Bobux Kids

Bobux Kids Logo
Established in 1991 by husband and wife team Chris and Coleen Bennet, Bobux is an innovative kids shoe brand from New Zealand. The first Bobux shoe was designed for Chris and Coleen’s daughter Chloe, and the belief in supporting natural foot development in children was central in its inception. Over the past couple of decades Bobux has carried that initial sentiment through their designs. All Bobux shoes are built on lasts that replicate the changing stages of children’s feet. This provides a comfortable fit for kids that allows their feet the freedom to grow and develop as nature intended. The new X Range from Bobux has launched from this healthy foot foundation into the style stratosphere. Bold colors and striking designs from U.S. designer Sean Maisano are the hallmarks of this range, and the product speaks for itself. . . It practically shouts!

Possibly the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased for my little one and I’m a massive Bobux fan. 22 to small. 23 was initially to big little toes kept falling outside strap at top. When foot finally grew big toe hits the top of shoes and little toe still falls out. Shoes also un strap to easily

Really like this brand but didn’t love the gold color. Ended up getting the navy, which was really cute. The sole is flexible, which is really good for young kids’ foot development

These are super cute and stand up to toddler abuse pretty well. My daughter wore them for most of the school year and they stayed in pretty good shape. The sole is flexible, so good for early walkers and toddlers.

Got a full size smaller than my daughter’s other shoes, and that worked out well. These are nice looking, great quality, and my daughter seems to think they are comfortable as she wanted to wear them around the house once she tried them on.

A good quality shoe for a little one still mastering walking and running. These come up a little higher on the ankle to give support. The side zip makes them easy to get on and take off. A good quality leather, my little one even asked me to polish them to clean up a couple of scuffs.

These have been great shoes for my 13 month old early walker! Super cute, plus they are easy to get on her... and she hasn't figured out how to get them off yet :) The soles have great grip, important on our slippery wood floors. They would have been too narrow on her older brothers' wider feet, but fit her perfectly

There is zero flexibility in the sole. Described as having four flex points that don't exist. You can not flex the sole with all your might. Makes zero sense for a toddler shoe or a developing foot. It's too bad because they are very cute but the development of my childs foot trumps style. Try Wildlings, Vivobarefoot, or Merrell bare steps.

These shoes are still as a board, the upper and the sole. Not at all what I expected from Bobux. There is zero flexibility in the sole which is terrible for developing feet. They say they are podiatrist approved, I'm not sure what podiatrist thinks a rigid sole is good for toddler foot development. Made my daughter walk like frankenstein. Have had much better luck with Wildlings, Vivobarefoot and Merrell.

A little difficult to get on a toddlers foot even though there is plenty of length compared to his foot. They also scuff very easily. However they’re a lot nicer and cuter looking than most boots for toddlers. He seems to walk/run fine in them.

I bought these for my active 6 year old daughter. They are a bit stiff in the beginning; the edge of the tongue was digging into the front part of my daughter's ankle, but I folded it over underneath the velcro for a day and it fixed the issue. I love that they are waterproof and I think they will be warm through the winter. Well made, I can tell they will hold up well into the spring and summer and will continue to look good.

These shoes are fantastic for little feet! These are my daughters fourth pair of Bobux. Note: they run a half to full size larger than other brands. My daughter has a size 23 in the Delight and the soles are the same length as her Cat & Jack brand size 8 ballet flat style shoes. They are an average width and easy to secure with the Velcro strap :)

Bobux shoes are some of the best for first walkers. They provide great support and amazing quality. We wanted one pair for the winter months and my two year old is in love. She only wants to wear the boots. They give great support and warmth! I always will buy bobux

I know this brand runs big so size was not a problem. I love how well-made and comfortable these shoes are. I would not recommend this shoe though because it stains incredibly easily. These are not good for small children. My daughter insisted on wearing these to preschool and came home with six different colors of paint and applesauce stains on them which will not come out. But dark colors or patent leather, avoid these.

Just as preview reviewer stated, the sizing on this shoe brand is way off. My son's feet are 6 inches and the shoes that he fit into were 21 in this brand. I purchased four different sizes in four different styles and they were just way too big except for size 21. And my 2 year old said they were all painful so I will be returning all of them.

Shoe is way too big if you are going by its US size. Shoe is mislabeled as a US 8T. It's really a 9. EU size 25 is correct, but for some reason the manufacturer did not use the correct conversion, which would be 25=9, not =8. Materials are very nice. A well made shoe just labeled wrong which is hard to understand - why? There are charts, people! Frustrating.
