These Ugg boots are the best investment i have ever made! Yes, they are a bit pricey and yes, they are a little bit uggly but they are the most comfortable, warm, insulated against the cold boots that I have ever tried and they are mine! Long did I hesitate to buy a pair of Ugg Boots because I did not like the way they looked for the price they came at. And then, I moved to Missouri in the middle of winter and I can say that winters are cold here! But with my Ugg boots I daresay I am not getting cold feet. I do not know what it is, the sheep skin or the thickness or whatever, my feet are warm and cozy no matter what. Oh and I wear them without socks and miracle of all miracles, my feet do not sweat or stink! Now, talk about amazing! How is it that my feet do not sweat? I have no idea! But it is the beauty of my Ugg boots, they are that good! Comfort wise, it is like I am walking on a fluffy cloud, I kid you not. I ordered a pair of Classic short in a 7. I was really worried that 7 was going to be totally the wrong size because I am a 7½ sometimes 8 depending on the brand. Choosing the size 7 for me was absolutely the right thing, they fit perfectly well and I have absolutely no complaints about that. Now, one last thing before I split, invest in getting the Ugg water and stain repellent and use it on your Ugg boots before you wear them! It will protect your boots against the rain and the snow and you will not be sorry! It is worth every penny to make that purchase, the way I see it is I am protecting my investment. Apply one coat outside (if you can) and wait four hours and then apply a second coat and let them be overnight. You will not regret it! It did not alter the color of my boots once the product was soaked in the leather and it is very efficient, I am telling you, rain, snow, whatever, my boots are fine.

I bought these as a gift for my mother in law and had to exchange them for a larger size. These do not fit the same as they did in years past. I am a 7.5 and take a 6 in classic tall and Ugg slippers. I couldn't even get my foot in the shaft of the boot. There is no way they would fit my mother in law if sizing down. I recommend to get your regular size in these. They are also not as wide as in past years.

They are very comfortable. My feet are usually cold but when I wear Ugg boots, my feet are so warm even without wearing socks! And I never get tired when I was on my feet all day shopping and walking. I love them. I will buy other colors.

I love UGG boots! I have two pairs of Classic Short in black and chestnut. I wear 8M in ever shoe I own except UGG. I have tons of shoes (but never enough). Size 7 is perfect after a few hours of wear. I have one pair of size 8 and they are way too big and flop around on my foot. I wear those around the house only.

I was late to the UGG, but I'm glad I came. They are fantastic! Admittedly UGGs are not the most beautiful shoe, but boy they are comfortable, warm, and toasty. My husband likes to ask where I keep the ice block I rub my feet on in the winter. I just can't seem to keep them warm indoors, or out. UGGs do the trick though! And as always, Zappos is absolutely wonderful!

Love these boots! I have had the Classic Tall before and they got too warm sometimes, but these are perfect! I usually wear a 7.5M in other shoes. I tried a 6 in these but they were so tight they hurt and felt like my foot was falling asleep. It also felt like my toes were scrunched. The 7 feels much more comfortable, warm and perfect! I would not recommend sizing down 1.5 sizes unless you don't mind your feet being cramped.

These are great. Nice color, nice weight, nice size, nice height. I sprayed them with a suede waterproofing and they didn't discolor, so far so good.

Just got my Uggs today...and wow, what can I say, other than they are amazing? I wasn't hoping too much because I already have a pair of EMU boots. I didn't think that there was much of a difference between them, until I got my Uggs. The Uggs, I felt, had more cushion and the sheepskin wasn't as rough as my EMUs. The boot isn't as heavy as my EMUs either. It could be because of the different soles? Either way, I am happy with my purchase.

I normally wear a 7.5 so I ordered the 7, too small! My toe was right at the edge. Also these are nowhere near as comfortable as the Ugg ultra short which I have in black.

I am a fan of Uggs and have been since my first pair in 2006, but I don't like the way the newer ones fit. I loved my classic shorts back in 2006, but have barely worn the new ones I got in the same style last year. They're too tight around the ankle and narrower than my old ones. The new boot also isn't as flexible as the old pair is and it's hard to tuck my pants in them. I doubt I could break them in much either. My mom just got a pair of the Bailey Buttons and I would say the same for those. Too narrow around the ankle. I'm bummed I didn't try a size up when I had the chance. I probably wouldn't order a size down without trying your typical size first.

I ordered a pair of these UGGs and was so disappointed. These were nothing like my old UGGs. They look and feel cheap. I sent them back and Zappos quickly credited my credit card and I bought something else. Love Zappos! They are awesome.

I recently bought these boots to add to my Ugg collection. I have several different pairs in different colors and styles. I was very disappointed with the quality of the new boots Ugg is making. The shaft of the boots would not stay up and was very thin. The sheepskin lining was not equal in both boots either, and one was much thinner than the other. Also, the boots were too loose and I felt my foot slipping out of them with every step. This is not the fault of Zappos, but the fact that Ugg seems to be making lower quality boots is very disappointing. I wanted the chestnut color, but they feel cheaply made. I also feel like my toes would go right through the top after a few wears. I recently got the chocolate color for christmas and they feel just perfect! I feel like the chestnut ones are not made like they used to be. I will be returning them and hope that Ugg will start making their chestnut Uggs with better quality again soon before I purchase another pair.

My daughter loved these boots, I purchased them for Christmas, she wears a size 8, so that was the size I ordered, they were too small, so sent them back (no problem with return/exchange which I love). Re-ordered in size 9 and they fit perfect. I love the return and exchange policy, I have never had a problem with anything I have ever ordered. She has been wearing the boots almost every day and still loves them. Zappos is a great company!
