I cannot comment on the longevity or wear of the product since it recently arrived; however, I am impressed with the design, features and feel of the bag. There are a ton of thoughtful and convenient areas to place whatever it is you want to keep in the bag, zippered areas inside of zippered areas, etc. This bag holds a lot. It is somewhat bulky and heavy, but that's necessary given the heavier-duty fabric and carrying capacity. Nice area for a computer, various documents, nicknacks, etc. The strap is comfortable on my shoulder. I think I am going to like this bag for a long time.

Very nice bag! Looked at many Zappos videos (excellent idea so helpful!) to make my decision. Gave it to my husband for Christmas and he seems very happy with the organization of all of the various pockets and organizing ability.

Great bag that has good storage capability but still relatively compact. Stands on it's own even when fully loaded. Professional yet understated...the business pro if you will. Happy with the purchase.

Great bag. I carry a laptop and heavy files and can get a lot into this bag. It's relatively easy to carry, even when full. It is very well made and worth the money. I'm glad I bought it.

Excellent bag. I did a lot of research and decided on this one for the following reasons: 1. T-Pass: great feature for frequent travelers. 2. Expandable: this size has more space and is expandable for when you need more. 3. Tumi brand: I have had a few pieces of Tumi luggage and they have held up very well. 4. Pockets: many pockets for different things. 5. Carry-on handle passthrough: very important so this does not fall off the carry-on.
