This is the best support I have found in an outdoor sport sandal. The arch is fully supportive and still some give to the sole for comfort. My only negative comment is that the padding on the sides of the toes end a little short and so I feel the ridge of the padding on the side bones of my foot. This may not be a problem, but I will plan to wear socks the first few times I hike in these. I wish the padding in the front of the sandal had been extended just a little higher over the foot. Other than this, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is my favorite brand of insoles! They have just the right arch support for my high arches and I love the thinness of this style, leaving good room for my feet in the shoe. They last and last, I have had several pairs for many years. I try to keep an insole in each pair of shoes.

These inserts have really helped me with plantar fasciitis. Much cheaper than orthotics and you can get them to fit the type you need with more rigid also available.

These are only suitable for shoes with lots of internal vertical room. Yes, they provide very good support. Yes, they helped relieve my plantar fasciitis. But, no, I could not wear them in any shoes that I wanted. Only after removing the original insert in a pair with substantial internal vertical room could I use these inserts without the top of my foot being painfully squashed.

After reading the reviews I could not disagree more. I have a neuroma in one foot and plantar fasciitis. I wear them continuously in the house - they do not stink! And they have not fallen apart - jeepers they are very solid shoes. I plan to buy another pair in bark - they are on back order in my size. They have helped my plantar fasciitis much better than my orthotics. When you first wear the cork flips they are very tight (if your feet are fat you may not like these). I stretched mine with a shoe horn (you need to be a little creative in placing the shoe horn). Now they are a little loose so next time I may not stretch them out. My feet love them - I am really dumbfounded by the comment about them stinking - I just put my face in my corks - no odor!

Save your feet, knees and back! Your body heat molds them perfectly to your feet after just a few wears.

Comfortable insole with virtually no break-in period. I bought these to replace the worn out insoles in my 1-yr old Saucony Ride 7 running shoes. Shoes feel like new again with these insoles. Great support, cushioning and comfort. Highly recommend.

I have arthritis in my feet that makes walking very painful. These sport flip-flops have become my absolute favorite shoes to wear. The moldable footbed only gets more comfortable. I do not know what I will do when the weather gets cold or wet!

Pros: Good styling. Good materials and footbed support. Cons: Poor strapping system makes getting in and out and adjusting difficult. Shape of the shoe curves too much inward (looking down at feet, toward big toe) for my foot shape, so it feels like I'm walking on the outer edge of the shoes; uncomfortable.

Perfect sole for my plantar fasciitis, high arches issue. The deep heel cup and arch support mimic my expensive orthotics so that I finally have a sport sandal option. Hooray!

I have 3 other pairs of Sole flips and love them, that's why I bought these. The low rating is because the material between the toes on the right flip was much shorter than on the left flip making the right flip very, very uncomfortable. I'm sure it is a factory defect. I will have to return them.

I keep a pair of these in my gym shoes, while my other everyday sneakers, I do not. The stability in my knees with the Sole insoles is noticeable - my legs and feet don't tire as they do without the insoles. I've tried other insoles, these get the job done.

My husband was only a moderate fan of these sandals. They have great support but the top strap was much too tight for his foot. After wearing them for a week camping, he had blisters. I suspect these would be a great fit for someone with long, skinny feet but not for someone with wider/thick feet.

I have high arches and plantar fasciitis and for me these worked straight out of the box. I walk no less than 4 miles a day and thee have felt fantastic. Unfortunately, I cut them a little too short and, after a few weeks of feeling the end of the insole under my big toe, I'm finally ordering a new pair.

I was skeptical at first, but the moment I put my inserts in my shoes really was amazing. The comfort and fit is wonderful. I will be purchasing another pair.

Uncomfortable at first -- sole seemed too hard & corners of straps across toes rubbed my skin. They get better with each wearing as they mold more to my feet. I like the way they look.

I love these inserts! Due to Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma, I was in search of all new shoes. I thought I would try these inserts first, and voila! I don't have to get rid of my old shoes! They have enough stiffness in the front to support my toes, and they have excellent arch support. They are comfortable underfoot. These are actually more comfortable and helpful than my custom-made orthotics.

This is an amazing product! Buy it! I have abused my feet and legs for years with classical ballet and running. I could hardly run any more because of knee and foot pain. I have had various orthopedists make me orthotics which were marginally helpful. I also have neuromas on both feet. These are the best orthotics I've ever worn by far. They like like a new pair of cushioned running shoes every time I put them on and they let me run again. My knees and feet rarely hurt. I bought mine last winter and am now buying a pair for my son. You will not regret wearing these. They are exactly what i was looking for.

Love these. Very hard to find good, supportive flip flops, and I tried several, including Chacos. These are great, with lots of arch support (medial and metatarsal!). Comfortable and cushy. Perfect for my plantar fasciitis. My only complaint is that the soles are smooth and can stick to the foot a bit. A little texture there would help. The thong bit was a little tight at first, but it loosened up after about a week.

Quality insole that I wish the manufacturer would make more varietals available in larger sizes. Been using these for years. They may not exact fit your shoe but are easily trimmed. Try a pair!

I purchased this pair for my husband. I am on my second pair (purchased my first pair 3 years ago). I wore them ALL of the time during the summer. If you have Plantar Fasciitis these ARE THE BEST flip flops on the market. I no longer have Plantar Fasciitis but will not wear any other flip flops!! I purchased these for my husband because he has Plantar Fasciitis and has worn Crocs but wanted something different! They are a little tight on him (he has a wide foot), but they do stretch out!
