I love these shoes! I have them in khaki, black, and gray. They are comfortable and stylish. Plus they make my feet so happy when I wear them! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent shoe. Extremely comfortable and more durable than the Simple Silk, which is another choice of mine. The only downside for me is the detailing on this shoe, but for an eco-friendly sneaker they are awesome!

Black, size 6. Perfect fit, my feet are about 8.7 inches. They are very comfortable. I walk a lot in NYC and they give me support, plus they are adorable, plus they are made from sustainable and recycled materials. They get an A++. I like the Converse look, but hate the brand so these sneaks are preferable and I think they're actually cuter. I'm thinking about buying other colors because I am in love with them.

These shoes are SUPER comfortable, SUPER cute, and I LOVE that they are made with all organic and sustainable materials/methods. I would suggest going to their website, where they have a size guide... I think they run a bit large.

Love these shoes. Run slightly long and slightly wide, but so comfy. I have them in black and have my eyes on them in purple. Great everyday running around errands shoes; cute with a nice pair of skinny jeans.

Simple living is a thing of the past. Bigger, better, and faster have taken the wheel and spun us out of control! We’ve been melting glaciers, banishing bee colonies and devolving the human race into a rat race that uses a devolving mantra of GIMME GIMME GIMME.

When is enough really enough? When can we tweak the definition of wealth and accumulate some positive karma? Can’t we just trade down for once? What’s the solution to this mess?

It’s Simple.

With all the over-built, over-hyped products out there, it's becoming hard to find comfortable shoes that you can live with. So Simple was started. They’re your stereotypical, anti-stereotype brand offering quality shoes and a big dose of reality. Reality with Simple takes shape in the form of Simple men’s shoes, Simple women’s shoes, Simple kid’s shoes and Simple bags.

Later, after about a gazillion pairs of Simple men’s shoes and Simple women’s shoes (give or take a few pairs), Simple has managed to learn a few things. Well, actually a lot of things. And none are more important than this: HOW Simple makes their shoes is just as important as WHY Simple make them. Simple has to find more sustainable ways of doing business. Which pretty much is where Simple stands today... at the crossroads of here and now, aware of their responsibility to the planet while trying to pay the bills.

Sometimes Simple makes progress that is notable while at other times the improvements are harder to recognize. The important thing is that Simple is committed to making Simple shoes and Simple bags that are 100% sustainable.

If you’re ready to take a stand against the shenanigans of excess, then Simple has a new equation to live by:

Less > More

Keep it real. Keep it Simple.

These shoes have been comfortable from the first time I took them out of the box. Unlike other shoes of this style, they have a decent amount of arch support. I can wear these all day and be on my feet and be totally comfortable.

I would so love to give these cute things a five in every category, because they really are my favorite pair of shoes, but I really can't keep the cream-colored rubber part of the shoe clean. It always looks dirty. I have tried to clean it with everything imaginable. And I am kind of fussy about where I wear them, so it isn't that I am hiking or jumping mud puddles in them. And the suede ones I have look even dirtier. But will I keep continuing to buy them? You bet!

These shoes are quite comfortable. They are wide enough in the toe box to give most feet toe wiggle room. The lack of arch support impeeds them from being ideal for standing or walking for long periods of time, but still great for a few hours at a time. I love the look of them and the hemp makes them extremely breathable so your feet don\'t get hot in them. I wear these all the time!

Love these shoes. I\'ve been wearing Keens, and was ready for a different style. Tried PF Flyers, which were very uncomfortable. Tried these Simple Satire shoes, and they were super comfortable from the time I tried them on. Never a blister, I\'ve had many compliments, I like the look, and I like that they\'re made from recycled materials. Only thing that I didn\'t like was the purple laces, but that was easy, I took them out and traded them for natural laces.

These sneakers are so cute, a nice alternative to running shoes when I'm spending an entire day running errands or traveling. The fit is great, though I've ordered Simple shoes in the past when the sizing seemed a bit off. Maybe they've worked that out now. The ribbon shoe laces add a little extra style to otherwise very casual shoes.

I have been wearing my hemp Simple Satires for a month now, and though I love being "green," they are very tough to get on because the back heel part is not stiff and just wrinkles down when I put them on. Other than that, the sole of the shoe is very very comfortable. As far as the look goes, I really like them for a size 6 foot, but my foot is a size 8 and they look a little wide for me, not very girly on my foot. They are comfortable though and I love the purple laces!

This is my second pair of Simple sneakers. The recycled and hemp components attracted me to the shoe, but they are super comfortable and I get a lot of compliments on them! Thanks Zappos for super service!

I purchased the Satire - Hemp in black and adore it! I've only worn the shoes for about a month so they haven't had to endure any rain, but they're holding up fine so far. One point of warning: they aren't meant for long walks. After a long day, the soles of my feet can really feel sore. Other than that, I love how they have a wide toe box (this is the reason why I never purchased Converse & stop purchasing PF Flyers). If they hold up well for the rest of the year, I'll definitely return for another pair!

I love these shoes. I have wide feet so it is difficult for me to find cute sneakers that are actually comfortable. I love how they are a light natural color instead of being bright white. Overall, a great purchase. While they don\\\'t have much support, my feet don\\\'t hurt while wearing them and if I know I will be wearing them for a very long period of time, I just insert drugstore orthopedics into them.

I love these shoes! They were a bit stiff and uncomfortable, but after a day of walking around in them, they were fine. They\'re cute, ecofriendly and vegan! You can\'t get much better than that!

The first time I bought a pair, I determined these were the luxury version of Chucks. Much more comfortable and eco-friendly. And much more durable. I had them for almost a year and then I either misplaced them or someone stole them from an event! So I bought another pair. I like 'em. The sole is smooth, so they can be pretty slippery on wet/smooth surfaces.

My cool college daughter wanted these to walk to and fro her classes. She said they are comfortable and really likes them. They are true to size, environmentally friendly and as I say, artsy. Zappos, as usual, provided the best customer service.

One of the reviews I read said the shoes came with regular laces in addition to the ribbon laces. Mine only came with the ribbons. I've had these for a few weeks and so far they're extremely comfortable and fit very well. As for sizing, they are the size I always get and they fit great! I particularly like the insole. If these shoes start to get worn out I will just replace that. They do look rather dirty already, which is unfortunate since I read that they should not be washed except by hand.

These shoes are great in so many ways. They're cute and comfortable. They come with another pair of regular cream laces if you don't want to use the colorful ones pictured. They are Eco-friendy, made from something old into something new, so you can feel good about wearing them, but best of all they're vegan! So if you buy these shoes, you don't have to walk around with dead cow skin on your feet and who wouldn't want that? You will be happy with your new shoes and the cow will be happy to keep her skin.
