Overall:

Zappos really came through: when I ordered a 10 and they arrived ( a day later!) they were a little too small. I called customer service and they had an 11 to me in just a couple days. The sandals are fantastic. Wore them in Mexico for my honeymoon and never had my feet, back or knees ache like flat cheap flipflops make happen. They look good around the pool w/some board shorts or just strolling downtown!

Very comfortable. Wish they would step up their manufacturing as I could only order one color in my size. Would definitely like to buy another pair.

I have been a runner with flat feet for years. I am shocked how these relatively inexpensive insoles have solved all sorts of chronic aches and pains I've always just accepted. My chronic back pain is gone, no more ankle and hip pain. I'm not any faster of a runner, but I'm pain free and these insoles are the reason. I noticed a difference the first time I ran and it has only gotten better now that I've been running 3 to 4 days a week for a month. With my arches supported my feet don't splay out when I run. My foot strikes the ground heel to toe and rolls forward in a much more natural and comfortable way. I would highly recommend these and have found the same satisfaction on another pair of the Sole casual shoe version arch support I bought to wear in my daily shoes.

Not enough arch support. I have high arches and was looking for a replacement insole for my Clarks Unstructured flats. These looked as breathable as the original insoles, so I thought I\'d try them. I\'m sending them back because the arch support is too low and too far back for my foot, causing irritation.

Overall:

There is excellent arch support provided by these insoles. They're light weight and comfortable, especially for us flat-footed marathoners. My only complaint is I wish they had a bit more padding up in the forefoot area. They're a little hard so make sure your shoe provides ample cushioning.

I bought these flip flops for my thirteen year old daughter, who wanted them because her friend said that they are the most comfortable flip flops she ever owned. They are a pricy, but my daughter lives in flip flops, so I thought I\'d let her give them a try. Well, she absolutely loves them. They are very comfortable and easier to walk in than regular flip flops. She can walk long distances in them without foot fatigue. I\'m thinking of buying a pair for myself. If only they came in more colors!

After beginning a new job that required standing up to 8 hours per day on a carpeted floor over concrete slab, I have tried several different insoles and shoe brands to make my feet and legs more comfortable. I bought Birkenstock oxfords and Dansko professional clogs for the first time, but neither of these pricey styles solved the problem. These Dean Karnazes insoles in moderately priced New Balance 575s have been the best solution so far. I would love to use the thicker Ed Viesturs version, but they're too thick to fit in my regular shoes (better suited to boots, I guess). The instructions said oven warming wasn't required, so I didn't do it. I have high arches and I wish I'd known about these many years earlier.

I have been using Sole insoles for five years. Awesome insoles. A very reasonable insole for running shoes. Just heat and run. Your feet will thank you from the first time you wear them. Nothing else on the market compares to the Sole insole.

Not only are these the most comfortable orthotics around but both my Podiatrist and Physical Therapist highly recommend them. \r\n\r\nThey are comfortable, easy to form, take little care and last forever. Certainly they are much more modestly priced than custom made orthotics.

Although pricey for a casual flip flop, these sandals are well worth it. I've been wearing them 24/7 since they arrived. They're very light and provide good support. The sizing is right on. They feel almost custom made.

My foot doctor sells these. I have two pair and love them. They run a bit small; I wear a 9.5 and the 10 fits perfect! I noticed some reviews brought up them getting dirty. I take mine into the shower and scrub them and they look good as new. I like the thin strap; it looks elegant. Living in Hawaii means living in this sort of shoe. I am buying more in different colors. I had bunion surgery on both feet and this shoe strap doesn't hurt my touchy scars. I have plantar fasciitis and these also work for me for that!

Finally with these insoles in my athletic shoes my feet don't fall asleep when I work out anymore. I'm thrilled! At first they feel as if the arch support is too far back and perhaps a little bit too firm, but you get used to that quickly and your feet feel great going the miles. The fact that my feet usually fall asleep with other insoles and other athletic shoes makes me think these insoles are really on to something. I gave a low score on style because they look ugly, at least to me.

These are fantastic. They make the difference for me between being able to walk and exercise comfortably vs. painfully. I have tried other insoles and they have not worked nearly as well. I highly recommend them.

I needed more foot support in my bike shoes and opted to try these. They are better but, the heat molding process was pretty easy, but unfortunately, in the end, I could not get them to mold completely to my feet even after 5 sessions, the last one holding 2, 8 gallon buckets of dirt and putting on all of my SCUBA weights! I was able to get them to fit nicely under my main medial arch but the lateral arch never really conformed to my foot. I am still trying to shape certain sections with my grinder, torch and hammer. I do like the fit and feel under the main arch. They are better than the Superfeet or the Specialized inner soles. So maybe this is just a problem for me and my weird feet. Not sure I would buy these again but I would be interested in another heat moldable insole.

These are great orthotics -- recommended by my physical therapist. They really help with plantar fasciitis. Easy to mold to fit your foot - bake in oven at 200 for 2 minutes and then put them in your shoes and wear them for awhile.

I have extremely high arches so when the insoles of my Rockports wore out, I took the time to research a dependable solution. I really liked the idea of baking the insole to my foot & SOLE offered the right product. I chose the Slim Sport based on price & it is a little slimmer than I like, but still very good. Next time around I will buy a more padded insole. Setup was a breeze; will purchase SOLE again.

I love the lightweight feel and construction of these sandals. They are very easy to pack in a suitcase. I took them on a trip which involved a lot of walking. Unfortunately, I got a blister (underneath the strap) on the first outing, which left me wondering if they were the right pair for me.

I've used three sets of Sole insoles in my Brooks Adrenalin running shoes for 7 half-marathons and one marathon. They fit perfectly in Brooks (women's size 9). The first time I used them I was in a hurry, and didn't heat them in the oven. They worked just fine. I buy a new set each year and wouldn't buy any other insole.

These Sole Ultra Softec are life savers. I spend all day on my feet on hard cement surfaces and my feet and legs were killing me. I've tried multiple shoes and shoe inserts to help my aching feet. None have helped until these Sole Ultra Softec. The last thing I wanted to do was pay a lot of money for a pair of inserts, but I was desperate. I also thought that heating them up in the oven to fit your feet was just a gimmick. I read the reviews on Zappos and gave them a try. They are great, I'd like to say worth the money. I just close my eyes when I push the purchase button knowing that my feet will be the happier for it. I give them four stars overall because of the price. 5 stars for comfort. Style is irrelevant here they fit your shoes what else matters? I am glad they aren't bug green or purple.

First I'd like to say that the service is GREAT. My order was placed on Monday evening and my SOLE Flips were delivered on Wednesday! (Of the same week!) I'm having a little problem getting used to the toe thong. Other than that I'd say they are comfortable although I don't know that I would order another pair.
