Overall:

Classic tall Ugg is still a great boot. Warm, comfortable, looks great, and now comes in a huge color range. The Classic is still a size larger than your regular size, so order one size down.

Not the same as they used to be, Ugh. I've been wearing Ugg slippers for 12 years. That's right, bought my first pair on a trip to Australia. Been wearing the Tasman exclusively; buy a new pair every few years. This year they changed! There's a new sole (that's how to tell the new from old) and the new Tasmans are smaller/narrower and the quality control seems to have gone downhill. I ordered a few pairs from Zappos hoping to find a pair of the old ones. Zappos shipped me 2 pairs of Tasmans. 1 was the new version, 1 the old. The old ones are perfect! Just like I expected. The new ones with the new sole pattern goes back. For me, it was never about the brand name, always the performance. Old ones are 5 stars. New ones, skip them.

Ordered these Wednesday night and received them on Friday. I'm a size 7. The boots fit well with thin socks or no socks at all. Too snug for thick socks! I found the boots could come off/on more easily if I didn't tie the laces and tucked them inside the boot just as stated by another reviewer. They look so cute and feel so warm. I can't wait for snow! Bring it on!

When I first got these, it seemed like there was too much fur lining in the right scuff. I actually took some scissors to it. Now that I\'ve worn them awhile the fur is getting smashed down and making the scuffs much more comfortable.

I love them! I have a very low instep and small calf and they are snug and well fitted on my legs. I always have a problem with boots being too loose around my legs. I wear 7 1/2 and 7 fits me well. I used inserts for arch support and they even feel better. No problems with the zipper. I bought a cute skirt from J. Crew and it goes great with them. Not very comfortable when I drive; I am not able to flex my foot well, but I still think that they are great.

Stiff leather. I really wanted to like these shoes. I love my Ugg boots and the soles of these shoes were comparable. Unfortunately, the leather of the shoe itself was very stiff and would have given me blisters. They were also tight across the base of my toes. It is possible that they would have broken in eventually, but I'm not willing to wait at this price.

So, I bought my first pair of Classic Tall Ugg boots 19 years ago and wore them every Winter. The soles finally wore out, so I decided that it was time for a new pair. The new pair looks just as good as the original one I purchased way back when, and I know that they\'ll take a beating same as the first pair. These boots are featured in celeb magazines and stuff like that, but don\'t let that deter you! They\'re timeless and the most comfortable boot on the market. It basically feels like you\'re walking around barefoot on plush carpet all the time! And if you have wide feet (as I do), then these are the answer to your prayers. I can walk in these for hours and not experience any discomfort or foot pain. There are imitations out there, but since my 1st pair lasted almost 20 years, I didn\'t want to take any chances with inferior quality.

I love these slippers! They are very warm & very comfortable. The major flaw they have is if you don't wear socks, the black lining of the shoe causes very black marks on my feet which take time to wear off and remove.

I just purchased my daughter, a freshman in college in the Boston area, her second pair of the Ultimate Short boot. The first pair I purchased for her was when she was in seventh grade, and this year, she finally relegated them to slippers for use in her chilly dorm room. Needless to say, she loves them, they look great on her with jeans, and they are a terrific value.\r\n\r\n

This spray is fantastic! It protects your sheepskin boots and keeps it in good condition longer. I highly recommend it and Zappos is super fast in shipping and excellent with customer service!

Great idea to refresh your UGG boots. The liner in my six year old pair of ankle boots wore out. Now they are like new with new liners. They are warm, soft and never leak--what a great product UGGs are! Get some today!

I wear an 11, so I ordered a 12 based on previous reviews and they fit perfectly. Like walking on a cloud, super comfy. Wear in the house as a slipper and out of the house, too. Obviously I have a big foot, and it shows with these shoes. They are sort of cute, but the scallop detail is not very noticeable; they look pretty plain unless you look very closely at them. That said, the suede is beautiful itself.

I love these boots! They are perfect for the cold weather! I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 so I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly. I had no problems getting them on, as others reported. I have ordered the inserts, but may never use them as they are so comfortable as they are. Shipping was also very quick, as usual. Especially, to an APO! Thanks Zappos! You rock!

Zappos is awesome and this slipper is nice too. I ordered this last night and received it today! It does not get better than that; thank you Zappos! I wear 8-1/2 and ordered 7, as recommended for a perfect fit. They are warm and cozy, as well as the sole a little stiff, but I'll deal with that for the warm and cozy. Now I can wear my boots, come home and slip into the slippers, for non-stop comfort and warmth. I'm happy with my purchase! The only con is the cost.

These insole replacements are awesome. They don't say that they will fit into the classic boot, but that is exactly what I put them in and they feel great! They actually are more of a formed insole and have just a touch of an arch. Well worth the few bucks to rescue your Uggs!

Love these! This is my first pair of Uggs, and definitely not my last; will be purchasing Uggs as Xmas gifts in a few days because these boots made me a fan! Got the fig (maroon color) in these and they go with everything; I love that it is not a typical color. I followed other reviews and got a size 8 (I usually wear an 8 1/2). They fit perfect, are incredibly warm, and look amazing with skinny jeans! I've only worn them a few days and have already gotten tons of compliments. Zappos was quick, easy, and the cheapest out of all the sites I looked at for Uggs.

Love these boots. Love Zappos.I ordered these boots at about 4:00 Pacific Time. I knew they would give me the next day upgrade, but I expected I would get them two days later, since I ordered so late in the day. Nope! 3:00 the next day, a UPS truck pulls up, less than 24 hours later. It made my day. When I pulled the boots out of the box, they looked exactly like the picture. They were comfortable from the second I put them on. They aren't my first pair of Uggs, so I know they will get even more comfortable with wear. Next, I'll be ordering one of the dressier Uggs.

Exactly what I wanted - These are super cute and as comfortable as bedroom slippers. What more could I want? I generally wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I ordered a 9 in these and they fit perfectly over socks.

I wouldn't order shoes from anyplace other than Zappos because if they don't fit, returning is easy and free! As it turns out, my daughter's Uggs fit perfectly and we are very happy. Thanks Zappos.

Theses shoes are the most comfortable boots I\'ve ever had. Zappos was extremely helpful when I needed to exchange because of sizing issues. If you want really comfortable boots that you never want to take off, buy Uggs.
