Order one size down than usual and if between sizes, order 1 1/2 sizes down from your usual size(for example, if you wear a size 9 1/2, order a size 8).

I've worn the UGG Coquette's for several years and have never been disappointed. They are snugly warm on my cold feet in the winter and comfortable for summer too! I've usually bought them in natural, but the brown ones are so cute!

I used Zappos for the first time this past Christmas. I had an excellent experience. I purchased several pairs of shoes and Zappos has all of the right sizes and styles. Moreover, I ordered shoes two days before Christmas and they arrived on Christmas Eve and I wasn't even charged for shipping.

Bought these for my mother for Christmas and she loves them! She wore her last pair into the ground, but you couldn't pry them off her feet - nothing beats a pair of Uggs for comfort!

Ordering was simple and the sizing recommendation was perfect. I doubted it when ordering since the difference was a size and a half from other shoes, but Zappos was correct and my wife was pleased with her gift.

The slippers are lovely. So comfy and soft and your feet do not sweat. I could not believe this in other reviews, but it’s true! They are so so lite weight. The soles are a bit hard on the feet, but I still like them. You should really water proof them to prevent staining. A bit of foam on the soles and an arch would definitely help. Buy them!

Just as expected. The rumors are true. UGG is amazing. I would order a size smaller than what you normally wear. I’ve had these shoes now for a couple months and they are perfect and get me through my day of school and keep my feet warm and cozy!

These are perfect. I recently moved into a new house where there is a lot of tile. I needed these to stand on the hard cold floor. They offer support comfort and warmth. Well worth the investment. Couldn’t have wanted anything better. At first I ordered the black, but the dye bled all over my feet. So I highly recommend the natural sheep’s wool. Undyed. These shoes conform to the shape of your foot to make them an excellent fit.

They are so soft, cozy, and comfortable. I have rarely taken them off in the near three weeks I have had them. I wear them outside too, since they have such a nice sole on them. Definitely size down. I wear an 8 normally. My Uggs are a size 7, and I could easily take a 6 1/2 in them.

Plus, they have a very good, traction sole, so you can run outside to get the mail, walk the dog, etc. The interior shearling very soft. These are not low profile slippers, but are fairly bulky on the foot. Okay, now about the fit. They run very large. I normally wear a size 8.5-9, so I initially ordered a size 8. They were huge on my feet, specifically too long. I exchanged them for a size 7 (Zappos, you rock) and while they initially felt a little close on the foot, the shearling smooshes down to the shape of your foot, and within five minutes they fit me perfectly. After wearing them every single day for the last two weeks (we take our shoes off at the door), they are actually beginning to feel a little loose on my foot and I have started wearing socks with them (like regular Ugg boots, these are really designed to be worn barefoot). While they are incredibly comfortable and super lush, I am a little worried about their long term durability based on the wear I am already seeing in the interior shearling (especially for how expensive they are), but in the mean time, they are the most luxurious slippers I have ever owned.

My 14 year old daughter wanted a real pair of Ugg boots. Since they are expensive (they're never on sale) I bought from Zappos to avoid shipping costs and sales tax. They arrived as ordered in a few days, which is saying a lot during the holiday season. She loves them!
