My husband wears a 10. Knowing these would need to go over a larger, all-weather boot I got the large. They fit fine and work just as expected. I came back and bought two more pair for other family members. While the one-handed boa closure is helpful in many ways, one is that it's easier to get off with bare hands, and having to expose only one set of fingertips is a break in freezing weather. As an aside, my husband also is blind, which increases my anxiety about him walking on ice and packed snow. He has several pairs of shoes/boots with boa closures and was happy I had found him these.

Supposedly size 14+ size has small toe piece that doesn't fit & hard to put on & off stretching the rubber bands excessively with big no spike space in whole middle of foot before spikes on heel piece. I fought to stretch it around my size 13 tennis shoes & it didn't feel right. No way would it fit on any actual boot like I wanted to use it on. They think one size fits all with a different size string lace up for the xl size.

Easy to put on after 1x. Hides really easy in my pocket while running when I was in an area that no longer required them

I have had the YakTrax Yaktrax Run for about two weeks now and am not happy with them. If you are walking on sidewalks and crossing city streets they probably work well. I have a farm so I am going through snow and walking in semi muddy places. This tends to fill in around the cleats in front. The back where the spirals are works well and stays fairly clean. But I have slipped with this pair on and it was where the cleats are. On closer examination the cleats were either broken off or wearing down so fast you could barely see where they were and you could not feel the cleats anymore. The strap on top helped keep these on better but I still lost the one on my right foot twice now. I am going to look into a different brand and style for barn/stable/farm use. They just did not hold up as expected or do the job I needed. I do not want to run this style down but if you work out doors and not in the city or town I do not recommend these.

I am a four season trail runner. These work great for the in between weather run. When there's not enough snow for snowshoe runners but to icy and slushy for my trail running shoes alone. Easy on and off which is important when it's cold out. I am giving them a 5 star for performance. Not sure about durability only used them 3 times. For cost getting a season or two out of them would be acceptable. I actually bought them through Zappos b/c of their great return policy.

These really do work well! I was surprised, but the reviews were good so I took the chance. When I wear these on my running shoes I actually seek out the slippery ice and snow for the satisfaction of having better grip. Their efficacy on new non-packed snow is basically neutral, but where they really do come in handy is on a snowy path regularly trodden by other runners, walkers, and cross country skiers.

I have run with my YakTrax Run in light snow and ice on paved roads three times. They are lightweight and fit on my regular running shoes very well. I'm particularly pleased with how comfortable they are -- I hardly notice they are there except for the great grip they provide.

I've not used Yaktrax Run or any similar product before but this was the perfect winter for them. The Yaktrax Run fit snugly on my trail-running shoes and have provided excellent traction on packed, slippery snow. I've really appreciated them. This is their first season, so I can't say how they'll hold up over time.

Be careful in mixed conditions. These feel great and provide good traction in snow and ice. However, on a run with mixed snow/ice and exposed pavement some of the plastic spokes that hold the steel cleats in place broke off. They're still functional but now I see they're more delicate than they appear.

Love these. We have had a lot of snow and ice this year and these have been great.

I purchased these for outdoor winter running and I haven't been disappointed! They work perfectly! Highly recommend them on snow and ice!

If the treadmill is bringing you down but you fear hitting the country roads or trails because you might slip and fall on snow or ice then YakTrax is your answer. They fit to my shoes well. They were a little awkward at first, but they do the job. Running on both ice and snow, I felt confident and did not slip and slide. Do not get me wrong, I am still looking forward to spring, but this will help me get through the winter without feeling like a hamster on a wheel.

I really wanted these to work. Living in Minnesota and trying to run in the winter, can be dangerous. The Yaktrax worked well on slippery snow, but when I hit the ice underneath, I slipped like crazy. I will be returning these.
