Fit is true to size. I wore them on my vacation every day and my feet felt great! I usually get heel pain when I wear flip flops but I felt nothing. A little pricey for a casual flip flop, but worth the price.
These suck. The arch is way too high if you have a flat arch like me. It feels like it is driving up through your foot and overall they just don't feel like they have a lot of cushion. I love the graphite ones, but couldn't find them so I bought these. I will go back to the graphite insoles. If you have a flat arch, don't buy these.

I previously wrote a review of these sandals that wasn't favorable. After having worn then for over a year, I feel I need to re-evaluate them, because they have turned out to be the most comfortable and supportive shoes I own. At first they seemed a little flimsy, but they have held up to walking all over San Francisco, both city and gardens. My feet and back never feel achy, no matter how long I wear them. I will definitely buy another pair, if they ever wear out! Actually, I think I'll just go ahead and buy some more in different colors.

The right foot fit fine but the left was to small. The straps are a bit tight on both, I might have kept them if the size was right but I also noticed that the sole on the shoe was a little rough on the bottom of the foot and rubs on it. There are small dots of rubber here and there and circular tread marks good for gripping but not soft on the foot. I am returning them and going to try Chaco Leather Flip EcoTread. Also, I have to say Zappos has the most amazing customer service, I plan to buy all of my shoes here.
t took me a couple of tries to get them molded right, but after I did, they are awesome. Great support and cushion, I prefer these much more than Superfeets which provide very little cushion. These are very comfortable and feel great after hours of hiking with a heavy pack.
I usually wear an 8.5; the 8 was sized correctly. Bought size 9 first, and it turned out to be slightly loose around the strap.
These insoles don\'t quite work for my feet, because the arch support is too far back (too close to the heel). I also feel my feet get tired after a 10-12 miles hike, perhaps I need more cushioning. No need to cut them to fit my shoe, they were just the right size. Process of molding insoles was very easy and simple.
Some might find this has too much arch support, its almost like wearing high heels. This is exacerbated by the hardness of the sole. It is flexible but not soft enough so the foot cannot sink down enough especially in the heel area. I think this sole might be useful for very heavy people since their weight might be able to push it down, for lighter people (160 lbs) hardly. In the end I could not use it.
I wanted to try these insoles because my prescription orthotics are huge and bright blue and can be seen in certain shoes. I thought these being black and gray (as the description said), would be more subtle. But alas, they were black and red. I decided to keep them anyway and use them in my cycling shoes. They're not quite as good as my custom orthotics, but pretty good. I didn't have to trim them to fit my shoes, which I really liked.

Great! That's the only way I can describe these insoles. I race bicycles and I always have problems with hot spots in my shoes. After I got these, they all went away. I have a nagging problem with a nueroma from running marathons and with the tight fit of a cycling shoe it only made the problem worse. With the extra support and heat molding of these insoles I haven't had the pain again. Two bits of advice though; first, they say to heat these at 200 degrees for two minutes in the oven. I found that they really needed about three minutes to loosen up enough to form to my foot (could have been my oven, but I've heard similar reports from others). Second, to really get them to form to your foot you need to do the activity you are using them for right after you place them in your shoes. Otherwise they never felt like they were truly molding right. Follow those two things and I think you will be thrilled with them as much as I am.
I bought these flip flops last year and they are very comfy. I wore them all summer long. I have worn flip flops for years, and I always find that every toe-prong feels weird at first, and these were no exception. The toe-prong felt a bit 'off' on my left foot and made the top of my foot read, but I broke them in by the end of week one. They have firm foot support and your feet don't have to 'work' to keep them on. The only complaint is that the foot bed area around the outer toes is a bit large and there is a lot of the foot bed that shows. I have the chocolate brown flops so when the shoes get a bit dusty, this foot bed area looks dirty. Other than that, they are great shoes and a good value.
Superb! I wish I's discovered these Sole insoles a whole lot of money ago. I have just received them in two varieties and the Flips, and my feet are already singing their praises. I have recently discovered the reason for my foot pain is a progressive non-diabetic form of peripheral neuropathy. Several pedorthists have told me I have higher than normal arches, and that almost no shoes that come off the shelf would evenly distribute my weight enough to help the ball-of-foot pains. The area that hurts the most. So I've gone through about 30 pairs of insoles, inserts, arch supports, shoes, and tried them all in various combination. Only the Finn Comfort Finnamics have even come close to providing the comfort these Sole Ultras do, when matched with proper shoes, preferably rocker sole shoes, as they center the weight back off the balls of the feet. I'll probably update this review after wearing them a while, but as of now I haven't even heat-molded them. Didn't want to chance lowering the arch. Right now I'm a really happy camper, er, walker.
Great product, turned my uncomfortable hiking boots into shoes that I use everyday. Easy to mold, good directions. I was not able to walk where I wanted due to bad feet. These insoles allow me to walk as far as I want and not come home with sore feet. I actually picked a size 14.5 to 15, when I am a 14. They worked out perfectly after trimming. Would recommend to anyone.
The molded footbed or whatever it is has a bump where your arch is and this really rubbed on my foot to the point of causing pain. I liked the look of these and they are nice and light, but my foot sits shifted in them for some reason and that bump rubs against my arch.
I have had these for several months! They are wonderful! I wear them all the time in my home. We have a lot of tile and my feet were starting to bother me. Since I have started wearing them, I can honestly say, my feet give me no more pain!
These inner soles are terrific. I sprained my ankle months ago and have had a slow and difficult recovery. I am a personal trainer so I am on my feet all day long. I placed these in a very supportive running shoe and they have helped enormously. I no longer have pain in my feet nor my ankle. I have been able to run again and feel great. They were easy to use and are a remarkable product.
Zappos really came through: when I ordered a 10 and they arrived ( a day later!) they were a little too small. I called customer service and they had an 11 to me in just a couple days. The sandals are fantastic. Wore them in Mexico for my honeymoon and never had my feet, back or knees ache like flat cheap flipflops make happen. They look good around the pool w/some board shorts or just strolling downtown!
Very comfortable. Wish they would step up their manufacturing as I could only order one color in my size. Would definitely like to buy another pair.

I have been a runner with flat feet for years. I am shocked how these relatively inexpensive insoles have solved all sorts of chronic aches and pains I've always just accepted. My chronic back pain is gone, no more ankle and hip pain. I'm not any faster of a runner, but I'm pain free and these insoles are the reason. I noticed a difference the first time I ran and it has only gotten better now that I've been running 3 to 4 days a week for a month. With my arches supported my feet don't splay out when I run. My foot strikes the ground heel to toe and rolls forward in a much more natural and comfortable way. I would highly recommend these and have found the same satisfaction on another pair of the Sole casual shoe version arch support I bought to wear in my daily shoes.
Not enough arch support. I have high arches and was looking for a replacement insole for my Clarks Unstructured flats. These looked as breathable as the original insoles, so I thought I\'d try them. I\'m sending them back because the arch support is too low and too far back for my foot, causing irritation.

There is excellent arch support provided by these insoles. They're light weight and comfortable, especially for us flat-footed marathoners. My only complaint is I wish they had a bit more padding up in the forefoot area. They're a little hard so make sure your shoe provides ample cushioning.
