The Superfeet Premium Green are awesome. I was used to wearing Dansko Professional clogs all day and they have a lot of support. I tried these and DownUnders: Ultra Walker/Work from Zappos when I got a job requiring steel toe shoes. I felt the Superfeet Premium Green were more supportive and I have been very happy with them. (I returned the DownUnders). I liked that the Superfeet fit right into my shoes without having to trim them at all (Im a size 8). I have been wearing them inside Timberland PRO: Mudsill Low shoes for more than 12 hours, 4-6 days a week for several weeks now and the support has been excellent, even when I am on my feet all day. I bought 2 pairs of the Timberlands so I can alternate and have a fresh pair each day, so I bought 2 pairs of Superfeet and just leave them in. I would definitely buy them again from Zappos!

Superfeet Premium Green insoles provide me with the heel support and arch support I need. I am a 12 D with high arches and poor heels so these insoles have really helped me walk all day in dress shoes and reduced my plantar fasciitis too. Green has the maximum shock absorption so they help overweight users like me. They are easy to clean too. Don't leave home without them!

My boat shoes often outlast their leather insoles. These insoles work perfectly and allow a couple more years of use.

So what is the difference between these and cheaper insoles? The price that's what. I went ahead and splurged a little extra on some pricey insoles for my work shoes and eagerly looked forward to some much needed relief for my feet. I stand on my feet all day on a hard concrete surface and most normal insoles don't give my arches the support they want, so based on the reviews from this site, I assumed spending a few extra bucks on these insoles would be a great solution. Turns out I was wrong. These things really don't seem to do all that much in the way of "providing comfortable support" as their description claims. Between these and some Dr. Scholl's, I would definitely so go for the less expensive brand. So in short, these things are not worth the price I paid and you could probably find a cheaper option out there.

I am recently recovered from a knee injury and tend to pronate. My dad used to put together Superfeet for ski boots and suggested them when my knee started hurting again. I am very active- I cycle everywhere, walk a lot, and have a job that requires me to be on my feet. The green Superfeet helped with the pronation and my knee stopped hurting two days after I settled into my new insoles. They can be a bit unyielding, and I kind of wish there was a cushier layer on the top, but they offer the BEST support and are definitely worth the money.

Fit perfectly without trimming in a size 12 4E New Balance running shoe. Did a better job of easing my foot pain than a $400 custom orthotic. Was initially put off by the price, but hard to argue with the results. Developed a mysterious squeaking noise after being removed and replaced in the shoe. Then, just as mysteriously, the noise seems to have disappeared with another removal and replacement. Arch support seems quite high, but perhaps this is part of what makes it work.

Bought these for my 36-year-old daughter, who has knee and foot pain issues (and is testing for her black belt in Karate this month). She LOVES them and reports substantial improvement in pain levels.

Much more cushioning and arch support than the inserts that come inside running shoes. Basically, these inserts just make a comfortable pair of shoes even more comfortable.

A doctor treating my psoriatic arthritis recommended these Superfeet Premium Green inserts for foot pain I was experiencing due to a would-be hammer toe. I can't wear any splints inside my shoes because of diabetes. She thought these would help my foot alignment and provide a firmer surface which would perhaps keep my toe from curling under as much when walking. I have wide feet and wear a 9.5 or 10 shoe. I ordered two of the Size D, and have tried them in all of my shoes without having to modify them at all. (They can be trimmed down to fit smaller sizes...) They are a huge success, eliminating the sensation of inbedding my toe into the shoe sole with every step, and aligning my toes to better support my weight. Walking is so much more comfortable. And happily, because I ordered them from Zappos, I had them almost immediately and received the usual great customer service. If you're looking for a soft, padded insert, this isn't it. It's very firm (some might say rigid), but it does a great job of providing arch support to flat feet and providing proper alignment of the foot and toes for a more comfortable walking experience.

I had a pair of simple sponge rubber inserts I bought at an outlet store many years ago that I was trying to replace. The description of the Zappos inserts were very vague and not at all what I expected but I used them in my leather slip-ons that I wear without socks and did a lot of walking and they seem comfortable. However, you will have a difficult time deciding what makes them worth the price! This was my seventh puchase from Zappos and these should have been my first return.

Expensive but Worth It - These seem a bit pricey to me but they are worth it. I put these in Frye boots I bought here at Zappos and they are wonderful. I highly recommend these - especially if you are going to wear boots, but these will do you well for any shoes.

Happy Feet! These Superfeet Green inserts are fabulous -- I thought it was a lot of money at first, but since I have heel spurs and tendonitis in my right heel, I decided to try. WOW! I just spent 10 days doing Florida theme parks with my grandkids, and they are amazing.

