This is my second pair or zero drop shoes. The last pair was quite padded. These are more "feel the ground" shoes. The fit great and were comfortable the first time I put them on. Indoors they look grey, but in full sun they are quite purple (fine with me, but real chameleons!)

I never leave reviews, but dang, these Roclites are the bomb. Superior comfort right out of the box, extremely lightweight, moderate ankle support, waterproof, and not too dorky-looking. These are essentially rugged sneakers, perfect for dog walking in rocky Texas Hill Country woods. Feet stay dry when we hit the riverbank for dog swimming. More avid hikers might find them a bit insubstantial, but not me. I did have to size up to make room for the cushiony sport socks I favor. Wear an 8 in street shoes, a 9 in these Roclites is perfect.

I have two pair of these shoes and the look of them was just fine. I only have one complaint but it’s really annoying. Every few days to a week I have to loosen the laces of the shoes because they tighten across the arch of my foot. I think it happens by just walking or putting the shoes on. I’ve never had a pair of shoes do this.

I bought this shoe because I have flat feet and developed metatarsalgia from running in narrow Nike shoes and this brand has reputation for wide toe box. However, what is the point of having wide toe box shoe if the mid foot is narrow? Was so determined to like this beautiful shoe. Might come back to it and get 1/2 size larger once my metatarsals have cooled down. Had to return.

I was looking for a shoe that would be better for cross training activities with a little less sole. These definitely fit the bill! I also like that the toe box is a little more roomy than other shoes I’ve had. I did purchase superfeet inserts but I think they would be fine without as well. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

I recently joined CrossFit and quickly realized my running shoes weren't cut out for training/weightlifting. Other members swear by NoBulls and Nanos but my feet are super narrow and were absolutely swimming in the Nanos. Not great for burpees, box jumps, etc. My coach said I'd likely have the same issue with NoBulls, which is too bad because they're very stylish. I hesitated to buy these Inov-8s due to the high number of reviews citing poor durability. Can't say now whether that's true, but I can say these fit like a glove. Perfect for my needs. Highly recommend if you prefer a narrow, minimalist feel.

I bought these for strength/cross-training, and did return them. I like the style and look of these shoes, but the external structured banding around the midfoot was much too rigid for comfort on my feet. I do like a solid hug on my midfoot, but I think it's the rigid material that made it uncomfortable at the front edge where the band ends, just a nagging corner that rubbed and hurt immediately when I put the shoes on, without even lacing. I think maybe could work for a much more narrow foot, or potentially a higher arch, where the midfoot is more slim in relation to the front ball and toe spread. For reference I have a medium/narrow foot and mid-high arch. Length size 10B felt true to size.

We live in Florida and the shoes breathe well. We have had an issue with the shoelaces, which do not stay tied and fray at the end. I haven’t seen this kind of shoelace fraying since the 80s.

These fit accurately. I am a US 9.5 in Nike and these fit the same. Unfortunately if you wear orthotics in your shoes, these are not going to work for you, as I found out. The inside of the heel has a molded heel holder and a ridge above the heel, all of which holds your foot securely in the shoe. Any orthotic is going to put your foot in a sufficiently different position in these shoes that the rear ankle bumps will rub and cause blisters. I am so disappointed - loved the color and everything else about these shoes. I wish Inov would redesign at least some of their shoes for those of us who need orthotics. A smooth inner heel surface would help a lot.

I really like inov-8 sneakers, but this model sneaker is made feeling a bit stiff and narrow. They are very lightweight, and I would imagine for someone with a narrow foot these would fit better.

I bought these for my husband who does HIT training and he absolutely loves them. They have a good platform for heavy workouts but he wouldn’t recommend them for more than s light jog. They don’t have the necessary padding for any distance.

These perfectly accommodated my very wide (EEE) foot. They have a lot of stretch, so they’d likely fit a more regular wide foot too. I normally wear Altras for the wide toe box, but these fit just as well but with a much more sleek look.

I have always been a fan of inov-8 shoes for many reasons including durability, fit and overall look. I personally like a more minimalist shoe but have to be careful of fit due to moderately high arches and slightly wider width in one foot. My last pair of inov-8 were wonderful but they discontinued them so I had to take a chance on these. I took a 2 mile run on the treadmill today to break them in as well as lifted weights and they performed great. The overall fit was just as I expected and the width in the toe box of the shoe was perfect for my feet. The only complaint I have is the length of the laces, they are a bit long. Other than that, I am sure they will last for many of miles and trips to the gym. On a side note, my last pair of inov-8 shoes that were almost identical to these lasted over a year before I started to feel a difference in support. This is with daily trips to the gym that include a 2 mile run on the treadmill followed by strength training. Needless to say, they are well worth the money.

Love at first workout!!! I wore these straight out of the box for my CrossFit WOD that called for a lot of running and jumping, and they were a dream. Very comfortable and supportive. I love these even better than the earlier version. The colors are vibrant, which is a nice bonus.

This are very light and I enjoyed the style but there is too much room for my feet in the toe box. I didn't feel like I could get the shoe appropriately laced for comfort. Looking for an inov-8 made for narrow feet.

After years of wearing the F-lite 240 it was discontinued. I spoke to Inov-8 and they recommended the 195 since it has the narrow last and low drop. Well the comfort and style are good, but the durability is horrible. I only use them as everday shoes - working in an office environment, grabbing groceries, etc. Im not hard on shoes at all and in just over a month these things were falling apart. The shoes very quickly had holes all over the upper. I really loved my 240s, and inov-8 in general. I wore each of my 240 for close to a year with no big issues, and still wear them around the yard and were I dont care how I look. THese 195 however are terrible, in less than 3 months they were practically unwearable there was so many holes in them.

I use trail runnning shoes for softball (age 68,SSUSA). Old feet are flattening out and these provide plenty of room in the toe box and near the arch. Wore Salomon Speedcross for years so I hope these are as durable. I have other Innov8 shoes so I am a fan. Haven't w orn these in a game yet but will edit review if there are any issues
