Overall:

Nice shoe. I bought this shoe in navy to bring on vacation. So hard finding a cute, navy sandal this past season. This shoe is comfy - particularly with all those skinny straps. No digging in or rubbing. Wore them twice on vacation - very happy.

True to size and width. A very comfortable shoe. Great addition to your winter wardrobe. Looks great with suits for office wear and casual slacks.

Incredibly comfortable. Great looking boots that you can wear all day. I love them. I ordered my normal size and the fit perfectly. The leather is soft. They don't fit tight around my calf, so they do bunch up a bit at the ankle. Still, I love them.

The Jacy flat is very comfortable, one of the rare narrow shoes in a non-ballet style flat that fits well. It is cute and stylish without sacrificing comfort.

I ordered a 9.5 narrow and the ankle strap was too loose and couldn\'t be shortened further. The lining on the shoe was peeling off so it didn\'t appear to be a good quality shoe.

Love the shoes. Perfect fit for 6B; great color, good heel height for comfort and style. Ordered these shoes online at 6:30 on a Monday evening and found them waiting for me the next day when I got home from work. Unbelievable service. Zappos is the best.

These shoes are stylish, comfortable and flattering. They have a nice mixture of leather and suede. Height of the heel is good, decent without feeling unstable. They fit well (I wore them for over 14 hours straight the first time with no complaints!), and although the toe is quite pointy there is enough room so that toes don't feel cramped. Good value for the (very reasonable) price.

These are beautiful and very comfortable! Very well built, and the cone heel is so comfortable, makes it easier to wear all day and walk in. These seriously are beautiful shoes! I love them. I wish they had them in a brownish tan, I would order them!

These shoes are great. I wore them for about 6 hours one night, having gone to a dinner, a cocktail/reception, and then out to a local lounge, and they didn't start hurting until about the last thirty minutes of the night. I think they hurt mostly because I had been standing all night, but also because the toe is somewhat narrow. Either way, I still love these shoes. They exude a young and chic attitude and go with almost anything!

Very stylish, and great heel height for those of us who do a lot of walking. The length is true to size, but they are slightly narrow. Not sure if I\'m going to able to keep them. I\'ll have to walk around the house in them. But a lovely, dressy shoe to wear with pants. (I hope they are going to work!)

After a very short break-in period, these shoes are really comfortable and quite attractive. I can stand on hard surfaces for a long time and walk anywhere without feeling discomfort. I have really terrible feet with flat arches, hammer toes and bunions, so it is hard to find shoes that work.

I got the red version of these shoes and I have to say I love them! They are super comfy. I must admit, the first time I wore them I got blisters, but after that they were perfect. I get tons of compliments on them every time I wear them.

Too cute and very comfortable. I loved these shoes the minute I put them on! The stretchy material is extra comfortable on my poor tired extra wide feet. I know I will wear these a lot, especially over the holidays when I am entertaining. I will be able to be on my feet all day, and still look great!

These are wonderfully comfortable and stylish shoes. I usually wear Vaneli or Stuart Weitzman. I have a long narrow foot and it is often difficult to get a shoe that feels good all day. These are great and Zappos is great! I'm new to Zappos and have now successfully ordered, received, and kept two very fine pair of shoes. There is no other way to shoe shop! Thanks Zappos!

I really like this shoe. It looks good with m yjeans, dress pants or casual skirt. I have a very wide foot with an unsightly bunion. This shoe is comfortable and looks nice on the foot. It could use a little more arch support but could accommodate a little unsert.

This is a really cute shoe. It is even better looking in person. I usually wear a narrow but this one was just a bit too small. Probably would have worked in a medium width but they were out in my size. It looked like a much more expensive shoe so it was with regret that I returned them.

This is quite a stylish shoe for a relatively low heeled pump. It actually looks nicer in person, both the navy and brown are quite rich colors. A bit narrow in the toe area, and I was surprised that, given the brand is Vaneli, that there was not more cushioning in the sole.

I bought these shoes after reading other reviews saying how comfortable they are. And I have to agree, they are really comfy for heels. I wore them all day for a wedding and was really happy with them.

I love the pirate boot styling of this boot's pleated top. The heel height is just high enough to be dressy, but not so high that they are difficult to walk in. I have very narrow feet and although I bought a Slim (AAA), they fit more like a Narrow (AA). Overall, I am very happy with this boot though.
