These are nice looking shoes but they do not hold up well at all. I have worn them for normal use. The soles began to fall apart and crack a week or two after. I have had them for about four weeks and the rubber where the sole and shoe connect is already beginning to separate.

I read the reviews and was concerned about the cheap shoe construction, but ordered the shoes anyway. The white rubber rim around the shoes started peeling off within a month. Why bother sell such badly made shoes? It makes me mad: wasted money, and more stuff in landfills. I will give the lowest star to all categories, even though they were comfortable, because nobody should buy cheap shoes like these ones.

Totally kick ass. Like the movie but only better. Would never buy my sneaks anywhere else.

I've had these shoes for about a month and they seem to already be falling apart. I only use them at work (I work at a hotel front desk so it isn't labor intensive). The leather somehow ripped along the bottom seam (where it meets the rubber) and there's now a big hole there revealing the inside padding. I have barely even used these shoes! Also they allow water to seep in quite easily (easier than any other shoes I've had). Don't buy these shoes! Save the money and frustration and pick a better pair. Had these for less than a month and now I cant even use them.

Great looking shoe and moderately comfortable. This shoe is fairly priced. It's too bad the shoe is not durable. They wear out in less than 2 months.

These were great shoes for an amazing price. My son doesn't skate, but that is the style he prefers. Unfortunately he is a size 14 and that size often is not carried in stores. So we went online and got these...quick delivery, great shoe, true fit. No funny colors/sparkles or weird shoe laces. Just black on black.

Very comfortable shoe to start off. After a month of wearing them I noticed them wearing a little unevenly in the heal and didn't think anything of it. 3 months after purchase I can no longer wear them as they are way to uncomfortable and have also pulled apart at the heal on the right shoe.

I bought these shoes for my 12 year old son. He loves them, they are true to size and very comfortable. I will purchase another pair in a different color when he needs a new pair of shoes.

I would not recommend these shoes to anyone. It got one little scuff and by the end of the next day it had turned into a 4" rip in the outer layer.

These are very awesome shoes! They are great, and exactly as described. But honestly, enough about the shoes. Zappos is awesome! I ordered these shoes early one morning and then went to work. After I got home, I checked my e-mail only to find that Zappos had upgraded my shipping. For free! They arrived the very next day and I was freaking ecstatic. This is why I love you Zappos and have not bought a single pair of shoes anywhere else for six years and counting.

These shoes look great, however their construction quality is cheap. They are surprisingly stiff. The place where they are supposed to bend is not straight on both shoes and that painfully cuts into my toes. Also white rubber that you see all around the base is pretty soft and it is simply glued on. After 1 day of wearing them to the office I already see places where its starting to peel off. I don't think these shoes will last a month. I'll be returning them and buying something else.

These kicks are great. I usually wear a skate shoe even though I don't skate anymore -- just because they're comfortable and stylish. These wear great, feel awesome, and were a great price. Plus, I got 'em fast from Zappos!

This is the best shoe I have ever skated period. I had the David Gravette edition and I skated them till you could see my sock on the bottom and the gel in the heel fell out and then some more. I definitely recommend these in any color combination great for walking around in and excellent for skating.

Zappos has a tremendous choice in brand, style, and sizes of shoes. My teenager finds this shoe very comfortable from the first day worn. He is thrilled with the design and loves the VOX brand. Zappos customer service is excellent and kind hearted. Arrival of Zappos shoes is always fast!

The size was indeed correct, however, I found issues concerning the arch support. Otherwise, what a nice shoe!

Excellent color and style. The blue is always getting compliments and for the price you can hardly go wrong. The sneakers are really great for walking in all day and support my arches well. Also I tend to stand on my heels instead of the flat of my foot and the sole does support well. Overall I would buy again.

My son loves these sneakers. This is the second pair we have purchased. Thankfully, Zappos carries enough variety in size 14! When we placed this order, we were informed that our shipping was upgraded for free! I didn't tell my son and he was surprised when I gave him his new sneakers 2 days after we ordered them.

I bought these shoes for my friend and he said he loves them. He loves the color, comfort, and he said they're great to skate in!
