Are they good for regular calf, more on a slim side?

The calf circumference measure was over 15 inches. The boot was too large in the calf area for me. However, in the description it stated a little over 14 inches

These are really cute. One thing, the leather on the foot is different from the shaft. The foot is a dull gold and the shaft is really shiny, it is a little crickled so still looks cool.
