Superga Reviews
I like the non Converse look but the same comfort. I got my friends wearing them. I own 2 pairs.
Super cute, and after several years of waiting for a cutie white sneaker to come back in style that's classic in appearance and mature without looking "old" for a mom who doesn't want to "dress like my school-aged girls" (i.e. Vans and Converse) this shoe is just what I've been searching for and finally found. However, I'm 5'8" and wear a 9 1/2 wide (preferably, when I can find it) and this shoe was huge! - well over an inch in the length and my foot swam in the toe box. Thankfully Zappos has a great return/exchange policy and I'll be patiently waiting and crossing fingers that a size down will provide a better fit.
Used to spend all summer as a teenager in Europe wearing these. They're very comfortable, perfect mid-season sneaker. Instant cool to a girly look. Order a little smaller. I wear US women's 10 normally but 9 for these.
This is my third pair of Superga - hands down the best sneaker I have owned in terms of quality, durability & style. They last forever and look fresh - don't buy my size!
I am fluctuate between a size 6.5 and 7 depending on the shoe style. For these I got a 6.5. They are just right and can be a bit too tight if I wear thick cotton socks. Not much arch support, and the sole is thick but not cushiony. Good shoes for casual walking in the city for half a day, but not the best if you are traveling and want shoes that you can wear for hours.
A number of reviewers thought this Superga sneaker ran small, but I found it very true to size. It has a real "bounce" to it and feels extremely comfortable on. I use these sneakers for commuting to work and for running around town on weekends. I was especially grateful for the high comfort level because I had recent foot surgery and needed a "gentle" shoe to ease the swollen foot back to normal. These worked beautifully. They also look very cute on the foot.
I like these shoes a lot, and I'm glad I bought them. Due to European sizes, they are a tad bit roomy, but that's better than being too tight. They replace my ballet shoes on colder damp days.
Shoes are a little bit wide so they feel bigger than they are. Overall a great shoe! Super comfortable.
I was in between sizes. It did not work out for me. They were super cute, but are not the most comfortable.
I love how these shoes look, but there is a thin cotton inner lining in the inside of the heel that wore out quickly and now they rub in the back. Also, my feet are pretty square and there is not enough room for my little toe on one foot.
Love the shoe! I plan to buy another pair for fall. Very comfortable to wear while walking around the city.
I am the proud owner of 2 Supergas (white & I recently purchased a navy pair). I absolutely love these shoes. They are comfortable, they go with almost every outfit I wear and they last for over a year. I'm really into the navy pair that I have. It doesn't look black as some people may think; the navy that you see online is the same navy you receive in the box. I have both pairs in size 39 and I found it to be a tight squeeze with socks.
These shoes are classics. They look great with almost everything. They have pretty good arch support (though, I've never been to sensitive to a lack of arch support). I wore these shoes on a vacation without having worn them at all before and walked well over 20 miles in them over the course of a week without any discomfort. I fully recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a nice plimsoll.
This was my first order from Zappos and it was great! When I needed to exchange for a smaller size, I video chatted with a great person and they emailed my return label while we were chatting, my new pair were on their way before I mailed the ones I had. That was fabulous!
These are not as comfortable as I have been told. One shoe cut my foot badly from a seam inside. I keep trying them because I really like the style. My husband's pair is very comfortable. Perhaps there is a difference in how they are made?
Overall it is a nice shoe. My only complaint is that it was a little larger and wider than expected.
I wanted a Ked type canvas shoe for light waitress work. I tried these shoes and found this is the most uncomfortable shoe that I have ever worn. It felt fine on, but after wearing for an hour I found that they are hard, heavy, and didn't bend. By then it was too late to return them. I tried them again last night and the bottoms were so smooth on a humid floor I thought I would slip. My husband had to drive out to bring my other shoes. Never again.
