I bought these for my husband because he loves Vans. Zappos is the first place I look when shoe shopping because it's hassle free and I want my shoes asap. These fit true to size. Love all the different styles and colors they have.

I buy vans regularly for myself and my 3 kids. This last pair I bought had a defect in the top suede surface (thin spot). I contacted Zappos and they sent out a new pair the following day. I have to say that I’ve been buying with Zappos for about 3-4 years now and I always experience the BEST customer service! The rep was professional but down to earth and completely resolved my issue while being empathetic and funny. On a side note my daughter & I have high arches and wide feet, so it takes a few wears to break in- so beware and don’t give up. We’re used to the lack of arch support in most shoes so it’s fine. My son on the other hand has a small arch and loves the way they feel on his feet. He loves the grip as he can climb up slides and they provide excellent traction when he’s skateboarding. He is so hard on his shoes that I only buy him Vans with leather uppers now and they last 6-8 months!

While traveling, I saw another person with these shoes at the airport, and I loved them. I Came home, went on line, and I found them at a great price. I now have them, and they are the best! They are super cool, comfy, and just what I was looking for!
