Overall:

I am very pleased with the shoes. I have trouble finding shoes that look and fit well, but these shoes look and fit. I wore them to a wedding and kept them on all day throughout the reception and did not have any problem with them at all. I had read that the back straps would be too loose, but I have fat heels and they did the trick for me. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who needs shoes in wide and the heel height is great.

What a comfortable shoe! Great for narrow feet. A little pricey, but worth the comfort. Looks good with slacks or skirt. Good for work. Got some compliments today.

I love my new shoes! I wear an odd size (11.5) and it was really easy to find what I needed. I will order more shoes through Zappos again soon!

I needed a pair of walking shoes that were stylish as well. I had a huge choice at Zappo\'s, but was easily able to narrow down to what I was specifically envisioning. I ordered these, they came in speedy time and they fit beautifully, but had they not it was great to have the customer service available to return and find something else. Great shopping experience for a non-shopper!

Finally, I found what I have been looking for! I have been searching the brick and mortar stores for months. I should have visited Zappos a long time ago. The shoes arrived very timely and fit like a glove on my foot. Never had the Trotters brand before, but am very pleased with the fit and quality. I am sure that my next pair will be the same brand, purchased through Zappos again.

Very nice choice for a busy job that requires a fast pace, but having to look neat and polished from early a.m. to late day, 12 hour days, 2-4 times a week not unusual. They go well with suit skirts or pants.

I love these shoes; they are so comfortable, fit like a glove and have a versatile heel height. I had to go down a half size, which I've found is typical of Trotters. I purchased them in black and brown and would have bought the navy as well if they'd been available.

The quality is as usual first class and the fit is perfect. Having a large foot makes me very fussy about my shoes. I am always happy with my Zappos purchase. This is no exception. Also, it was rushed to me (without asking for special attention) and they made it on my feet in time for a wedding. Thanks Zappos.

I love these shoes! I was searching for a comfortable pair of shoes to wear with dress slacks at work. These are perfect! They were comfortable the day I took them out of the box and continue to be my favorite pair. I also love shopping at Zappos.com! Their customer service is second to none.

Surprisingly tight. I have several pairs of Trotters flats, collected over the last 7-10 years, and all tend to fit beautifully right out of the box. This pair was so tight that I checked to see if the size was right.

The boot was actually even better looking than I thought it would be. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as another older pair of boots I have. It pinches in the toe. I ordered a wide (which is the size I normally wear) and can wear trouser socks with them.

Overall:

These are the only practical boot out there (with treads) that can be worn with dresses. They are quite roomy, but stiff. I didn't find enough cushioning in them, but there was plenty of room to add a cushioned insole. I'm hopeful they will work quite well.

These boots are very cozy and absolutely adorable. The zipper doesn't go all the way to the bottom, a plus for city walkers!

These boots are terrific. The fit was perfect. I have a very wide foot (12WW) and these are most comfortable. It has been a very rainy autumn in New England and these boots have kept my feet warm and dry! I am ordering a pair for my mother.

Okay, not the best looking shoe out there, but it sure is comfortable. The shoe is true to size and has a nice arch support. I ordered wide and was happy that it was indeed roomy for my toes. I ordered these while I was preggo with swollen feet and were a huge life saver. Great for all day office/on your feet job.

Comfortable right out of the box!These are my first pair of Trotters, so I ordered a wide width, since they were available, and since tight shoes make me grumpy. Surprise, surprise, they were super roomy (I could have gotten by with a regular width), but since I usually wear arch support inserts, I kept them and consequently have had a comfortable grump-free stylish black shoe that is a joy to wear. Wish I could say that about all the shoes in my closet!

I want to keep my toes dry in sleet and snow. So far I wore this pair 3 times on rainy days and my toes were completely dry! It might not be the greatest looking boots, but unlike typical snow boots, this pair is not too bulky and looks appropriate for office. Oh, it is also very comfortable. Overall, I think it was a great buy!

Seems to run larger. I ordered the size 9W that I normally would wear, but they were a good 1/2 size too big. Loved the look of them, though. I'm going to order a smaller size, and keep my fingers crossed.

I ordered a 9D and they are roomy enough for an extra pair of socks (I do have quite wide feet with bunions). The weather hasn't presented the opportunity for me to wear them any length of time yet outdoors to test for warmth. From wearing them around the house I think they will be very comfortable. The shaft rises to midcalf and has enough room to allow pants to be tucked in and my straight leg jeans easily fit over the shaft. I gave the boot an overall 5 because it was what I wanted in a snow boot; practical with a low heel, wipeable, and fairly feminine looking (i.e. not clunky).

I love these shoes. They were a little loose in the heel, as I have a 6A heel, but it was easily solved with a heel pad. They look great, took very little breaking in. I wish they were available in more colors for a 10 1/2 AA!

Have them in two colors, black and brown. I have a really narrow foot so I bought narrow, prefect fit, true to the size. They look beautiful and are really comfortable.

Excellent service. The size I ordered wound up being too wide. Called and couldn't believe how fast I got through the return process. Josh was unbelievable! He sent out the new width pair and they arrived before I could blink an eye!

I really like this shoe. I am not a high heel person but I can wear these for dress. I also have very narrow feet so it is hard for me to find shoes that fit. This is great!
