Product worked as expected. HOWEVER, the bottle is approximately 4" h x 2 1/4 d BUT came in a bow about 24" x 8" x 6" and packed in a load of plastic. I guess Zappos and Amazon don't care about the environment., talk about waste. DISGRACEFUL!!! BTW, Comfort & Style don't apply to this item.
