I normally wear a size 10 shoe, 11 in running shoe. I tried on a size 9 in these in a store and my toes were a little "crammed" feeling, I was told they stretch but wasn't comfortable with it. They didn't have a 10, so I came home and ordered the 10 from Zappos, (ordered at 4pm Mountain time yesterday by the way and they were here today, Wow!) and the toes feel snug but not crammed but my heel comes out when I walk. Ugh, maybe I should give the 9's a try again. Anyway these are going back, 3 stars only for my heel coming out, not comfortable.

Very comfy. Very warm. The standard Ugg fur lines the inside bottom of foot only. Wool material lines the rest. I wear a 7 sneaker and 6.5 dress shoe, but the cardy runs large, so a 6 fit me perfectly. I get compliments constantly. I wouldn't wear them in the rain or snow because I don't know how the material would react. These boots were a great investment.

Of course, I can't tell you enough about my love for Zappos.com with the A+ customer service and super fast shipping! Now, on to the boots...I love them! I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size down from what I usually would order and although I was hesitant, I am so glad I did because they fit perfectly! I've worn them several times since I received them and they still look and fit just as they did when I received them.

Zappos is a great place to get shoes. Prices, selection, and customer service are awesome. I ordered some boots for my daughter for Christmas, unfortunately, they were too small. No problem, sent them back and a new pair arrived very speedily! The customer rep made the whole process painless. I thought it would be a huge hassle and I was dreading the returns. What a pleasant surprise! Thanks Zappos...we'll be shopping with you again!

Uggs are Uggs - you like 'em or you don't. In our town, if you're a teen, they are a must have. I commend Zappos for dealing with several returns due to the size issues with Uggs that vary depending on the type. The returns, replacements and refunds were handled quickly and painlessly. Thanks.

I heart these boots, they are the best. I'd been eying them for about 18 months and finally decided to spoil myself two days ago and I do not regret the price tag. Just like my other UGGs, they are exceptionally comfortable and warm. The Classic Cardy is also stretchy at the calf, so anyone can wear them comfortably. They are stylish - I am currently wearing them with a black dress and pantyhose, however they can also be worn with jeans. I'm a size 5 1/2 in American Women's, so I went down a half size to a 5 and they are still a little big but nothing a pair of socks doesn't fix. However my other UGGs are also 5s and they fit perfectly, so I think these just run a bit bigger than most UGGs. I would recommend going down a full size if you can, since the material is pretty stretchy.

I love these boots. They are extremely comfortable. I wear an 8 1/2, but ordered an 8 because of other reviews, and they fit great. Also, the color is perfect and matches the picture.

This was my 1st pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them. Very cute compared to other Uggs. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to wear them more than a handful of times because I live in Florida. These are super cute with some skinny jeans.

I was a little wary of buying these boots due to the price. My worries went to the wayside after receiving the package in the mail. These are the most comfortable boots you will ever buy. They go with anything. You can roll them up or fold them down. I wore them last week with a pair of skinny jeans and they looked awesome. They are the perfect purchase for cold weather. If you buy these boots, please buy a size smaller than you normally would.

I bought these boots for my daughter, but also tried them because we wear the same size. Usually we take a size 8, the 7 seemed snug and the 8 seem a little big prob 1/2 size. They are very comfortable and are definitely well made compared to other knock offs. I would definitely recommend them.

Love, love, love these boots even more than I was anticipating. The fur lining keeps my feet warm while also providing extreme comfort. They are also super-stylish. I like the option to pull them up or roll them down depending on the style of jeans that I pair with them. I followed the advice of other customers to size down to the nearest whole-size if in-between sizes. I'm a solid 8 1/2 so the size 8 fit me perfectly! Best boots ever!