Superfeet are great! My podiatrist recommended Superfeet green to help relieve my foot pain. At my job I have to stand for many hours. The Superfeet have not only helped my feet but also helped with back pain. They are an affordable alternative to expensive orthotics and really live up to their name. This is the second pair I've purchased and am so pleased with them.

Great Comfort - I ordered the superfeet premium green for a friend. His feet turn in (I think it is called pronating). He is on his feet a lot and was having constant foot pain. We like to go hiking and he wasn't having any fun. He loves the inserts and they have really helped his feet. He wants me to order him a couple more pair.

A little extra - I wear these in my running shoes; I'm a lager runner (6'2" 240 lbs) and find the Superfeet help support me in my runs. Im now running 25 miles per week and working my way up to a half marathon. I have been wearing Superfeet for the last 5 years and have been injury free.

I really didn't want to buy these, but the shoes I ordered only have moderate support and I was afraid they'd wreck my knees if I didn't spring for the extra support. The inserts are very pricey and after opening them, immediately considered returning them. But then I replaced one of the shoe insoles with an insert and felt an immediate difference when walking around in them. Yes, they really do help. I'll buy more. As always, Zappos.com is great, with easy returns. Thanks, Zappos!

I have used these and Powersteps. Powersteps have a little more arch support but are softer at the balls of your feet. I take these, add a little more arch support by putting a two inch piece of Dr. Sholls cushion (the white stuff) under the arch area then I cover the entire insert with Dr. Sholls gel inserts. I duplicated my $500 custom orthotic for about $60. I only gave it a 4 for comfort because the material has almost no cushioning.

Takes some getting used to. When I first got these I hated them! It seemed like I couldn't get them situated inside the shoe so the hard plastic base didn't irate my foot. The shoes I purchased recommended these so I thought I would give them a try. After MANY adjustments of this insert I think I have finally gotten it right & have actually found that they are very comfortable & help support my feet quite well.

More support than cushion - I ended up returning the Superfeet Black. I have a pair of Johnston & Murphy dress shoes that have quite a bit of support, but not much cushioning and so I thought I'd help with an insole. These are sort of the reverse -- LOTS of support via not just shaped foam but an actual rigid plastic heel/arch support, and then a very thin foam pad over it. It seemed very well made but again, was just the opposite of what I needed for this particular shoe.

Cheaper than orthotics! After buying some cute shoes with no sole (well, no arch support), I suffered some tendonitis in my feet. The podiatrist made we wear a soft cast and told me I needed orthotics, which are about $400. Needless to say, I thought I would try these first. I didn't know I'd have to cut them and was a bit nervous about that, but I didn't mess them up. I think ideally you would have a pair for each pair of shoes you wear frequently, but I am lucky that after trimming these fit fine in all 3 of my most-worn shoes. Initially it felt like the arch was too far back, but the insert said this was normal and I'd get used to it. I've been using them now for maybe a month and I haven't had any foot pain. The only down side is they are not as cushiony as I would like them to be, but more firm.

I purchased these along with a brand new pair of Salomon ski boots. They were highly recommended by the boot fitter. I normally wear sports insoles/arch supports in any shoe that I wear for a lot of walking or standing, so these give some extra foot support for skiing. Even more important though is that they keep your feet TOASTY warm! Ive never had cold toes with these insoles. They are cushion-y while being supportive and are great at heat insulation. Worth the hefty price.

Not right for my wide feet... I think I expected more from these premium insoles than what they provided. My feet are size 13 2E and these insoles are supposed to fit 11.5 - 13. They are clearly not built for a wide foot profile. I would have thought that they would be made for the widest size so the customer could simply cut them to size, not so. I am disappointed in the product but not in Zappos. Zappos is, without question, one of the best on-line retailers I have ever dealt with! Their product selection and service are both great! I highly recommend them!

MIRACLE Insole - Being 56 yrs, I had a feeling that my age has finally caught up with my daily 4 mile jog/walk routine. The area above my heel has had increasing pain developing over the past two years and I thought it was arthritis related. Apparently I have Plantar Fasciitis (especially painful when waking up in the morning). After only a couple of days using Superfeet Green in my runners, the pain and swelling has diminished by 80%. I still can't believe this product is that good. Purchased another 2 pairs so I can rotate my footwear. Got my wife (stands all day at work) a pair of Greens and although she thought it was just like any aftermarket insole, just more expensive, she is now a convert. I got her a pair of Superfeet Black and another Blue for her dress shoes. My feet have never felt so good. Although not the cheapest of insoles, these are well worth the additional coin. My doggies are very happy "their" daily routine will continue for many more years thanks to these MIRACLE INSOLES!!!!

These are great - Since shoe manufacturers now charge more for their shoes and give us less insoles Superfeet insoles are the only way to go for decent support. I am so happy that Zappos carries Superfeet because I don't want to look anywhere else for these.
