I had my eyes on these shoes for a while and when I saw that Zappos had them cheaper, I got them ASAP! I am a true 8 1/2 (which was ordered) and I have very narrow feet and the 8 1/2 feels very snug. I didn't exchange and will deal with them as they as are. Simple beautiful shoe. Not as comfortable as i would like since they are a bit tight but other then that a great shoe.

First off, let me just say that I really, really, really wanted these to work out but, unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too wide in my ankle and calf areas. I don't think sizing down would work, so I'm stuck looking for a new pair of boots to fall in love with. :(

These boots look great and are extremely comfortable. You can wear them folded or straight up for a sexy look. I received many compliments on them. Love these boots!

These are great boots. They are a blast. Convertible boots! Who knew! They are a bit high but the platform helps and I have yet to wobble in them. Amazingly they kept my feet warm...I only wore thin socks. I had people compliments on them...then had to perform the tall to short look...the zipper goes both ways and is very smooth. You gotta get some! And Zappos is the best to deal with!

I adore this shoe. As a matter of fact I have it in silver also. It's great with jeans and slacks and every time I wear either pair I get stopped and asked about them. I have a bunion and this not only covers it but is comfortable as well. I did, however, purchased a half size larger for comfort.

These are a bit less stone and a bit more "tan" than pictured, but they're still a great color and shape. They do scratch easily, but I think it adds to their character. With a 4.5 inch heel, they're surprisingly comfortable due to the front platform and inside padding. I chose half-size too small for the rating, but really I'd say it's about a quarter-size too small, because I ordered my regular size and they fit fine, they're just difficult to get on and off. I am kind of disappointed in how far they slouch down after you've worn them folded. Initially they were a couple inches below the knee, now they are more like mid-calf and slouchy. That's okay for the versatility, but that's why I reduced my rating from 5 stars.

While this is an attractive shoe, it has the most uncomfortable boot that I have ever worn. here is no support in the sole and too much room in the toe area which causes the foot to move around. My toes and arch were done after just about an hour of wearing them. If you only plan on wearing this shoe for a couple of hours you'll be fine, otherwise, don't buy them.

Love these boots! I'm 5'9 and they hit perfectly below my knees. If you're short, they may actually come up to the bottom of your knee. The buckle on the side has two holes so it can be made looser if you have wider calves. I love the wedge! I hate "clunky" looking boots because they look like work boots to me. The wedge makes them look very chic. The pointed toe does mean that your toes might be a little squished but I'd rather that than an ugly, clunky sole.

This is my first purchase from Zappos and I am a fan! You need to have confidence and an attitude of sorts to wear these shoes. They are a fashion statement. I wore them over the holidays and will wear them throughout the year when dressed up or with jeans. Although some people called them my "Michael Jackson shoes," I love them. They are very comfortable and well made. I was happy with every aspect of this purchase and will use Zappos as my go to source for shopping online.

These are cute boots, but they have huge calfs. I was hoping for something a bit more fitted. I have to return them.

Okay so here we go. I loved the idea of these boots. I have a wide calf and was very excited that a cute boot was available that would accommodate me! and they did have a wider calf with he buckle to adjust but you will have to punch your own holes in the strap for these to work properly. The boots I received had a worn down leather look but the soles were unworn, so this had me thinking maybe they have been tried on a a lot and also returned that many times? Right around the ankle seem they bunch a lot and the front of the foot around that seem is stiff so the bunching and stiffness makes for a not so cute look. They are also pretty narrow in the toe area. I was really looking forward to these ad was a little disappointed but if you are a girl with wide calves this isn't too surprising. :(

Bought these for my mom. She loves them! They are very cute. She didn't have any problems getting them on like some others. I had to order a second pair, however. The first one had irregular suede that was a little long and stringy looking. The second pair was perfect. Great customer service, as always!

I was surprised that these boots received such high reviews. I think the leather is cheap looking, the boot shaft is too big and bulky. I like the wedge idea, but this boot was not attractive on me. I'm going with another boot instead.

These are great boots! The color is exactly what I had been looking for, and they fit true to size. I am sometimes a 9.5, sometimes a 10. I ordered the 9.5 and although at first they seemed a little tight around the toes on my bigger foot, just walking around the house had loosened up the leather enough so that they are more comfy. I was worried when ordering these about the leg opening being too big. I have normal to thin legs, and the reviews talked about these fitting larger calves well. They fit great though, with the buckle on the tightest setting. I was also unsure about the wedge heel, as I had been originally looking for a more standard heel. However, after seeing several people in boots with a wedge heel I decided to go for it. I was worried about them being difficult to walk in or uncomfortable but so far they are neither, and I am so glad I ordered these boots!

I read all the reviews on this boot before my purchase. I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear. I still cannot get my foot all the way down in. It's great for wide calves but is super narrow on my foot. I'm sad to say the search for my fave boots continue. These are going back. I'm just thankful Zappos has free shipping!

I love these boots! They are super cute and look great with jeans and skirts. I have the black pair and am a tiny bit disappointed that the suede seems to be showing wear even though I've had them for less than a month. But I suspect a little suede protector might help.

These shoes are so much fun. They can be worn with jeans and a fun top as well as with a dressier outfit. They are very comfortable and I am thrilled to have them in my shoe closet year-round!

These are great little ankle boots! It did take me a few wears for my feet to get used to them, and I also put an extra Dr Scholl's sole in them because the original sole is very hard. With that they are pretty great. They go with everything, a little bit but not too hipster-trendy, and comfortable. I know others had a hard time getting their feet in but no issues here. I have very small but otherwise run of the mill feet.

I am usually a 7.5 in all shoes. I had to return for an 8. These run pretty small... super bummed. But I will say it is a beautiful looking boot.
