I'm very unhappy with these shoes. They're cheap construction and zero arch support, causing my feet to ache. They definitely aren't worth the price, or any price. They just look tacky. Buy Rykas.

These shoes don't work for me at all. While they fit and they are cute, they didn't have enough arch support or cushioning. I have struggled with heel pain for years and mostly had it under control, but one zumba class with these shoes on and my heel pain has returned, and I'm having a very hard time getting it under control again. I also have a bunion that never really bothered me much... until I spent an hour in these shoes!! These shoes are HORRIBLE if you have any problems with your feet. They may work for young people with perfect feet, but not for me!

I am a Zumba instructor with one bad knee. These shoes are just what I needed. I was wearing running shoes for the extra cushioning, but these are much safer to dance in. They don't cure arthritis, but sure help me do the work to keep it manageable.

I am a Zumba instructor and I absolutely love these shoes! I have a small, wide foot so it's hard for me to find just the right shoe for anything but these are truly amazing! Not only do I have 5 pairs of them but I have encouraged my students to purchase them as well and they also love them. One thing, though - you should not wear them outside on asphalt or concrete as this tends to wear them down much faster and makes them too slippery to use safely on wood or tile floors.

I am so happy I got these. They feel great. They have the smooth soles on the shoes that help my knees so much. I cannot believe the difference in how well I can move in class with these shoes on.

It is hard to see what is right with these shoes, there are so many things are wrong, however. They offer no arch support whatsoever, the insole is completely flat. The shoes fit awkwardly on the feet and they would be uncomfortable to walk in, forget about dancing in them. I sent them back and bought Ryka instead. Ryka shoes are shaped more like athletic shoes with just enough support without making them too bulky to dance in. Plus they cost less for far superior shoes.

The other shoe I ordered hit the mark. It was perfect, this didn't slide smoothly, but the fit was true to size and very comfortable.

I have plantar fasciitis, currently controlled - I need good arch support to keep it from flaring up. I can wear my orthotics in these (order a 1/2 size up), but there is minimal lateral support. If you have a wide-ish foot & no support issues, the shoe is pretty cute & may work for you. The toe box is comfy. The padding is maybe a 3 on a 1-5 scale for aerobics shoes. -- I will keep looking for dance fitness shoes.

This shoe has a great bottom that is slippery enough to keep me from twisting a knee, but not too slippery that I will fall. I have bad ankles and knees so I wish it had a little more support, but overall it's pretty comfortable for Zumba.

I have wide feet. I read the other reviews of this shoe and ordered an 8B since others said they were a little bigger (at least the ones I read). The shoes felt short, so I ordered an 8.5 (they only came in B width). They felt like so much like the pair of 8s, I checked the size on the box. Much as I liked the look, they were simply too narrow, regardless of the size. If you have wide feet, I DO NOT recommend these shoes. I did what I should have done to start with: I ordered my third pair of Rykas for Zumba class.

I did not give these shoes a test in a Zumba class but the laces felt weird to me, started and stopped in funny places on my foot and the shoe itself felt a bit flimsy. I am returning them in favor of the Reebok Cardio Ultra.

I decided to try these shoes because I was looking for Something lighter, and these certainly are. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to get them in my usual shoe size, instead of going up half to a full size. They run pretty true to size and I am glad I didn't get the larger ones. The toe box is wider than my split-sole dance shoes, and that allows me to grip better since I now have more room. There is a slight bump that falls right behind the base of my toes, not quite on the ball of the foot, and it will take a little getting used to. There could be more cushioning in the toes, and there is not a lot of support. I may try an orthotic. But weight and room for my toes were my main concerns, and these shoes deliver. I have not used tthem on the tile floor of my other gym, but they pivot well on the wood floor here. Overall, I am satisfied.

I liked this shoe a lot but it felt a little wide in the toe box, so I bought the Reflex II instead. Great color, though!

I have flat arches, and these shoes were wonderful when I first got them. They are light and wider than Ryka's. They felt roomy enough so that I did not feel restriction in movement during class. However, it has only been 3 months and my heel is starting to hurt! I think the shock absorption and support has already worn off. I attend Zumba only 2 times a week. I do a lot of high impact jumps and hops in my class, and these do not hold up anymore. Can't they make these to last a little longer than 3 months? I do love the fit, but I might need to give in and buy some insoles. I have to lower the overall rating due to durability.

I purchased this shoe for zumba class as I wanted something with a pivot to take the stress off my knees. I have narrow-normal feet with high arches. I did not have enough foot volume to fill this shoe. I placed in a set of inserts to see if this would work, but it made the arch fall in an odd spot. The style was good and they felt light on the feet. So for someone with a different foot profile, this would be a good shoe. Of note, it has a roomy toe box which mean if you have bunions this would be a good shoe.

Useless; despite having an appearance of a pivot spot this shoe is totally sticky and does not enable pivot or slide on even a smooth wooden floor on a dry day.

I feel mixed about these zumba shoes. They do give me what I was looking for in terms of ease of turning and good glide because the sole has areas that are slippery, but I could see how they might be too slippery for some floors. I am disappointed, however by the lack of arch support and overall fit which seems very boxy. I bought special inserts to provide more cushion and support, but they still lack something. Part of the problem is that I can't really get the laces to tighten up the shoe around my foot in a satisfactory way for some reason. I haven't found anything better for my needs, so these are better for me than others I've tried, but I'm not thrilled.

These good looking Zumba shoes fit true to size. I am proud to wear them. I have been a Zumba dancer for 7 years and must admit that the pivot spot does not allow freedom of turns as well as expected. But I sure look good in these!

Recommendation of a chiropractor/dancer: I was skeptical about these shoes when I first put them on. They were not very comfortable for walking around the house, and I thought that I was going to return them. But man am I impressed now that I have danced in them! I do rhythm & motion classes, which are similar to Zumba but with more African and hip-hop influence. My feet (and sometimes knees and lower back) had been hurting after class. I tried dance sneakers, barefoot, minimalist shoes, tennis shoes - always resulting in pain. I was beginning to wonder if foot pain was just part of dancing (depressing thought). The first time that I wore these Zumba Impact Max was the first class where I had zero pain in my feet (or anywhere else). I have been wearing them ever since and I love them. No pain, lots of freedom of motion, stability without restriction, and cute! They feel slightly large in the toe, but I have come to learn that this is a good thing for dance shoes, because it gives you some room for your foot to move. I have since recommended these shoes to my patients who to dance/aerobics. The spin area on the toe is essential to prevent knee strain.

I really like these shoes. I have a pair of Skechers "go-run" shoes that are really lightweight, and I wanted a shoe that was light but not so sticky on the bottom so that I could work out in my aerobics class. These were just what I needed.

Although these shoes are light weight and glide nicely the don't have enough cushion. I may try some inserts in them to see if that helps.
