RETURNS

FREE RETURNS: ANYWHERE in the United States including US territories and military APO/FPO addresses

RETURN TIMELINES

RETURNS WITHIN 60 DAYS OR LESS: Returns dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 60 days of purchase. Refund eligible to original form of payment or store credit.

RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS*: Item(s) may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 60 days, or as store credit up to one year from purchase date. *Customers who use guest checkout are only eligible for returns within 60 days of purchase and refunds to original form of payment

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 60 days in new condition.

Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed and in its original packaging with all tags attached, including seals and security tags.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without packing tape or postal labels.

Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned.

How To Initiate A Return

Start your return online: Go to your Order History within your account within 60 days of receiving your order.

Choose refund option: You will be presented a refund option of store credit or original form of payment. Guest accounts will only be eligible for refunds to the original form of payment.

Pack up your items: Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. No labels or tape on product packaging.

Drop off your package: Select your preferred UPS return method (download QR code or print label), then place items in a shipping box and drop the return package at a UPS location.

When You'll Receive Your Refund

FAST REFUNDS: For eligible orders, your refund will be issued once dropped off and scanned by the return carrier.

Eligible refunds are issued immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for store credit. Some financial institutions may take up to 10 business days. After Pay may take up to 20 business days and PayPal up to 30 business days.

Refunds for some customers can take up to 30 days.

Guest checkout customer refunds will only be issued to original form of payment.

Afterpay refunds will be issued only up to the amount paid at the time of return.

If items for which you were issued a refund have not been received by Zappos, a warning email will be sent at 30 days as a reminder of the potential charge. After

45 days, a charge for the items not returned may be applied to the original form of payment.
