I wear around a 10.5 regularly. I ordered the 10 and the 11 to see if one would fit. I had to return them. I am ordering the 9 now. I'd say these are way off in size, but can't wait to get them because they seem like an awesome boot.

These shoes came today, and I am disappointed. Firstly, they are very heavy, so they're definitely not meant for long walks in the snow (size 11). They could be OK for shoveling snow in a driveway, but I cannot see someone walking 2 miles in them. Secondly, they are very difficult to take off. It takes some effort to take them off, and when you do the liner comes out. Rather annoying. Thirdly and finally, they are BULKY. The photo on Zappos does not show this well, buy they look over sized.

After the Chicago Snowpocalypse of 2011 I decided to invest in a pair of solid winter boots that could withstand my gnarly hour-long CTA commute. The Sorel 1964s block out the snow and cold (down to -40!) without being too heavy to charge up subway stairs, march over bridges and push through sidewalk traffic. Pro Tip: Order a half a size larger than your normal shoes so you have space for thick wool socks plus a bit of breathing room so your feet maintain their heat!

Very waterproof, extremely warm in freezing weather. I found no arch support but for wearing in the ice and snow and slush very little out there that is better. When you need to wear them, these are the boots.
I'd also recommend: LL Bean

I wear a womens 9 to 9 1/2 and these boots fit perfectly. I also like them because they are warm, yet very light weight. Some men's Sorels are very heavy!

Liked the looks but they were difficult to get out of. The liner would come out attached to my foot. I returned them. These were to replace my 10 year old Columbias. The rubber and leather split on one; now it leaks.
