I’ve tried so many brands of insoles and these are the most comfortable non podiatry insoles I’ve ever tried. They actually give me an arch. I put them in my Payless shoes and they actually feel comfortable. I couldn’t believe it! I have very high arches. They’re true to size and feel like pillows. They make all the difference in the world and they’re not that expensive.

Best set I’ve found so far and I’ve been through a lot of insoles. Will be purchasing more.

They were very comfortable and I'm sure they would have been great. Unfortunately, even with taking the soles out of three different pairs of shoes, they were too thick and made the shoes feel too tight on top. Disappointed to have to return them because they felt great otherwise.

A great alternative to custom-made Orthotics which are no longer covered by my insurance.

I tried a variety of shoe insoles and this is one that I will settle with for now. They are not perfect, but better others I've tried. All I wanted was comfort and lasting cushion with no arch support so that I could remove the original shoe inserts and wear the Sof Sole Thin Fit Insoles with my custom orthotics. So here's my assessment of this insert: Decent cushion in the heel? Yes. Decent cushion in the ball of foot area? Yes. Little to no arch support? Yes. A material that will last? Definitely. Breathability? Yes. The only thing I would change is the vent holes: they are a little too big so you can feel them through the top padding in the heel and arch area. Plus, the padding might be a little too firm for some people, but it has give. It's not like memory foam that completely collapses so that you feel the hard sole underneath. What would make it perfect is to be made from the same material as the Klogs inserts or the DRX Performance Comfort Insoles. The cushioning in those two brands is wonderful, but they have too much arch support to use with my orthotics.

For the price these are great. I've tried a number of brands of insoles and always come back to these. I use them for five-mile walks and though I have plantars fascitis in one foot, I feel no pain while walking on these insoles.

I’ve put them in my running shoes. They’re very comfortable. For the price, I would definitely recommend. I have problems (painful) with my back, feet and heels. These helped me get through a long run. I’m still looking for a miracle I’m sure I won’t find with insoles but these insoles are pretty good.

The heel is definitely thicker than I expected, but it makes my heel feel amazing. It is a 3/4 insole, so it's to be expected it wont fill the whole shoe. I love it though and will definitely order more

I was hoping to use the Sof Sole Thin Fit insole on top of my existing insole to increase the padding. However, the shoes (Vans TNT SG) were too low profile and was unable to comfortably wear it with the insole. Might be better if you take the existing insole out even though these are thin. Likely depends on how big the toebox is (I do have rather wide feet). However it seems well made, I'll simply repurpose it with another shoe or replace the Vans sole once it wears down (it is currently glued in). Be aware there is basically no arch support though. Still a nice product but depends on your intentions and purposes!

I have a low arch (Flat feet). Cheap ones i had tried before these caused me to role my ankle on a walk that turned into a fall. I decided that I would invest in better insoles. After 1 year of near daily use. hiking the mountains 30+ miles, walking the town, and wearing to work. They still like the best decision I've ever made in a quality insole.

This is a great concept but doesn't work. You need to remove the shoe's current insert to put this one in. This insert is shorter than the length of the shoe so the toe area has nothing covering it.

I now have three pair of these insoles and am about to buy another. I like the medium arch. My shoe size is 91/2 and the 9-10 size insole fits perfectly with no trimming of the insole.

I’m a physical therapist and on a mission to find over-the-counter orthotics I can recommend to my patients. They need to work for most people/activities, which means moderate arch support, moderate motion control, and some cushion for comfort. These are hard and stiff, and the arch is built up too high. Definitely uncomfortable, and I don’t recommend them. Instead I will be recommending the Vionic Orthaheel RELIEF orthotics.

I’m a physical therapist and on a mission to find over-the-counter orthotics I can recommend to my patients. They need to work for most people/activities, which means moderate arch support, moderate motion control, and some cushion for comfort. These are built poorly. There is just a lip of arch support at the edge instead of supporting the whole arch. They’re heavy and run large. I don’t recommend these. Instead I will be recommending the Vionic Orthaheel RELIEF orthotics.

My 13 year old son put these in his sneakers, and said, "how did i ever live without these?". He loves them and say it changed his life!
