These shoes are so comfy and warm, and they go with so much! I bought a half size larger than what I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend. Also, I received tons of compliments when I wear these boots!

Love these boots. They are expensive, but I've had many compliments, and they are really warm, which is why I bought them. But just like other UGGS, I need to buy one size larger than normal. I usually wear 7.5 or 8, so I ordered a 9, and they fit fine.

This is a true medium width, not wide like most ugg styles. Actually, I'm a narrow so this is even a little wide for me, but so much better fit; and I think I have tried on almost every style. It has a great soul for outside. I wouldn't buy this boot for a slipper, but definitely great for walking and weather. I hope ugg keeps us size 11 narrow feet in mind, very difficult to find good fits...even with mounds of insoles.

I got these for my 19 year old daughter, she loves them! She wore them for the first time NYE weekend while we were in NY walking around Manhattan; she said they were super comfy.

Ordered for my 85-year-old mom and she loves them! She did take her normal size, even though the website suggested the boots run large.

I'm returning these because they look way too much like house slippers. They cut a little in the heel but probably would stretch out if I wore them. The arch support was very nice.

Okay I had to comment on these boots! Been wanting them, hesitated because of price. Went on sale but alas not in the black which is what I wanted. Broke down and ordered them in black. Got them, liked the way they looked on, tried them with leggings, skinny jeans, really nice. Was a little disappointed that the sheepskin lining is on the thin side and is only to the ankle. I have the Adirondack Talls and the Adirondack II and they have a really thick furry lining. So was on the fence about keeping these boots, they are expensive and I was not super thrilled. This morning it was pouring rain here, I looked at them and said oh what the heck, put them on, wore them to work. They are wonderful! Comfy, warm, they look so nice and stylish and sleek. Go for it! If you are lucky enough to want one of the colors that are on sale, grab them! I couldn't be happier and I paid full price!

Fantastic looking boot! Have many pairs of Ugg's, but this has now become my favorite. Stylish and so comfortable. Thank you Zappos for always carrying the newest and hottest styles!

I purchased these about a month ago and they felt perfect when I first put them on. I wear an 8 1/2 and went a half size larger. Now that they are broken in, I wish I had gone with an 8 because they do stretch out and I make a slappy noise when I walk on hard floors. Still I love the slipper and will not give them up.

The slippers were delivered promptly. These are the most wonderful slippers I have ever owned. I can't wait to get home and put them on! You should know that with UGG's, the natural fur flatters after awhile, so they will get a little larger. So don't buy larger. If anything, buy smaller. I'm a 7; I bought a 7 (the size was just too small). My toes touch the front. After a month, they are starting to loosen up.

This is a great boots and it's not my first purchase of UGG boots. They're cozy, warm, look nice and great for everyday use. Love it!

I ordered these Ugg Boots for my daughter for Christmas. They came in plenty of time, unfortunately when she tried them on they were to small. I called the company and they replaced the boots with the correct size overnight without even waiting for me to return the original pair first. The service people I spoke to where incredibly friendly and helpful. I have never been fond of on-line shopping but this was a very positive experience for me. I would definitely order from this company again.

I bought these for my EMU's, and since my boots have removable insoles, they fit perfectly!

I love my Ugg Bailey boots. This is my 4th purchase from the Ugg brand. As normal always buy a size smaller than the normal shoe size. Very comfy.

I absolutely love these boots! They are very comfortable and warm. I usually wear a size 7½. I got these in a 7 because they run big.

These slippers are great and I love them. The lining feels wonderful, as always with Uggs. However I was shocked by the sizing. I normally wear a size 8, sometimes even a 7.5. I even have Ugg boots that are an 8 and fit perfectly barefoot and with socks. The 8 in these Dakotas was very tight, even barefoot! Wearing these in the 8 with socks was not an option for me, they were so tight. Both width-wise and length-wise they were just too small. I ended up ordering and keeping the 9 (I've never worn a 9 in my life) and I love them but they are too big and flop off my heels if worn without socks. I really need the 8.5 but settled on the 9 w/ no half sizes. Too big and loose better than too small and uncomfortable, I suppose. I'm shocked more people didn't rate this as running small. Just don't get it. Do wish it had a little more arch support, too. Amazing slipper though. I wear them every minute I can!

I love them! They're so comfortable. Wish I had listened to everyone else and ordered the size smaller the first time, but with Zappos easy return process it wasn't that big of a deal. The only downside for me is I have narrow feet, and the mediums are a little wide for me, but still wearable. Definitely recommend!

I had to return a pair of Ugg boots I ordered for a Xmas present and request another color. The customer service rep was very helpful, and I received the other pair within 2 days (awesome).
