I actually decided to wear this backwards under my wedding dress, it was the only thing that would work under that style of dress with a low back. Worked perfectly!

I love, love, love this Spanx piece and I have them all! I have it in nude and black. This is definitely the one to have in your wardrobe, however there are a few concerns I wish they could fix. The straps are adjustable but I found when you are wearing a tank/shell underneath the straps show. I tried fashion tape, etc. but if they could make them skinny like spaghetti strap I think it would help. Also, don't plan on drinking a lot of water!

I had a dress that showed panty lines, thong lines... everything. I was about to wear no underwear when I found Spanx Simplicity. It worked great and it was comfortable. I am 5'3" and 105 pounds, so I did not really need it to hold me in, just for smoothing. I got the Medium and thought it was going to be too big, but it was perfect. Highly recommend! Do not worry about trips to the ladies room as there is a flap in the crotch.

This was exactly what I needed. I was wearing a cream pencil skirt and need some coverage and a little tighning in some areas and this did the job. I always have trouble with other garments rolling down around the waist so this was perfect. The only down side is that the straps are a bit uncomfortable in conjunction with another bra. Overall it was great and I'm glad I got it.

I love you, Spanx, but you've really missed the mark on this one - I was very excited to get this, and while the suppression aspect of this suit works wonders, the straps along the side of the bust have rubbed the sides of my arms and chest raw! Please, please, please do this one again with padded or soft straps. I'm afraid I'll only pull this out when I absolutely have to.

Great product. Comfortable and bulge reducing at the waist and thighs but the low front meant that the back wasn't a bit loose at the bra strap line and my plentiful back fat still looked back-fatty. I picked the wrong style.

Perfect at first time. Loosen up at second time. When I wear the first time, I felt great but the next time the bodysuit got longer and and felt loose. I washed it one time, but it got worse.

I had already bought the cheaper version of a spanx like bodysuit and I wasted my money. I hate spending so much on this but it's worth it a million times over. I run and lift weights but after having a kid my belly will always need some help. Help is what this does. It doesn't create added rolls where there isn't and it's comfortable. Really it is. If you have to pee there is a hole in the bottom that is not hard to figure out.

I love this Spanx bodysuit. I have one in nude and one in black. What I like most about them is the fact that you can wear your own bra. Also, because it goes all the way up the back and down to your thighs there is no slipping or rolling down, no back bulge, no visible lines even under a slinky dress. It is super comfortable. The only draw back is that you either have to take it completely off to use the restroom or use the strategic split in the crotch which is not that easy to do either. You have got to be really careful, if you know what I mean.

I was a little put off by the price of this, but decided for it anyway and I am really glad. I wear it with all sorts of outfits and it is the most comfortable and effective shapewear I have tried. Going to the bathroom is possible, if a little challenging.
