Overall:

I was so excited to get these Uggs! Especially because they are so unique; you never see anyone wearing metallic Uggs! I do get compliments on them all the time. Also, I ordered them in a kids size 5, and I normally wear a 7 1/2. They fit perfectly and I saved tons of money. I hate to give them a less-than-good review, but I am severely disappointed in these Uggs. I've had these boots a month now, and I must say, they look at least a year old. The gold is flaking/wearing off on both of their uppers, and the leather of one boot looks noticeably more worn than the other for some reason. I would recommend sticking to the plain leather Uggs unless you don't mind having very worn-looking leather of your Uggs boots after one month.

The Ugg kids moccasins are awesome! I usually wear a woman's size 6 and ordered a kids 5 and it fit perfectly. They're really comfortable and soft. I wear them in and out the house and everyone loves them. The best money I've ever spent! Plus they came the day after I ordered them! It was awesome.

I love this slipper. I wear it every day now that it is cold. I am a women's size 7 1/2 and the 5 fits perfectly. I ordered the 6 also just to see, but it was way to big for me. I will happily wear these shoes out and then buy some more! Zappos has great customer service also; I had a problem initially with the shoes and they resolved it immediately for me.

Purchased the Ugg boots for my daughter. She loves them so much. They are true to size and she says so comfortable! She wears them every day. Will have to purchase another pair I am sure! Zappos is great! It is so hard to please a teenage girl, enough said, ha!

I have 2 other pair of Ugg boots (sand & brown), but needed a slipper. I received today and the fit is great. I am a woman's 7 and I ordered the kids 5. I ordered the light sand color and beware, it's very light. It's almost white and much lighter than the picture. I wanted to exchange them for the chestnut, but those are out of stock now.

Love these boots! I just got these Uggs Kids Classic Tall boots today and can't take them off! I'm a woman in my 30s, but decided to try ordering the kids Uggs this time. I think I actually like them better than my "adult" pair. I wear a womens size 7 shoe and the size 5 kids Uggs fit perfectly. They're so warm and cozy, quite lightweight and the "tall" version of these boots is just the right height for me (I'm 5'3''). As always, Zappos' service was fantastic, too! I ordered these boots yesterday afternoon and had them in less than 24 hours!

I bought UGGS for my little niece last year when she was 2 and now she's 3 so I had to get her another pair. They are just simply the most comfortable shoes she's had to date. She doesn't like to wear shoes at all because they bother her chunky little foot. These she keeps on all day.

I bought the Uggs for a Christmas gift, so my remarks are not about the shoes. It is about the excellect customer service you receive from Zappos. For the first time, I needed to return something and exchange. The free shipping was a blessing, and absolutely no hassle from the company. This is special in this day and age when it seems that most companies have thrown customer service out the window.

The ordering was easy, the shipping was great, and the boots are fantastic. It worked so well, we bought a second pair for my daughter's friend. We shipped these to a USA address and including exchange rate, the cost was less than half the Canadian price.

These are soft and comfy and as long as you wipe them off after they get dirty they stay clean. My 5 year old loves them! I highly recommend these adorable boots!

These shoes are fantastic for my baby to wear everyday during the cold months so I didn't mind splurging on some good shoes. He wears a size 5/5.5 in infant shoes and these fit loosely. They do stay on his feet as long as he doesn't pull them off himself. I recommend them!

These Ugg Boots are wonderful. This was the fourth pair that I had bought for relatives or myself.My granddaughter wears a 2½ so I went down ½ a size as I do for mine. They just barely fit, so I am returning them. I reordered the next size so she could have them for her birthday. Zappos is so great that they sent out the new size immediately and I will return the smaller size. I am so happy with Zappos, especially their shipping policy.

I can't wait to give these to my granddaughter for Christmas. She is 4 1/2 and I bought her the size 12. I actually bought myself the grey ones. I wear a size 6.5 in womens and the youth size 4 fits just a tad on the big size. The youth 3 were too tight, though.

The kids Uggs were exactly what my daughter wanted for her 16th birthday. She usually wears a size 6 in womens and she fit a size 4 kids. She was thrilled with them. I was thrilled with Zappos, they were shipped very quickly, I ordered on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. I love their shipping and return policy. But, no need to return as they worked just perfectly.

These shoes are worth the money if you live in a cold climate. My daughter wears them with everything starting in the fall and straight through winter. The dark color holds up well. I wouldn't suggest a light color, they can get dirty. Also make sure to spray that weatherproofing stuff on them.

My Granddaughter loves these boots. She wears a size 8 and has a wide foot. The 8 worked just fine. I got the protective spray also so that I could treat them once we knew they would fit. I just hope her foot doesn't grow too fast so we can get our money's worth out of them. They are a pricey investment for toddlers! But now she has boots like granny and her aunt and she loves it. They are so soft inside. I know that with wear they will stretch but in our bayou climate I don't know if we will get enough cold days for that.

I ordered the Sunshine II boots in Chestnut for my daughter. She wears size 5 or 5-1/2 and the Uggs kids size 4 fits perfectly. My daughter loves these boots and says they are beautiful and so comfortable. Thanks to Zappos for great and fast service. Received these within a couple of days.
