I have purchased these several times. I have foot problems; the balls of my feet hurt without these insoles and I have the type of feet where they like to slide forward whenever I walk. These are the most comfortable insoles and they last a really long time. I completely recommend them five stars overall for comfort and style :)

Unfortunately I only wore them one time. I was on a 5 mile hike and came back with horrible blisters. Big waste of money on these! I would have given 0 stars if I could.

This is the Best insole I have found! Excellent arch support,heel cushion and metarsal cushioning are also great. I have them in all my athletic shoes and winter boots too.

The best insole, period. I have plantar fasciitis but with these there is no discomfort even when standing for hours, or during hard workouts.

This is an excellent product which is sometimes difficult to find in stores. I rely on this product to keep from getting backaches. So, I was really happy to find them at Zappos. Zappos' customer service and delivery time was flawless. Also, their price was perhaps a tad lower than I have paid in the past at brick and mortar stores. 10 thumbs up.
I'd also recommend: There's no substitute. This only.
