Overall:

Wow, quite possibly the best shoe I've ever owned. Out of the box, hands down the most comfortable shoe I've experienced. 100% true to size. My feet are slightly wide and these shoes had no problem accommodating that fact. As for style, these shoes are head turners and will garner compliments from both ladies and gents. They pair well with dress clothes or jeans and a jacket. I've never spent nearly this much for a pair of shoes before, but these are worth the hefty price tag. I love these so much I might buy another pair so years from now when these are worn out I'll have a backup pair. A perfect shoe in my book!

Could go with a 1/2 size smaller than normal. Nice and stylish. Fairly comfortable for a casual dress shoe.

These boots are totally gorgeous. I get compliments galore. They fit perfectly; the boot shaft does run a bit tall. They remind me of the type of boots that a cross between Out of Africa and biker chic.

Classy! I just got these boots, and they're gorgeous. I can't wait until the weather gets colder so I can wear them. I'm on the short side (5'4'') and, although my calves aren't that big, I often have calf-fitting issues with boots and these are just right for me. I can even tuck skinny jeans into them, something that rarely works. One strange thing is that the leather strap, fastened by the gold buckle, is completely loose. It's not attached to the boot. I will update this review if it rotates while I walk, or if some other annoying thing happens, but for now it seems pretty snug. The shape of the boot keeps it on.

Great looking shoe with a squeak - I love the look of these shoes. The detail work on the leather and the lighter heels with the dark chocolate color really makes this shoe get noticed! Unfortunately, the left shoe squeaks when I walk causing me to get noticed for the sound they make not just the style! I love them, but the noise is annoying.

Drop Dead Cute!I really hestitated on these shoes because I thought the heel might be too high for me and I wasn't familiar with the brand. I decided to take a chance because of the great sale price and Zappos easy return policy. I'm glad I did. The heal is much higher than I usually wear, but surprisingly comfortable. I wouldn't try to hike a mile in these shoes, but they are perfectly acceptable for normal office or "out to dinner and a movie" wear. The shoe leather and material quality is much better than the price (on sale or not) would suggest. And best of all, the shoes are to die for cute. The style makes my long and slightly wide feet look petite and the alligator on suede design is eye-catching and modern. But the real story is how the shoes look from behind. Wow. The double heel/slingback would be adorable on its own, but the strategic sparkle is a gorgeous touch. Look great with pants or skirts. I recommend taking a chance on this one.

I got a pair of these for my birthday from my parents. They look really great and are fairly comfortable for having such thin/flat soles. I really love the style of these shoes, and they have the typical Ted Baker "neat details in places nobody can see" flair.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, after six months, there are now huge gaping holes in the toes of both shoes, and the heels are starting to wear out as well. The problem is that, because the sole doesn\'t cover the toes and heels, and the toes are pointy, the ground scrapes at the leather as you walk. Over six months, you can now see my socks through holes in both toes. :( I think I\'m going to have to retire the shoes already, or take them to a cobbler to get fixed. I wish they had included a bit of a toe cover or reinforcement on these shoes so they held together better.

These shoes are very stylish. Comfort is reasonable given the tradeoffs for style. Because of their low profile, heel and foot cushioning are very limited so they won\'t be good for walking long distances ... but puttering around town, school, or the mall they\'ll do just fine. \r\n\r\nOne minor flaw from my perspective. The heels are very thin and have a very thin layer of rubber towards the rear. If you extend your crossed legs out in front of you to relax or drive your car, this part of the heel comes in contact with the floor or ground. As such, any movement rearward (back towards yourself) puts a force on the rubber that can easily cause it to separate from the heel. Easy solution--either you or your local cobbler can add a few heel nails (in addition to the small 3 already there) around the rear perimeter as re-enforcement. This seems to have helped mine.\r\n\r\nBottomline--cool shoe and very stylish but slightly trades comfort for looks.

These sandals gave me a little blister from the strap the first time I wore them, but if you wait a few days and let the blister heal a little before wearing them again, they are pretty comfortable. Because of the height of the heel I wouldn\'t wear them if you are going to be on your feet all day because your ankles will be sore. Other than that, they are very cute and a good summer shoe for pants or skirts, work or play.

Looks great, but calf too small - I got these boots right away from Zappos, and loved the look of them. However even with the elastic notch at the top there isn't enough give for me to get them on over my calves. They'll have to be returned.

I bought these shoes in cream as an alternative to all the BLACK sandals in my wardrobe! I love the bit of bling on the vamp and the heel is gorgeous! I've worn them several times already--with jeans, pants and a dress. I would recommend a pad on the footbed for comfort. If you are looking for a nice cream summer sandal, this is the one.

These are the most ridiculously comfortable heels I have ever owned. Nuf said. I think they only run in whole sizes - I am an 8.5 and the size 40 (9) fits like a glove. No breaking in. Lots of cushiony padding. AND they look good. I also own the Ted Baker Baba - also ridiculously comfortable. The Tee style is a bit narrow in the toe box. But regardless, I think Ted Baker may be my new favorite shoe.

