These are cute shoes. They are supportive and have an adjustable strap. They may be super comfortable for someone, but not me. There is not enough room in the toe box for my misshapen toes. Size 12 seemed a little short in the toes.

These appear to be well-made and high quality materials. Unfortunately, the adjustable front strap rubs the top of my foot when I walk. I'm sure I would get a blister pretty quickly. Wolky's usually require a break-in period for me, but I don't think these would ever get comfortable. It could just be the way the straps hit my particular foot (and bunions). Nice sandals otherwise. Kind of old-ladyish, but appealing design. I wear a 9 or 9.5 and the 40 is perfect.

These sandals have hardly been off my feet since they arrived in the mail. They are super comfortable and match well with business casual and casual clothing. Please restock more fun colors! I would love to buy another pair (or two).

Such a cute shoe and I really, really wanted them to work for me. The toe box was more than just a little tight and I wasn't sure if it would give at all. The leather is a little stiff compared to other Wolkies and while it had great support, both the heel cup and the toe box were fairly rigid. As for the style, WOW, such a cute shoe on and would have been great with dress pants or skirts. The heel was just the right height too. So sorry they didn't work for me, but please give them a try.

These sandals felt to wide at the instep and are quite short. My other Wolky shoes are 40's and 39's, but I would need a 41 in this sandal for length, which would be huge in width. My feet are narrow in the instep, wide with bunions in front, and high arches. The sole also felt too squishy and unstable. I'm returning them.

I have bad feet & usually buy Keen. These were more stylish for the office & for the money I thought they'd be like walking on clouds - but my feet ache after wearing them all day even though I have a desk job. I'm going back to Keens.

Well. This is it as far as I'm concerned. The most comfortable sandal ever. I need thick cushioned soles that are not as unstable as platforms. These have remarkable cushioning while also being easy to walk it. They're wonderfully adjustable, too. They don't look as "clunky" on as they do in the photo. Don't even think about the price -- worth every cent. Sizing seemed a tad bit off -- they're a little wide compared to length. But of course Zappos makes it easy to exchange sizes as needed.

VERY shallow toe box, not for normal or high instep. Sad because they seemed like they'd be totally comfy otherwise, but it hits at the most painful part of the top of foot. Going back.

I purchased these with the intent of replacing the sole with my orthotics, but the depth is greater than my orthotics so my toes ended up hitting the inside edge of the shoe in the front. If you don't need orthotics, they seem to have the potential to be super supportive. The aren't "cute", but at least you'll look a bit more feminine than your guy walking around in tennis shoes or man sandals.

This pair is just completely wrong for my feet. It feels a size too big. The sole of the shoe is bendable, but the sole is hard and not much cushion and therefore not comfortable to walk in. There is an arch support, but it is positioned too far back (closer to my heel). It seems this size is for a longer length feet.

Loved these the way these shoes look, especially the red color. However, the heel is just a little to narrow for me, which is odd and definitley not the case with other Wolky styles. I am very sad and must return them.

These shoes are comfortable. They look good, too. Many shoes cut in over my bunions, but these just wrap around. There is great arch support. I wore these right away for several days of museum sight-seeing, and they were great. The appearance is very appropriate for my business casual workplace, and although I usually wear pants, I think that these would look good with some dresses or skirts. I chose the black brushed leather, which I like, and I think I need to come back and get brown or gray or another color. I do think they run just a touch on the small size. I usually wear European size 40 or American 9 or 9½. I tried these on in both 40 and 41, and 41 was the better fit.

Way too wide!!!!! What a disappointment! I was so excited to open the box, as the reviews had said that you could adjust these to fit narrower feet. When I opened the box I almost cried- they were so wide I could tell they wouldn't work, but I tried them on anyway... They are at least an inch too wide for narrow feet. In my opinion, these shoes are for wide feet, and they can be adjusted to be OK for medium width. They were not even close to being adjustable enough for narrow feet.

Great looking shoe and very comfortable. Well made and attractive leather treatment. Wolky shoes are the only shoes I wear or have worn for years. They last for years.

These shoes were nothing like the Wolky's of 10 years past. Although the fit did not hurt my Morton's neuroma, they were not very stylish and the velcro seemed cheap.

I just received these sandals yesterday. They are comfortable right out of the box. They exceeded my expectations for quality of leather and construction and style. I will recommend these to others. They are lightweight and I absolutely love the Velcro closures. These had been recommended to me by a dear sister. Normally I would not buy shoes that I had not tried on. But I was that excited about these. Do not hesitate to try this brand. Your website was also very easy to navigate. Your prices were excellent. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Love these shoes. Bought them for work where I work standing for eight hours on a hard floor. My feet do not hurt at the end of the day for the first time in 12 years! I love them. Yes, expensive but worth every penny!

Once upon a time, I was someone who could wear beautiful, stylish shoes with heels. Now I'm someone with bunions and neuropathy who uses orthotics. These shoes finally let me feel feminine and comfortable at the same time. The strap lets them feel secure on my feet and my orthotics work very nicely in them. I would wear a 38 in Dansko and Birkenstock (both of which are now too hard for my tender soles) but seem to do better with the 39 in these. The toe box of the 38 is just a bit snug. The color called Black Brushed Leather is, in fact, a rich black with black stitching. It's not fuzzy or napped but doesn't have a high polished sheen. What's called Black Smooth Leather is a softer black with more sheen and lighter contrasting stitching. It almost has hints of a very deep brown in it, kind of a black-brown, at least to me. Both colors are nice in their own way. I just didn't pay enough attention to the photos to notice the contrasting stitching on the Black Smooth Leather. Since it's been so hard to find a shoe that holds my orthotics and works with skirts, I may keep both colors. I'm considering the Walnut too, if it comes back in stock in my size. And Zappos service is absolutely the best around.

I bought these a few months ago but put them on yesterday for the first time. I had a couple of important meetings and knew I would have some walking to do, and thought it would be a good day to test them out. They were insanely comfortable. I felt I could walk for miles. Usually with a raised heel my feet feel as if they are sliding down forward into the shoe, but that was not a problem with these. I do have a smallish bunion on one foot but the suede of these shoes is so nice and soft that I was totally unconscious of the bunion, did not feel squeezed in any way. The arch support is good if not heroic, certainly adequate for my flat feet and a day of moderate walking. The cushioning is excellent. The Mary Jane style ensures that (unlike some slipons) the shoes are secure on the feet for walking. The style is a tiny bit clunky but not bad and considering all the advantages I don't care about a little clunkiness. I love these.
