Overall:

I normally wear a 11D shoe. I needed to get a size 14 to fit. It's a beautiful boot. The major issue I have is that the "ankle support" on my right boot rubs the skin raw on my ankle bone. It's a problem I have with most boots in the past, so it might me an issue specific to me.

First, I love Zappos!!! Fantastic customer service, so easy, so pleasant! I always check here first when looking for shoes. The Knightbridge is a great Ugg. I really like the zipper. I did read reviews about it being tight to zip and this was true the first few times I wore it. It has formed nicely and I can zip over skinny jeans now with no problem. They are comfortable, but fit a little more snug than my Bailey Button Uggs. I still have an 8 in both (I usually wear 8.5 or 9) and both fit well. I also paid full price for this Ugg on Zappos and it went on sale a few days later. When I contacted Zappos, they refunded the difference to me no questions asked! Thanks for awesome customer service Zappos!

I ordered these boots because I wanted something to muck around in slushy parking lots that I could wipe down, that were rugged enough for ice and would still be warm for Cleveland, OH. These boots serve that purpose and slightly remind me of the ubiquitous Ugg boot from a comfort standpoint. Slight difference in that the interior is not as plush as I would have expected and I prefer to wear a sock because of this. Getting your foot in could be a challenge if you have a high instep, total design flaw which I'm sure will be re-visited. Overall I would recommend and found fit to be true.

I love these boots. They are very warm & comfortable. The shaft is not very wide though, but I have skinny legs & can wear them over my jeans. I wear size 8 & my calves are 13 inches just to give you an idea.

I was nervous ordering these based on other reviews but we were expecting yet another snowstorm and I really needed snowboots. I had to laugh once I got mine. People complained about not being able to get them on and that's nonsense. I had NO issues getting them on and I liked that the zipper didn't go lower b/c that would have been potential for water leaking in. They fit like a glove, even with a kneesock on. I have large calves and was also worried about them zipping up but they were great. If I had smaller calves I'd probably have been able to tuck leggings or light jeans in. Oh well...next lifetime :)

I love these boots! i especially love the rubber sole bottoms. These are my 4th pair of uggs and honestly they are worth the price. I just have to say Zappos is the BEST online shoe place to order from. I placed my order Wednesday and they sent me an e-mail a few hours later saying I able to be upgraded to priority shipping and I got my boots on Thursday! I was shocked to see the box sitting on my door step. Will be a customer for life!

Got these shoes for my dad. He loved the style. He has wider feet, so it was little hard for him to put them on, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

I got the Ugg Meridian in a size 7 (I normally wear a 6.5-7) they fit perfect. They are very warm and cozy and keep my feet dry. They aren't exactly a slip on type shoe but I didn't have any problems getting them on. I can fit them fine with or without socks. I got these in the mocha brown color and I love them. Very comfy and waterproof...I've worn them in the slush and snow so far and my feet are nice and warm and dry. I like that the insoles are removable/replaceable. A great shoe and very stylish. I would definitely recommend them. Of course, Zappos service was EXCEPTIONAL.

These are the first boots I've ever had that really fit and really are warm and waterproof. Having a narrow foot and a narrower heel, I'm crazy about the heel that so many of the reviewers can't squeeze their feet into. I've never had a boot that I didn't walk out of in the heel. And I've never had such warm and comfortable boots. I'm thrilled!

Amazing boots. My husband, the pickiest shoe-shopper ever, put them on and said, "Oh, yes. I'm wearing these. These are great." He loves that there are no ties or buckles or snaps, he can just slip on his boots and go. He loves that they're warm and waterproof. But mostly, he loves the comfortable fit. Expensive, but worth it. And my daughter thinks it's just too cool that her dad wears Uggs, too.

I love these boots. They keep my feet so warm. These are my first pair of Uggs. I know some people complain about the boots being tight around their calves. For me, this is what I like about these boots. When I try on other Ugg styles, my heel pops up and down. With these Uggs, I don't have this problem.

Like other Uggs, these boots are fabulous. However, I have large calves and these did not fit me properly. There was no give and the way they fit around the ankles was uncomfortable. I could tell that if I wore them around they would likely cut me. I am sadly returning mine. If you have smaller calves, these boots would be perfect. They are just gorgeous and the sheepskin lining is thick and so comfortable. The structure just did not work for me.

First of all, these are gorgeous boots. As you've likely read, there's no sheepskin lining along the sole so I wear socks with these Uggs. And I find the footbed wide, but I do have skinny little feet; I slide around a bit and am considering purchasing the sheepskin insoles to see if that helps. I have a pair of classic tall Uggs and they are definitely warmer overall than these (and still my favorites), but I love having these as an option because, frankly, they're far dressier than regular Uggs. And warmer than most leather boots. I don't contend that they are waterproof by any means, but I did spray them down with protector just in case. They've held up marvelously. They get scuffy here and there since their outer leather is a suede, but it's easy enough to rub those out lightly with a leather cleaner. Overall I recommend these Uggs. I get compliments all the time and surprised "really?!"s from people when I tell them they're Uggs.

Had to go up one size, so they run small, but very comfortable and great support for wearing long hours. Lots of compliments! Like a super-moccasin, with a shoe bed.

These boots are beautiful. I go to school in NYC so I needed a pair of extra warm boots and these are perfect. I ordered them on a Saturday afternoon and opted for the free ground shipping and i recieved them on monday morning. Zappos is efficient and puts their customer first.

These boots are not sized like normal UGGs. I wear a six and I ordered a six. Normally, I order a five in UGGs. I have athletic calves and was afraid they wouldn't zip. It is a tight fit w/ skinny jeans but they do zip. These boots are better looking than the regular UGGs.

I was afraid these boots would not live up to the crazy amount of hype that surrounds them. Luckily, they totally did. My friend who's had both said to go with the Ugg ultras because they were just better than regular Uggs(better made and more durable and better looking). I did go with the Ultras, and even though they cost more, I don't regret it. They are super warm and super comfortable. Today it was 16 degrees and I walked through snow and my feet felt totally warm and cozy. I have been wearing them everywhere, and they are holding up beautifully-- worth every penny. By the way, I also consider myself a 7 to 7 1/2, and I bought a size 6, which was perfect.

First I absolutely love Zappo's. I had to return the ugg's I got for my husband (they didn't fit). The Customer service rep at Zappo's was delightful, and really helped me pick an appropriate shoe to replace the first pair. Smooth return, refund, replacement. I am a customer forever! BTW- the Uggs are beautiful~~~

I purchased these boots for my best friend for her birthday. We absolutely loved the look and quality of the boots. They were absolutely beautiful! I had ordered her normal size, a seven. But when we received them she COULD NOT get her foot into them. We tried everything. We were so disappointed. When we called Zappo's they were so concerned and nice, and suggested the next size up, an 8. However, there were no 8's available, as the boot was discontinued. I kept checking the website, and one day a pair of 8's popped up. I called Zappo's immediately. The representative was amazing!! We received the boots the NEXT DAY, at no cost to us, and they are GREAT!! I guess they discontinued them because of the sizing problems, and it's a shame because they amazing boots. And Zappo's customer service is outstanding!!

Pretty comfy, true to size... the furry foot bed feels great. I bought them for jacuzzi-side nights and padding around the house, which has worked out perfectly.

Funny thing...I have them on right now!!!!! These boots are great. They're not too rugged but have a casual look, yet feminine enough to still look cute!! I wear a size 6, however I got the 5.5's because there were only two left and I HAD TO HAVE THEM. Believe it or not, they fit like a glove. It's awesome. Tons of compliments.
