Fine for indoors - my normal shoe size is an 8 1/2. I ordered Juliet in a size 9 M. It was not avail in a W, which would be ideal for me. It is soft and plush inside. But a bit short in the toe area since I got the M width. No real arch support. A size 10 M would have been too large. I returned Juliet and got the "snowflake" instead for better outdoor/open mall sojourns. I am thankful for the easy return policy.

Warmth for Cold Feet - I purchased these for winter when my feet stay so cold. They feel as though they will keep my feet "toasty warm" and I recommend them to anyone who has problems keeping their feet warm during the winter months. They are snug fitting which will keep out the cold as well.

Too Short, surprise inside - Not as long as other size 10s in my order. I ordered black, the outer fleece is black, but the insole or bottom fleece is white. My feet never entirely escape the black hair of my dog, so I would prefer not to see the few that end up inside my slippers. Fit left no choice but to return them. Other than that, very good quality!

My wonderful slippers... These are the most comfortable slippers, the only downside is that you can't throw them in the washing machine. You can even wear them outside because of the rubber sole. I wore these every day, but now I need a new pair (my little son was in the hospital for 3 months and I wore them every day there...they must be kind of a biohazard by now!)

My Slipper - Great for my wife who is confined to a wheelchair. She has received a lot of comments about their looks. We have recommended Zappos because of their great service and shipping ease. Please note that because her feet are swollen at tmes it is imperative that it is comfortable. Reason why we ordered it a size larger.

A+++ I love these slippers! They keep your feet warm and they are so comfortable. I ordered my normal size and they fit fine. When I first put them on they felt a little snug, but after only an hour of wearing them they felt perfect.

I live in them - Where was I the first 80 years of my life not owning these wonderfully warm slippers. They are toasty warm. And, Zappos is a great place with which to do business. Thank you.

Black Juliet slippers - I absolutely LOVE my black Old Friend's Juliet slippers. They are warm and cozy and are the first thing I look for when I get home from work (okay, second after I say hi to my kids). Zappos delivered the slippers within days of my order. I plan to use Zappos more in the future. They've never disappointed me.

Very, very satisfied customer!! I ordered these for my 84 year old Mother as she was sliding around in her soft slippers. I am absolutely amazed at how quickly they came. They arrived in less than one day!!! I will most certainly do business with Zappos again - the best company I have ever dealt with!!

Fantastic - Love the slippers. The sole will not wear as fast as my other slippers which had the same material all around which was just sewn together. These are warm, comfortable and well worth the money. What made us decide to buy these for me was; I had purchased a pair for my husband for Christmas and he loves his also.

Yahoo, it's a keeper! I bought this slipper for my 86 year old mother, who is very difficult to please. Well, she likes them and, happily, wears them daily. Be aware, however, they run 1 full size smaller than the regular shoe size worn. After reading the other reviews, I decided to order my mom's regular shoe size 5 (M) and a size 6. The 5 was completely too small, the 6 fit perfectly. Though the slipper has full coverage for the foot, and would expect it to look overstuffed and clunky, it does not. I ordered in black and looks very attractive on the foot. Very pleased.

love the slippers! Great for wide feet-soft and comfy. They stretched just enough and now are perfect! The black ones are great looking and the cuff is full and fluffy.

Comfy, cozy slippers - This is a very comfortable slippers. It's a very high quality product. I really recommend you trying them.

warmest - Warm...cozy...nice looking...best slippers I have ever owned--worth the money. As was mentioned by others... buy a whole size bigger then your real shoe size, and they do streach after about a week.

Warm and toasty - These slippers keep your feet and ankles warm. I like to outside sole so you can make quick runs outside without changing shoes. They appear to be made well and should last for quite a while.

Mom says these are "The Best" slippers she has ever had - I gave these slippers to my Mom for Christmas last year. She says they are the best slippers she has ever had. She loves them so much that she is still commenting on them to this day - and I know she is being honest because my Mom is picky and she has to be really impressed to comment so often.

Very comfy shoe!! This slipper is the best! I wear them all day at home. At first, they were a bit small but they stretched more after a couple days. The quality of it seems very durable, and the suede upper is very soft, but it resists dirt and water pretty well. They are extremely comfy, but I have to wear socks with them or they will make my feet itch (I'm allergic to wool). The best slipper I've ever had and well worth the money!!
