Love these capris! I have them in pink, blue and yellow! They aren't see through like some workout capris can be. I use them for running and for crossfit. Works great for both! I'm 140 pounds and 5'6" and a Med fits me well. They hit a little higher on the calf than some of my capris, but it doesn't rub and doesn't bother me at all. Very impressed!

I've worked out in these capris twice now and love them!! Even after running a couple of miles, I didn't need to adjust them. I didn't find the rise to be too low or the waistband to be itchy. The material behind the knees and on the outside of the waistband is really soft too. I definitely recommend these capris for working out or running!

These are quality capris! I plan to wear them for my spin classes, but I've just been doing normal cardio + weights in them and love it. They stay out of your way during workouts, but like others have said, no muffin top or panty lines. The only reason I gave them -1 star on comfort is they are a little bit too low of a rise for my taste -- even though they've never gotten near crack-showing territory sometimes they're just low enough that I feel like I need to pull them up. I also really like the electric yellow color as I bike to my gym and need the bright reflective power.

These are the first workout pants of this style that do not give me muffin tops! There is no digging in at the waistline and when you sweat they literally become a second skin and stay dry. I wear them for running & aerobics. I'll be buying several more pairs!

These capris are my favorites for my regular runs. I am not a super long-distance runner, maybe on average about 12 miles a week, and these are my first choice. They wick moisture really well, and keep me cool. They don't ride up, or slide down, I don't have to adjust them or worry at all about them moving once they are on.
