I own this shoe in black. I own a couple of other pairs of sky-high heels from other designers that destroy my feet. I don't really care, since heels this high aren't made for comfort, but the Beasst is surprisingly wearable. I think it's because the toe doesn't smash your toes together and give you claw-foot! You don't end up sliding forward into the butt-end of the toe when you wear them. Plus the heel isn't a skinny stiletto so you have a bit more stability. I'll be wearing these more often than some of my other super sexy heels, just because of wearability. But make no mistake: I wouldn't go so far as to say that they're comfortable. They are 5" heels, after all. True to size for Steve Madden. I've always worn a 7 in this brand and I bought a 7 in these, too.

These shoes are super cute. They run just a little big. Not enough for me to need a smaller size. I love these shoes but they are soo high! If you are used to tall heels they are great, but I will have to return mine.

These heels are amazing! They definitely didn't run small for me, and I have wide feet. I ordered them half a size larger since everyone said they run small, but I had to exchange them for a half a size smaller. These heels are super comfy, and I have gotten tons of compliments, even from men!

These are gorgeous shoes! I originally ordered a size 9 after reading all the reviews that one should order at least a half size bigger, but I had to return them because they were too big for me. I called Zappos and the very friendly customer service representative was very helpful and I was able to return them and get my new pair of shoes in one day. If you have narrow feet like me, you should order your regular size. The fit of 8½ on my feet are just perfect with a little bit of space for my toes to move. Thank you, Zappos!

I bought these in turquoise! Stunning! I usually am a 5.5 got a 6 b/c of the closed toe, added arch support bc I have a high arch and pads in the back to stabilize. These are amazing. If you are wider at the toe/footbed, go up a half size, and what I did above will be perfect.

These were a present for my 16 year old daughter. She loved them! They a size 9 medium seemed to be true to size too. I tried them on and although they were a little too small, the style looked good.
