Simple

Well first of all, I'm a girl, so size wise they fit great - for a guy's shoe. I bought a pair of these shoes over a year ago and have worn them almost daily since. I get compliments on them most days (though I've also been asked if I'm wearing my bedroom slippers!). I love them, I'm going to order another pair before Simple is out of business. Also I throw them in the washer when they're needing a little freshening and they come out great. I do have a little stitching on the heel that's coming up, but I have worn these constantly. They're cute with shorts or jeans. They are not great for serious walking - even a day of shopping they're a little too loose. These are great shoes! Buy some.

Have been buying these same shoes repeatedly since 1994. 'Nuf said.

I've always like Simple shoes, since I first saw them back in '96. This OG pair didn't disappoint - comfortable, functional and stylish. It's too bad the company isn't producing any more. Get yourself a pair before they're all gone.

These run a little small, but otherwise are fabulous shoes! Super cool. Too bad Simple is going out of business.

These are a great pair of shoes. This was my first blind buy from Zappos and I am very pleased with my purchase. Shipping was quick and the shoes undamaged. These shoes are very comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I can essentially wear them with any outfit except for formal occasions. These shoes are simply excellent.

First of all these shoes are vegan and made from recycled materials, so in terms of minimizing environmental impact they are a great choice. The fabric that these are made of is very rigid, and looks high quality. They are easy to slip on and off. I did find that they were a bit tight for the size, so I would recommend ordering half a size up. The soles are flat on the bottom, thin, but are very dense, and because of this, you can often get the feel of the texture of the surface upon which you are walking. I am very happy with the quality and value of these shoes, and would recommend them.

One of my favorite all time shoes. It brakes my heart to know that Simple Shoes are gone and will be no more.

The Simple Old School Sneaker is an awesome shoe that my son educated me about. Extremely comfortable with good support, it is also an environmentally friendly product. Zappos is awesome. I ordered at 5PM on one night and had them the next day.

Thank you for making these great shoes available. This is my second pair and I am so disappointed that the Simple shoe company has gone away. Love Simple and Zappos.

Shoe is of good quality. The sole is a bit stiff, but broke in nicely. The material is tough, hemp inner and old school style. Nice shoe, and a nice price.

Comfortable work shoe. I transition from building to building as part of my job. I spend half of my day on my feet. These shoes are comfy, good looking with my khakis, and durable. Not a lot of arch support.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I have owned in a long time. I'm on my feet for 12- 14 hr a day and simple can get me thru the whole day.

Run 1/2 to 1 full size small. I wear an 8 1/2 usually, and ordered a 9. I needed at least a 9 1/2 or 10. Super cute though!

I love Simple shoes! So sad they are not in business right now. These shoes are great, but I have to return them because they are men's shoes (no more women's in this style), and are a little wide for my narrow female foot.

I bought my first pair of these shoes three years ago and have been very satisfied with them. So, as the first pair began to wear out, I decided I get another.

This is my third pair of Old School shoes in the last year or so. I liked the first pair so much that I decided to get two other colors These shoes go great with jeans and also with cargo shorts and a tee. Most comfortable sneakers I've owned to be sure and the at half the price I've paid for others. Thanks as always to Zappos for their lightning quick shipping. If you are on the fence with these, do yourself a huge favor and get them. You won't regret it.

I love these boots! I have skinny calves (12") and have a tough time finding boots that fit. These are adjustable, but do not have to be cranked in all the way to fit my calves! They are comfortable like casual tennis shoes and look great with skirts or leggings. I have them in more than one color! They seem to run small to me, but weirdly so; just hitting my big toe. I went up a full size from my usual so that I could wear thicker socks, too. That works in the length, but they are a bit loose everywhere else. I kind of have skinny feet, so I am a little used to this and I still like them, though, and wear them a lot!

Bought my first pair in college fifteen years ago for quite a bit more than this price. They were worth it then. At this price, an absolute bargain. Fantastic shoes.

These shoes are awesome! Bought them for my son but had to buy another pair for my best friend who absolutely loved them. They run a little small but other than that the quality is excellent. The cherry on top is that they are eco friendly which is super important to me. Love Simple shoes! Would recommend these to anybody.

Killer shoes, if you rocked these in the ‘90s you know how cool they are. I am usually a 9 to 10 depending on brand, and I was a 9.5 in these. Of course, Zappos exchanged no problem as usual.
