We were going to Disney World and needed some shoes for my wife’s niece. None of the stores around here had a style in the right color to please an 11 year old so I turned to Zappos since I knew they had it all. Of course I waited till the last minute and the shoes were a little small. This was one week before we were to leave. I sent them back for free asking for a store credit. I could have paid the extra money to get them there the next day but the crowbar broke while trying to open my wallet. Our flight was on Thursday. On Monday the credit had not been posted so I bought another pair and crossed my fingers they would make it on time. They were at my front door 23 hours later. Talk about lightning fast, I'm still trying to figure out how they did it. GREAT JOB! Zappos really came through and believe me I'm going to tell everyone that will listen how fantastic they are. I walk all the time on cobblestones. I have wide feet that are used to comfortable shoes. These shoes look great and feel great. I wear them with both capri pants and mid-length skirts. They can look both casual and dressy. The only negative is they squeak just a little when walking.
