Vans tribute to Dogtown. This shoe is a classic. Looks awesome and feels even better. Not to mention these have the "Dogtown" logo on the heel in tribute to the original Venice skaters of the late 70s, such as Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta, that invented modern skateboarding (the first to skate in pools, etc.). That rules!

AWESOME SHOES!!!! These shoes are great. They are the perfect shoes wethere you are skateboarding or just hangimg out with your friends. I definetelly recommend these shoes to everybody.

****BEST SEXIEST PUNKF$#&IN ROCK SHOE******* youre looking at the BEST shoe in history..this is the coolest shoe, im a skateboarder and whenever i wanna chill out i wear vans old skools,,this ones with the flame pattern are on fire!!!!!!!! do yourself a favor and get these shoes or your girlfriend. i got her a pair exactly like this and she looks SOOOO hot with them on and a miniskirt. VANS is simply the shoe to wear that is if youre cool and listen to kickass music like punk rock. wear them on stage, to go on a date, to the beach, skate on them, puke your alcoholic drinks on em. lol. just get these!!!! you'll never regret it, i have other old skools for like 8 years and they never,ever really fell apart. PUNK RAWK FOR EVER MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME SHOES!!! im a girl, and even though these are under the men category...i think chicks should buy em too. they were my first pair of vans, and i am super stoked that i decided to buy em. after youve broken em in...they kick! they light and comfy and you can wear em with anything. i love these shoes to death! buy them! you wont regret it!

Like finding an old friend... I used to wear these back in the 80s... noticed that many of the shoes that I grew up wearing were back in style, so I rushed out to get me some "old skools". They haven't changed one bit... still the same comfortable shoe they made 20 years ago. Now that I've found Zappos, I don't think that I'll ever be without a pair. I feel like I've found an old friend.

Good deal... I hadn't purchased this brand of Vans for years, make sure to order your size a 1/2 size larger then your usual size. Zappos delivered QUICKLY, best shoe site on the Net.
Brands I'd also recommend: any -- Zappos is delivers QUICK!

COMFORT, WHERE ART THOU? It's so difficult to find comfort. K-Swiss made their Classic in canvas and it could be put on and worn in comfort. Don't you know they went to leather and it's a totally different comfort level. Your shoe sole looked like it might be good but it's a little too flexible and I can feel the movement of the sole, not comfortable. Thanks for this opportunity.

Clean classic looking rock n roll sneaker - This shoe rocks! They look great, especially once you break em in. I've been wearing them nonstop for 3 years now but I remember when you could get them all sorts of colors. I like them better than Chucks myself. They can be kinda uncomfortable at first but just get some gel insoles and your set. The original skate shoe. The sole on these can't be beat for grip if you skate. You can rock them with anything, just don't put fat laces in them, I hate when people do that.

Vans Old Skools - I've bought 6 pairs of the same shoes in only two different colors.I skate and they kick. The only down fall is that if you skate alot of sets I wouldn't recommend them because you'll wake up with some bad bruised heels. But I love the look, feel, and grip on these shoes. I will never go to another company other than Vans. I've had 13 pairs of Vans, and I'm only 15 now, but yeh I recommend these shoes for any skater, off-season snowboarder, but no rollerbladers...yeh surfers too...
