Very comfortable shoes. I have wide feet and went with the wide width, which works but is wider than I expected. Liked the shoes so much I decided not to wait and try the normal width. Had to put pads in shoe behind ball of foot to feel less like I would slip out of shoe when walking at swift pace.

These shoes are not for being on your feet all day long or dancing! The ball of my foot hurts a lot after walking in them for an hour. Also, they don't quite look like they do in the picture. Not happy at all with this purchase.

I have difficulty finding comfortable, cool shoes to take me through the day. These are great. Very comfortable for walking on all surfaces and the black patent is quite stylish. I am very happy with my purchase and am considering the same shoe in another color.

These are very comfortable and stylish shoes. The shoe goes great with jeans and dresses. It does seem to run a little wider than expected. Unfortunately, the rear strap broke the very first day that I wore the shoe; however Zappos replaced the shoe immediately. I received the new shoes even before I returned the faulty pair. I purchased a pair in black as well as the brown. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I was out of the country when I ordered these shoes for my husband to bring to me when he came to meet me. I walked all over Rome, Italy one day in them, hot weather, cobble stone roads and swollen feet. These shoes were so comfortable. My arches didn't hurt, foot didn't slip, and after walking my feet didn't cramp up like they usually do. I love the shoes and the heel height is perfect for anyone, including those women who have a short husband. I highly recommend these shoes! Thanks Zappos!

I ordered these shoes in Salmon. They are a wonderful color and fit perfectly. I can wear them all day at work and they are soo comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the shoes. I order from Zappos frequently as I wear a 5 1/2 to 6 (according to the shoe) and have a difficult time finding shoes to fit in department stores (especially 5 1/2). Zappos is wonderful to deal with.

This is the best shoe EVER... Wear it all day with absolutely no problem. I lost one of the taps from the heel and had to have that replaced, but I wear them to death so I didn't even mind. Highly recommend and I walk 10K steps a day frequently around the hospital where I work in my heels. No problemo!

I ordered the shoe in what I thought would be "black and white" python, but it actually turned out to be more like beige and brown python, which is still OK as far as my wardrobe needs go. The shoe is both cute and comfortable for work and shopping. I wouldn’t recommend it for full day walking tours however. The buckle in the back can also be annoying when you’re in a hurry.

This pair of shoes is very stylish and comfortable. I wear a 7-1/2 N, but found this size in this shoe was just a little too snug. After some trial and return, I found that sizing up a half size to 8N did the trick, and they fit great. I liked this shoe so well that I have purchased in three colors: Black, Brown, and Red!

Very comfortable, even with wide feet. Thought the thin straps would cut as the day wore on, but surprisingly no. Very comfortable on the heel especially.

LOVE THEM!!! They run very true to size...no "wear-in" period needed! I wore them the first day to work ALL DAY, no slipping or rubbing. Super cute! Thought they looked a tad bit grandma online but decided to order anyway and was pleasantly surprised!

I have feet that are subject to blistering when put in the wrong shoes, but I have to say, Sofft shoes are wonderful! The foot base has a little padding in it, so your foot is cushioned. The upper suede comes in several colors. It has trim outlining the upper giving it a little vintage look. Not only is it a comfortable shoe for a heel, it’s got style, too!

Vintage-inspired stylishness - This shoe is adorable. Nice combination of classy and sexy at the same time. Wears pretty well (slight toe pinch, but not awful). Dresses up a pair of jeans really well! I normally wear a 7M, had to get a 7W in this one...took me a few pairs to get the right fit. Worth the effort, though!

I am keeping the shoes but only because I will just be wearing them for special occasions. I take a wide width and the midfoot of this shoe is definitely undercut. I feel as though my arch is off the sides of the shoe. Poor design by Sofft but otherwise the shoe fit fine and is very pretty.

I have a really hard time finding shoes, because I wear an 11.5/12 (on the narrow side). I live in NY and walk everywhere, so I had sworn off heels, but I refused to wear "old lady shoes." While I watched my friends look great in their stilettos and platforms, I just couldn't make it through the day in uncomfortable shoes. However, I absolutely love these shoes. They are a perfect marriage of style and comfort, and go great at the office or with a pair of jeans. I will definitely be looking to Sofft from now on to find cute and comfy shoes. I would suggest that half sizes order a size down.