Hot Euro style finally crosses the pond!I purchased a pair of Ted Baker 'Edberg' in leather from a UK vendor before Zappos started carrying them, and I sure wish I had known they would; I'd have saved a ton of money in shipping. The 'Edberg' is a fantastic casual summer sneaker, and is super comfortable and made from the very best materials. If you're interested in this style at all, you need to get a pair of these now!

Not a Great Shoe - Right from the get go I had issues with this shoe. They were not very comfortable and had to put tounges inside so they wouldn’t slip. I am a size 9 and specifically ordered a size 8 since I was told they run small, but apparently they run really really small. After about 4 or 5 weeks they started to shred in the front and back and now 3 months later are totally not wearable.Would definitely not recommend.

Great look, but runs small...I wear a size 6. All the reviews advised going with 1/2 to a full size larger. I got a 6 anyway because that was the only size left in the color I wanted. It's snug fit and I can only wear thin dress socks with the boots. Still keeping them, hoping over time they will stretch or a cobbler can stretch them for me if wanted to wear sport socks.

Cute and Sexy - These boots arrived overnight and they are adorable. They have a steep vamp which looks very cool. Admittedly the zipper is a little big but overall these are a hot pair of boots. The size seems to run a smidgen on the big size. I got a 10 which was a bit roomy but it will be perfect with thin socks. They are very comfy as is.

Nice boots, roomy in the foot - These boots are hot and super tall. I added an insole for padding and can wear them for hours. However, they are pretty roomy in the foot so if you have wide feet, great! If not plan to wear thick socks. The grey color is looks so sweet! I love these as a really simply to wear boot. I wear a 9.5 but ordered and 9 and the length is perfect. Also, at 5'7 the boots hit my knees.

Great Purchase - I was looking for house shoes that had a bottom that was suitable for outside. These fit the bill perfectly. They are very warm, look strong for house shoes, and have a great sole for indoor and outdoor use. Definitely recommend.

These boots rock!Totally happy with these bad*%$# boots. They look hot and feel good on your feet. You should definitely buy a size up because they run small. Zappos got them there in less than 1 day. How? I don't know but it's all good!

Hard to tell from the pic, but I thought these shoes were more of a purple/dusty mauve color. They are actually a very deep wine/burgundy color. Beautiful, supportive, and very very comfortable. Great craftsmanship!

Another Ted Baker Winner - This shoe is amazing from the quality of the leather to the golden sole but the key point is that it is great for people with narrow feet. I bought a size down for barefoot wear but still can wear thin sock with the shoe. It is light enough to travel well, dressy when it has to be then pop to the beach. This is the third pair of Ted Bakers that ring my bells. The suede desert boot is so well designed it is iconic and fits like a glove. People notice it all over town. Now a new loafer that is classic but very new looking especially in Grey. Keep em coming!

These boots are definitely sleeker and a bit dressier than your typical Ugg. And as other reviewers have stated they run small, so order up. When I purchased these boots I was looking for a boot that would keep my feet and legs warm without compromising style. I was a little disappointed when these were delivered due to the lack of the shearling sock lining. While there was warm and snuggly lining around the calf and underneath the foot, there was not for the top of the foot. I guess I wrongly assumed that all Uggs have the entire boot/shoe lined with warm, snuggly goodness. So be sure and read your descriptions! I returned them and went for the original style: Brooks. Not as attractive, but oh so warm! I hope they don't stop making those...they are hard to find.

Sexy Rockstar - I wasn't sure if I wanted to spent over $200 for these...but I am glad I did...the best fashion decision ever...I’ll be wearing these with cut-off jeans and mini skirts/dresses for now...with tights/leggings and skinny jeans for fall and winter...I feel like a rock star in these...run big...try a half size smaller...

First time & definitely not the last time!!!!!!This was my first time ordering from Zappos. I really appreciated the customer reviews & suggestions. I think that makes a huge difference when buying shoes w/out being able to try them on. I took the advice from previous customers & ordered a half size larger. I love the boots!!! Just what I have been searching for & for a great price-I just spent a weekend shopping in NYC & these boots could easily sell for HUNDREDS of dollars more!!! But the best surprise was the free up grade to overnight shipping! I ordered on a Wednesday evening, past 8 p.m. & received my boots by 1 p.m. the very next afternoon! I will be using Zappos again. And thanks to the customers who wrote in, it really helped with my purchase.

Best looking slips, but it ends there.I must say these things are great looking! The materials in the shoe are nice. Unfortunately the sizing seems wrong to me. My best fit in these were size 7. I usually where a 9 shoe. These run narrower which were too narrow for me. My heel slipped some while walking around in these. So in summary, heel slip and narrow fit. Bad combo.
