This was my first experience with Zappos. I found them to be honorable and as speedy as any website I have used. Their products are true to form and you can trust them to be on your side in any subject you may bring up. In all the years I have been ordering online, this is the best to order from. I bought these shoes for my son as a gift. He wore them every day on a trip to Rome where we walked many miles every day. He said they were so comfortable...didn't even need to be broken in.

I bought these as a gift for my 16-year old son. He's not easy to please, but he tells me he loves these shoes. According to him, they are comfortable, stylish and go with everything from jeans to shorts. As far as I'm concerned, this makes them well worth their price.

These shoes were shipped very fast and are much better than what I expected. I bought them as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he wears them constantly. They are very comfortable and are easy to clean. Very happy overall with my purchase and will probably be buying another pair in a different color soon!

However, the white shoe I got from Zappos had a footbed that seemed to be entirely different from the shoe I tried in the store. It had little to no support or cushion. It's like they were two entirely different shoe models, not just two different colors. Very disappointing, but certainly not the fault of Zappos. The shoe still ran a half size too large, although when I tried the 9 on in the store it was too tight and the 10 was definitely too large! Maybe a different version of this shoe was released later in the year? The white is also very bright. I would have preferred something in a more natural white.

My son loves this shoe! His only complaint. The laces don't stay tied very well, so he has to double-knot them. Otherwise, he is very happy. In fact, my son is an avid fan of the Sperry Top-Sider line of boat shoes. (I find this ironic, since as a teenager in the 80's I and my friends were die hard Top-Sider wearers with our rolled up jeans, it was de rigeur if you wanted to be considered part of the fashionable crowd.) Sperry Top-Sider is a classic!

Dig the shoes. Wore them a week straight in the islands. Still wearing them now even though it's 25 degrees outside. Take a beating pretty well. Order a 1/2 or full size smaller than usual though.

Like the shoe a lot. It gets dirty quickly but cleans easily. The shoe was very narrow. I had to trade up from a 12 to a 13 for it to fit width-wise. Canvas isn't the most comfortable material to start with, but it wears in nicely.

Love the look of this shoe for casual wear. It goes with everything! Due to my ever-expanding 'bunion' I purchased an equivalent men's size to get the necessary width, and found that the men's model has a removable inner sole with a tiny bit more arch support than the women's which is almost 'flat'. A few years ago, I was able to get these in a women's wide width, but cannot find it now. Are you listening, Sperry?
