARE THE STYLE!!

My boyfriend loves these shoes! I bought these shoes in brown for my boyfriend. He uses them for everyday wear and for skateboarding. He says they are comfortable and I think they look great. Zappos is a great deal!

Awesome Vegan Shoe - After my long searching I came across this Vegan Pro Skate Boarder shoe by Geoff Rowley. I am amazed at how comfortable the thick tounge feels on the feet and how the insole that the shoe came with is pretty comfy!! At last a non-leather, comfortable shoe, for a great price!!

Great shoe! I have been buying Vans for many years and I can say these are the best I've owned. Comfortable and the black/grey color make these look great with anything!

Best shoes ever! These shoes are awesome, they are very supportive compared to any other skate shoes, and they are super low profile. They are also very flexible, a great shoe for bmx, and mountain biking.

Van's Rowley- I never had a problem finding comfortable vegan shoes that I also liked until recently. It took me a while to find them, but I finally did with the Van's Rowley. I got them in brown and I think they're very comfortable and appealing to the eyes. I recommend them for those who like Rice Dream non-dairy ice cream and Fourth of July parades.

Super Comfortable!! These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Super soft, great fit and they look sweet too! I highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a comfortable, great feeling shoe that works well with anything.

Good Shoe - This shoes are the best skate shoes I have ever had. I had the xl2 so when the xl3 came out they were just as good. They have the best grip of any skate shoe I've had.

vans good, felt bad - A great shoe, definately worth but the money, but unfortunately the black felt gets worn away quickly if you skate alot. therefore you're left with a few gray patches, but its worth it because i would have to say its the most comfortable shoe i have ever owned.

Amazing shoe - The new vans XL3 is an amzing shoe I bought it for skating and it turned out to be the best skate shoe I've ever owned the comfort is amazing the look is awsome which to me truly matters b/c I care what I look like, which I hope you do too. lol. And all in all these kicks are great.

Great shoes - I've recently bought these shoes for my fiancee. He has always been very difficult to shop for since he wears a 15 and is flat footed but these have been the shoes for him. After wearing them for a bit I have not heard a single complaint from him. The suede does wear on them a bit if not careful (which my fiancee isn't) but is not bad for an animal free shoe. Vans are the way to go.

awesome shoes - The Rowley Xl3 are the best shoes I have ever had. They are comfortable, look good, really light,and are good for skating. You get them.I highly recommend buying these shoes.I got the brown ones and they are flipping sweet.

Great kicks - If you've ever had Rowley's before you'll love these. The faux leather looks great - not like true leather but who wants these to look like wingtips? Great styling and the usual vans excellent comfort. Love 'em.

These shoes are money. I can honestly say I've never owned a pair of Vans in my life before, but I couldn't resist these in white for the summer. They are amazingly comfortable and great for whatever (I don't skateboard); I played golf in them yesterday. Great shoe, great look, super comfy.

Tongue - I am a big fan of the Rowley. The only thing I felt had a different feel to it was the thick, stiff tongue. I prefer a thinner type of material for this part of the shoe.

Rowley XL III - They are great shoes. Look awesome. Only thing is you have to wear them in and they have to be a 1/2 size bigger than your foot.
