Unfortunately, this shoe was way too wide for my narrow foot even though I ordered it in narrow. The crisscross straps across the instep weren't adjustable, and hung way above my foot, so I have to return it. Wish it fit across the top.

I really liked this shoe except that the heel on my right foot kept sliding off. I hope they have it in a WW. I ordered the 9.5W and my toes were scrunched a bit, but I think it's because I have a wide foot at the ball of my foot and narrow at the heel.

Love this shoe. Have it in three colors. I have extra wide feet and this shoe looks very nice without looking "extra wide." Comfortable.

Ordered 4 pairs of patent heels. These were the most comfortable and the ones I kept. I was able to wear them all day for my grandson's first communion. I wish they were a little higher but looked very nice with my dress.

I love these sandals! I am so glad I bought them. I have a rather large size and it fits really well with great support. I love being able to tighten them up or loosen them up depending on my menopausal day.

Awesome shoe! I have a 10W and this shoe fits great. I wore them to my prom and they were comfy, easy to dance in and I had no blisters.

I just love these shoes! They look classy on and they fit true to size. I can't wear high heels but this gives clothes a dressy look.

First shoe I've worn in a long time that was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing shoes! I have wide feet and a bunion... the adjustable straps make this shoe extremely adaptable to any size.

I love these shoes. This is my second pair (also have the tan color) I have very narrow feet and these shoes fit perfectly in the S width. Comfortable & stylish as well.

I spent a day in NYC looking for shoes for my daughter's wedding. Never found them. Got on the train to go home to NJ and I got a text message from a friend with the exact shoes I wanted and they were at Zappos. I ordered and the package arrive exactly when I was told it would. Thank you Zappos.

These are great! The straps had velcro, so I could adjust them to my liking to fit my stupid wide feet. I like how they hold onto your foot -- they don't "flip" and make noise while you walk. They stay put. I have only worn them to church, so I don't know how comfortable they are to wear and walk in all day. The only reason I gave 4 stars our of 5 was because they are crazy slippery on carpet and some hard floors. I wish the bottom had a little different material that provided more traction.

Great looking shoe but run 1/2 size big. Even with that the heel slippage is too much. I wore these and my feet hurt the whole time. If it wasn't for the heel being too loose I'm sure they would have been much more comfortable.

Pretty shoe. Very professional alternative to high heels. Just didn't support my arch well and that is a must right now.

I knew the second I put these on they were keepers. Liked so much I bought in a second color. Classic and hip, good with work clothes or jeans. Super padded and comfy for a dress shoe--LOVE!

I love these shoes. I put them on right away and didn't want to take them off. They are so light and they fit so well. My right foot is a little swelled and they adjust perfectly. They feel like slippers, but are appropriate for my work. I was worried the blue color might come off onto my feet when I wear them a while, but the color stays put. I have very sensitive feet, with heel pain and metatarsalgia but these shoes feel better than most. Hope you love them too.

This shoe looks great, and would be ideal - however, because of the material (patent leather), it squeaks so loudly. I wore it around the house to try and "break it in," but there's no ease up. There's no way I could wear these in an office without being heard from down the hall.

I have been wearing these shoes since they came out of the box. They are comfortable, have enough of a heel to wear with my suits, and don't look too casual. The sling back is great because other shoes don't hug my heels. I wish they were made in brown, for my winter wardrobe too!

I love these flats with jeans or summer dresses and skirts. I got them in gold and they go with almost anything. I wear 6½WW and they are a little wide, but I put liners in the front and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable with ample room in the toe box.

These shoes are elegant, comfortable and in a rich, unique golden color, pretty much exactly like the photo. They are well made and I love them! I ordered narrow because I do have narrow feet, but they feel rather tight. Not sure if I will keep or keep trying to break them by walking around the house.

Love the shoe but hate the leather. An off-navy that feels thin in the front. I might have kept it if the material was different, but I needed a navy shoe.
