These are prettier on than in the photo. I am not a fan of wedges, but maybe because it's cork, this wedge is light and not clunky looking. In spite of the heel height it's a very comfortable shoe - the footbed is well shaped and cushioned and the bands that cross over the toes cover the metatarsal bone (the bunion bone) so there is no rubbing at the base of the big toe like in many other shoes. They elongate the legs and the neutral color goes with everything!

These are even better in person, they are super comfortable and the perfect neutral color (not too over the top like a metallic or gold can be). They can be the one shoe you take with you on vacation because they have the height to be dressy enough but so comfortable you can wear them every day. Plus they are so classic these will be a staple of my warm weather wardrobe for years to come.

Great sandal as usual from Stuart Weitzman. Color is a perfect neutral for spring and summer. I ordered 1/2 size down.

Love this shoe! So comfortable and very sexy. Looks like a heavy shoe but it's not! I received 3 compliments on the first night I wore them.

I've been looking for a nude wedge for a long time and got tired of waiting for the Stuart Weitzman Alex to come back in stock in my size. I'm glad I waited because I love these wedges. I have wide-ish feet but there is generous room in that part of the shoe. It is marked big. I'm usually a size 6.5 or 7 but sized all the way down to a 6 for these. (6.5 probably would have been fine but these are better). So definitely size down. The quality is definitely very good as all Stuart Weitzmans are and the nude color of the shoe makes my legs look long.
