Spectacular boots. I ordered these boots because I searched everywhere for a pair of brown boots that were distinctive and beautiful and could find nothing I liked at any price. These were spectacular in design, quality, everything. The leather is better quality than boots I have seen at 2 to 3 times the price. It even smells good. The snap closure is lovely and very different. My only issue was that they were too high for me. I probably should have realized what 4" heel meant, but I didn't. If you can wear this height, this boot is a spectacular value. I will search this brand again. And Zappos customer service never ceases to blow me away.

First let me say that I love most all Sigerson Morrison shoes. They are tops if you have a narrow foot. I think I will fall in love with this pair slowly. I definitely like them, but I think the price is a little high. At least when I opened the door to greet my friend the first thing she did was gasp & point down and say, 'Cute shoes'. They are pretty comfy, but kind of hard to drive in. They look really cute with my black J Brand skinny jeans. Like I said, I'm falling in love slowly.

Beautiful boot, yummy rich-looking leather but impossible to pull on! Tried & tried but couldn't get my foot past the narrow ankle. Hmm, is it me? Wish it had a zipper. Alas, another return. But love you, Zappos, for making shopping so easy.

This shoe seemed comfortable enough but it made my A-width foot look wide, too much give in the arch area.

Love these boots, OMG love these boots. I've got so many complements ftom guys and looks from girls with these boots, a guy even gave me a hi-5 for the shoes which I thought was sooo cute!

If you are looking for a simple, classic pair of flat, black, leather boots that will not compete, but complement any outfit you pair them with, then these are your boots! A bit pricey, but worth it. They are timeless. I'll rock these for years to come. Very comfortable. I'm a size 9 and I ordered these in 9. Yet, I have the perfect amount of wiggle room. I noticed this with my Belle by Sigerson Morrison boots as well. The only draw back, is the pull on style. The lack of an inner side zipper; makes it more of a challenge removing and putting them on quickly. Especially when traveling by air. However, once they are on, you will not want to take these off! Ever!

The most beautifully shaped boots I have ever tried on! I mistakenly ordered the viola thinking they were black, and instead they\'re a deep purplish-bronze which I don\'t love and definitely will only work with a very limited section of my closet. But they\'re so lovely I considered keeping them for a moment.\r\n\r\nONE CAVEAT - I have very narrow calves (most "narrow" boots are too wide) and these just barely zipped up. \r\n\r\nThe foot is a little snug and I\'d say these run true to a half-size small. They\'re not as comfortable as, say, sneakers but are pretty good as 3-inch heels go.

Gorgeous, classy, sleek, versatile. These boots, lined in pure white leather, feel and look luxurious. They seem to be constructed to last, and they\'ll never go out of style. The subtle detail of the eel skin is unusual and beautiful. The only caveat is that the size seems to run a little snug -- but I\'m trying them on on a steaming hot August afternoon. In cooler weather I imagine they\'ll fit more comfortably -- and I think they might also stretch a bit. Also (thanks Zappos!), I received these in record time, at no extra charge. Couldn\'t ask for better.

Really cute look, but unfortunately a bit narrow in the calf. My legs are toned, but not big; it was a bit surprising to find that I could not even pull one of the boots up all the way, not a problem I've generally had with boots. Too bad, as I liked the look; they would have been great with a shorter straight skirt. Foot size (length and width) was fine, just very narrow calves.

Comfortable for the height - If you're an avid heel wearer, you'll find these sandals to be very comfortable. The thick, soft leather straps hug your foot, and there is a triple snap closure so you can adjust the heel strap according to your individual heel thickness. However, if you do not wear high heels often, you'll find the foot angle rather steep, and with only the wrap around heel strap, it might be a challenge to keep your balance. Your heel does raise away from the shoe a little, while walking, and then snaps back like in a flip-flop.

SM9314 - This is a GORGEOUS sandal but I couldn't get them to stay on my foot without slipping out the back and there was a gap in the strap across the instep (which is odd because I have a really high instep). I returned them but would have definitely kept them if they fit properly. Beautiful design and well made. Works well with a narrow foot.

Form over substance - I loved this shoe on line but when I got it home it was a horrible fit. The ankle is too wide and not adjustable and the foot bed is non-supportive. I still LOVE the shoe but hate that I must return it.

I ordered these and when they arrived heels, which are stilettos, were not 2.5 inches ... they were more like 3 inches which with a stiletto means less to keep you steady and upright IF you are NOT used to such high heels. And it runs a little wide so the combo of too high heel and not enough support made me return them. But don’t misunderstand these are beautiful boots, just not for me.

Love This Shoe - This ballet flat is so versatile. The silver weaving gives it just a touch of glamour. Looks great with rolled jeans or a capri.

Color different than pictured - The shoe is fairly comfortable to try on, though it offers very little support so I imagine it would wear apart quickly. I'm writing this because the color is nothing like the one pictured. It is a dark, grape-like purple.

FABULOUS Shoe!This shoe is absolutely beautiful. I have worn it with jeans over and over. It also looks great with a brown skirt or pants, and turquoise accessories. LOVE IT!

The beads are painful - This is a well made shoe and it would be perfect if there were fewer beads. The beads are heavy and painful when they full between my toes.

These shoes are ridiculously narrow, although they are gorgeous! I ordered the gold mirror and they are darling! I just exchanged the ones I ordered for a whole size up. The new ones are on the way and I hope they have better comfort. Wish me good luck!

Cute, but...Looked cute in picture. Beads are a great shiny copper, but they flipped under the leather which is farther up toward the toes than I expected. Could not remotely attach the ankle strap - way too short to even fit into the buckle.

Great Looking Flat Sandal - The sandal is extremely comfortable but you must get 1/2 size larger. I wear an 8 1/2 but needed a 9. I also needed to stretch the part around the foot as was narrow and my foot would not go all the way through to the toe portion. I used my husband's shoe trees to stretch it over night. Once I did this I absolutely love the shoe and it is very comfortable.
