These shoes seem to fit true to size. I ordered my normal 9, but received an 8.5. Now they’re out of stock. Bummer! But judging by how the 8.5 fit, the 9s will be great. Hope to get them soon!

My foot was swimming in the shoe literally felt like I was wearing a man's size 10 verses a women's size 8.5

This is not my first pair of inov-8 sneakers. inov-8 shoes fit my narrow heel very well with good room for the toes. I would have kept them, but for the lack of cushioning. I've returned them in favor of another inov-8 shoe with more cushioning that I had to order directly from the company.

Well, I listened to everyone who said to size up 1/2 a size. They were too big. The arch support wasn’t great either.

The upper toe portion is quite stiff so when I tried to walk in them, it would fold over and I would feel it on the top of my foot. Maybe after man wears it would soften over time but I can also see it wearing out. Decided not to keep.

These run at least one size small. I have never been an 8 in any shoe and I’m about to do a second return, wondering if I should go 8 or 8.5 this time...

Overall I was unsure about changing from the F-Lite 235 model by Inov-8 since it has always been so perfect for me but since this was their newest model I heard so much about I figured I should try. And so glad I did. It feels amazing and provide more cushioning then the 235 while still having an excellent stable platform for when I lift. Really happy with it.

I am reviewing the ivov-8 Roclite 346 GTX in both US Women's 11m and Men's 10.5m (and Keen Terradora II Mid WP W11m). I also bought/returned the inov-8 RocLite 275 in women's 11 as they fit the same as the 345 GTX. So, my main goal was to find a new lightweight shoe/boot that was at least water resistant if not proof for trail walking (and jogging if I was up to it). I have been wearing a pair of Keen boots since...2011 maybe; mainly for landscape work (I'm a designer but occ do the physical work). I felt they (along with their sandals) had always been on the wider side (and I think had a hand in my ankle bursitis developing) but couldn't find a better fit that allowed for kneeling/flexibility, was water resistant, had traction, and depending on socks and which insoles I used could be worn year round. I had high hopes for the Roclite based on a blog I ran across from a man who is way more advanced in hiking than I ever will be. I was aware of the flimsy laces from his review and had planned on replacing them. First, the women's are at least a full size too small and being an 11 I had to jump to men's for larger and 10.5 was good for length but there were other factors in my return. Even though I was going to replace the laces, after tightening with all my mite, the front of my ankle felt too tight yet there was a two finger gap on the sides of the ankle. I also returned the Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTX and feel that no company makes insoles with the intent of them NOT being thrown out! The Salomon's I returned due to overall loose ankle/heel. With my larger insole/orthodic (since I have high arches and supinate), the Roclite seemed good but the tightness on the front of my ankle/leg and looseness on the sides was a deal breaker. I've always had weak ankles and had a pin put in six months ago so the total lack of ankle support was disappointing. Again, all the fit issues I'm talking about are with the men's 10.5 as the women's 11 gave me no room at all around my foot. Pics are of my insole (the one I'm touching, the Keen in the middle and the inov-8 is the green (and thinnest).

I've been an avid Merrell Trail Glove wearer but thought I'd give these a try. Bottom line: I dont like them. When standing flat footed and wearing these shoes I feel very pronated.

Initially I was pleased with these shoes, but after 8 to 9 months they started breaking down. This morning on my 6 mile walk my right heal support dropped to the mid point causing a blister on my heal. Additionally the covering on the interior has worn away causing the rough canvas to create blisters on my toes. This all happened within a couple of weeks. I use these shoes to power walk 5 to 6 miles 3 times a week and after spending $150 I would have hoped that they would have lasted a lot longer before falling apart.

The shoe looks great! but is super small, a full size smaller, and very narrow. I do not wear a wide in any other shoe but would need one here. Cushion and grin seem to be spot on just too small. (Even looked too small when I opened the box.)

These were about 1/2 size too small. I wanted the next size up, but out of stock.

I LOVE these!! Cool looking AND super comfy. Great ventilation. I have inov-8 Crossfit shoes for the gym and loved the look .Glad to find these for kickin' around.

If you have a narrow foot, high arch and or thin foot in depth this may not be the shoe for you. I had 1/4 inch gap between the shoe and the top of my toes. I had the laces pulled close together to get rid of the side gap at my arch. The arch also didn't hit my foot in the right place. This just isn't the shoe for my feet. I have to send them back.

I was super disappointed in these shoes. I had never tried Inov8 before and I probably never will again. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the the little piece of fabric that hold your shoe laces down at the top of the tongue wasn't attached on one of the shoes. Then when I went ahead and tried them on, they weren't comfortable at all. Zero arch support and no cushion at all in the ball of your foot. No thanks!
Zappos Reviewer on April 18, 2020
It fit well through most of the shoe but a little wide feeling in the toe box, wider than some other Inov8 shoes. It didn’t feel like enough lateral support for me. I thought these were really cute, so disappointed that it didn’t work for me.

I was very excited to receive these shoes. The design is really appealing. I ordered a half size bigger than I normally do based on the reviews. Still, with a half size larger than I normally wear, these were way too narrow for my foot. Please let me know if they ever make them wider. I hate to give it bad reviews but that's what reviews are for.

I've owned Inov-8 footwear in the past and had no size problems. This purchases was at least 1 size smaller than advertised. If interested in this shoe, buy a least a whole size larger.

I've worn the f-Lite 195 in US 14 (UK 13) for years. This felt consistent in size and fit. Dig the shoe, but went with the more minimalist Bare XF-210 V2 in the same size.

This is a very lightweight hiker. Too much so for me. Very good looking shoe, runs really small. I'm a consistent 8.5 and could barely get foot into the opening, with laces fully loosened. Once in, it was a full size (at least!) small. That said, it would be a nice shoe for very light trail use

I love the look of these shoes, especially the red color. But, they are really narrow, even for my normal width feet. They are too snug around the lateral foot and 5th toe and really just have no room to move your feet inside. If they were wider they'd be great, but unfortunately as much as I wanted to like them they are just too narrow to work and have to go back.
Zappos Reviewer on March 24, 2020
Zappo's shoe fit software suggested size 11. I opted for 11.5. Still a full size too small. Returned.
Zappos Reviewer on March 20, 2020
I wear a size 9 in every shoe except INOV8s (I wear size 8.5 INOV8s). I'm amazed that another reviewer said these shoes felt narrow. I have a very wide toe box and these fit fine... almost too roomy. Like all INOV8s I've had, they are toguh to get into because the back of the shoe is not as wide as the front... I have to use a shoehorn. But once I'm in, they are a perfect fit. And the soles grip like crazy! These are not springy and cushiony... you can really feel the trail. Once I'm running I forget about them completely, which is what I want.

I’m usually a 7.5 but 8 fits correctly. They’re light and minimalist. I’ve enjoyed every pair of Inov-8’s I’ve owned and I expect these will be great as well
