Overall:

I got these boots today and could not be happier. The leather is soft and has that great leather smell.The stitching gives them a little wow factor. They are tall shafted and easy to get on because of the stretch gore at back. The heel is chunky and a great height. This 2 inch is so easy to walk in for me. I wear a 10 in shoes, have a wider foot, and ordered 10 M. I may could have worn the 9.5 in length. Very comfortable first day out. The good shaft height let me wear my cuff jeans great. I will also wear with a skirt. I am 55 and tall. My husband said, great boots on you honey. Love him and Zappos. You rock.

I didn't buy these on Zappos, but while searching for another pair of boots, saw these and decided to review because I've been wearing them this season. And what a great pair! Comfortable for all day wear. No pinches. Wears right, right away. I have very sensitive feet and these didn't need any breaking in, were just the right size (I wear 7.5), the leather is quality, and when I walk, the heel gives me the supermodel walk.

Great city boot. This boot is extremely comfy and looks great with just about everything. Skirts, jeans, dressy, casual, it works all around. It was a teensy bit tight at first but stretched just enough to be the pair of boots I reach for every morning.

These are inoffensive but a little short for size 11- a 41 rather than a 42. Otherwise they look fine with black tights.

These are the most incredible boots! Comfortable and stylish. I get so many compliments on these. The navy blue is gorgeous and really unusual. I can walk long distances in them, as well.

Totally amazing! I love these boots! They are simply gorgeous! And sexy! And cute! And did I mention comfortable? The lace-up is what makes these so adorable. The laces are just for looks. The tongue is actually stitched down, which is just perfect. Tall lace-up boots usually have a giant gap where the top of the foot meets the ankle when you actually walk in them. (The modeling pictures never show that gap, but it happens every time they are worn and actually walked-in.) So it's ideal that the laces are just to look cute, in my opinion. The heel is perfect and they fit exactly true to size.

I love these boots! I was looking for something comfortable and Western-y, but also that would go well with a dress, skirt, jean, etc. I travel a lot for work, and can\'t afford to carry boots that have only formal or informal use. These boots fit the bill. They are comfortable, I have stood in them all day with minimal discomfort. I particularly enjoy the heel - very comfortable, cups my foot well. I have a slightly wide 8.5 - 9 W foot, and these fit like a dream.

I originally bought these boots in brown, and I loved them so much that I bought another pair in black. I haven't worn such a high heel in quite some time and I was worried the boot would be uncomfortable. But it's not; in fact, these boots are extremely comfortable. They fit perfectly and look great with jeans. I would recommend these boots to anyone looking for a stylish that shoe that looks and feels great!

This boot is very sexy! It fits well and looks great. The toe part is a little more shiny than the rest of the boot, but it\'s not distracting. They look great with jeans or skirts!

I walked for three hours in New York City in these boots, on their first day, with no socks, and had no blisters, no pinch points. Discovered this weekend, after wearing them in the drizzle for 5 hours, that they also seem to be surprisingly waterproof. I stepped in wet ground, puddles, and my socks did not get wet.

How hard is it to find a good-looking, well-fitting ankle boot in dark blue or navy? If you've tried, you know what I'm talking about. This boot, "Mikey," is my favorite pair of shoes right now. It looks awesome with jeans, has nice padding and arch support, and stays comfortable all day long. I normally wear a 7.5 and bought size 8 on the advice of other reviewers. The 8 fits perfectly. I recommend this terrific boot without reservation.

These are beautiful flats. Not really a normal suede texture, much more refined. These run true to size and have excellent support. The leather soles are very nice and do not slip or mar. Although there are less expensive flats out there, these have support, good looks, and refinement. Just like you’d want in a good man (or woman).

Really trendy and comfortable pair of boots, love the stacked heel and the slouchy look. Looks great with jeans. The front of the boot, the rounded toe section was almost black and shiny, as if it had been worn for a while, I guess that was intentional, I didn't like that look. Other than that it’s ok.

The boot appears to be fully adjustable to allow for full adjustment of calf width, BUT IT\'S NOT. Don\'t be fooled like I was! Calf circumference is not adjustable. Laces are for show, except at the top where you can only tighten it - the toungue part of the boot is sewn into the rest of it. It\'s gorgeous though. The shoe part I felt was a half size too small. I have average ankles, but it felt snug there.

The boots came very quickly and are great. Size is perfect; color just a tiny bit lighter than the photo, but still great for jeans or navy pants.

These are beautiful boots. I have them in the Golden color which I recommend since it really shows off the detail stitching. They look great with jeans. Classic. \r\n\r\nThey run a little large, so if you are debating between two sizes, pick the smaller. I ususally wear a size 6.5 or 7.0. The 6.5 fits good with boot socks. \r\n\r\nThe heel height is just a smidge too high for me but the boot is so beautiful I don\'t let this bother me. I do wish it had some cushioning in the foot, but all in all, it is comfortable.\r\n\r\n\r\n

I really love these booties. They are chic and comfortable. Because the toe is round and they are suede (a more giving material), they fit my D width feet very well. I can wear them all day. I have them in dark gray, and I find the color muted yet sophisticated too; they pretty much go with anything from jeans to suits at work.

Cute shoes! Got a lot of compliments since day one. Here are some personal opinions: 1) I usually wear 6.5 Wide. I have extremely wide feet; however, I think I should have gone with 6 because 6.5 was just a tad too loose but doable. I did stretch out them though right after getting them since they're "M" in width, as I do with all my shoes. Here's how I did it: using two Ziploc sandwich size bags. Fill them with water about 1/2 way. Place the bags in the shoes then place your shoes in your freezer. Let them sit overnight. take them out then let them defrost for about 1/2 hour or so before removing the iced bags so you don't rip your shoes, then remove the ice bags. Voila, your shoes are now stretched without damage. Works best with real leather shoes, but will work with non-leather shoes as well. 2) even after stretching out the front part of the shoes they still took me about 2 weeks of wear to break in. First 10 days of wear, they did cause a little bit of pain right around the edges (the rim of the shoes) so I had to soak my feet in lukewarm water with vinegar at the end of the day. I do a lot of walking at work, which doesn't help. Maybe start off with 5-hour of wear then gradually move on to 10-hour wear if you can. Once broken in they're very comfortable. 3) sole is very thin so most likely they won't last for very long. I've had mine for just a bit over 2 months by now & the soles are pretty much rubbed off. Time for a new pair for me. Also, the sole is very slippery so I strongly suggest attaching "sole control"; they are sold in shoe stores for about $5.00 a pair & you stick them on to prevent from tripping/falling/slipping (yup, they're like stickers, very easy to attach). Do this before your first wear or else they won't stick once your shoe soles are dirty. 4) the insole sheds. At the end of the day my socks have little silver/gold glitter looking confetti all over them. You can dust the confetti off very easily so not a big deal to me, but I thought I'd mention it. Overall, great looking shoes. They work with both skirts and pants/jeans. Like I said, I get complimented all the time. I hope I covered all the important points.

I love how the boots fit, but am totally disappointed with the quality of the leather. Definitely not leather for a boot at this price. Feels cheap and plastic-like. I'm so disappointed because the fit is really good: great heel height, nice room for my somewhat wide foot, good shaft height, etc. Too bad. These have to go back.
