True to size. Stylish and professional in taupe. Receive many compliments on the shoes. Beware the patent leather is really a very thin skin over the shoe. I've already got 2 holes in the patent from accidentally rubbing one shoe against another. 2 weeks old and they need to goto the repair shop. :(

Cute shoe, but too narrow - These shoes are really cute, but the shoe is too narrow in the area at the top where the bow is. It's also not that comfortable as the inside inner and outer edge feels a bit rough; not scratchy, but the leather feels tough, not soft. I tried to wear them around the house to stretch them out, but my pinky toes started hurting. If your feet run a bit narrow, then they may be fine, and the slightly hard leather on the inside edges may soften up with a little break in time. The heel had a lot of cushion.

These shoes are hot? - LOL. They look great and are very comfortable. Appear to be well made and go with a lot of my summer dresses, skirts and shorts. The nude color lengthens your legs. Not to mention, nude is the in shoe color of the season. These are perfect and I have looked in countless departments stores and have not been able to find what I was looking for. I will get a lot of wear out of these.

This shoe is absolutely beautiful in the ivory/black patent. It is so dressy and elegant. I wore it to a wedding and it looked fabulous with my dress. I have had numerous comments. It is very well made and extremely comfortable. It is sooo chic!

I loved these shoes--they're gorgeous and they were comfortable... until I walked across hardwood floors in them! The bottom of the shoe has no grip and I'm not sure if I want to go through the trouble of adding some. Might have just been the specific shoe I received. But overall, great shoe in need of a better sole. If you're willing to add grip, or if you don't have to walk across smooth surfaces all day, I'd definitely recommend this shoe.

These shoes look great but they are uncomfortable! The front of the shoes is way too tight. I wish I was able to try them out for longer before walking out into the streets with them. Now I can return them after their worn. They hurt my feet like mad.

Beautiful & comfortable flats! These shoes are fantastic! They look even better in person. They are comfortable as much as they are cute. They were a little pricey, but I'm happy with my purchase. As usual, Zappos delivered them at lightning speed.

These shoes are gorgeous! The details on them are spectacular. They definitely run large as I'm a size 8 and ordered a 7-1/2 as per another customer's recommendation. I still even had a little extra room in the 7-1/2. They can be a little uncomfortable where the strap hits the ankle, so I'm experimenting with loosening the straps. I happen to have very boney ankles so I don't know if everyone will have the same problem.

Super cute -- I've had lots of compliments on these. However, they are not very comfortable at all. I usually like Via Spiga shoes and own several others, but for some reason, these kill my feet. I have tried to break them in, but these are not my favorites at all.

Via Spiga Undo - Very pretty shoes. Shoes are fully padded and very comfortable to wear. The back leather at the zipper is quite hard and it scratched my heel a bit. Probably need sometime to be broken in. Other than that, very satisfied with the shoes.

Cute shoes - I bought these shoes in pink to go with a floral dress for my 50th birthday party. They were surprisingly comfortable, even though I don't regularly wear a high heel. It must be due to the platform in the front. I've since enjoyed wearing them with skirts and also my white jeans.

PERFECT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX ! Okay, I wear an 8 because, after I had my son, my feet flattened out. I have a narrow heel but the pad of my foot is wide. Also I have small toes so it's hard to find shoes to fit and look good. The other problem is I was in an auto accident and have problems with balance now so all of the beautiful shoes I have I cannot wear. I took a chance and ordered these. I love platforms that are fairly even without a heel. These are beautiful and fit like a dream. The only regret I have is because the sole of the foot is not a wide lug sole I may have balance problems in them but PLEASE ORDER THIS SHOE ! You won't be sorry it is WONDERFUL !

Shoe looks fantastic but a tad small - I love, love the look of this shoe. But sadly I'll be returning this shoe because there isn't room for my toes. My toes fit but I feel like there isn't enough "breathing room" for my toes. Perhaps it might fit better with narrow feet.

Diva Style Gladiator! This shoe is so comfy! It has a more glam twist to the gladiator look. The black & white goes with everything, but also looks chic with a LBD! I've received so many compliments already. Love this shoe! Only downside is the sole will need to be redone as the leather is too soft.

FAB beyond words. A million compliments every time I where them (which is every chance I get). Very comfortable. Arch completely okay. I am a public defender. I wear the shoes to court, and I walk ALL day up and down halls and courtrooms. These shoes are actually comfortable. So, want comfy shoes -- these are yours. Want knock dead gorgeous shoes -- these are yours.

Cute online... not so cute in person. Easy decision to return these. Quality not worth the price. Straps that connect the front and heel parts appear to be made of rubber and are a different color shade. While the length of the shoe seemed fine the overall fit was extremely loose.
