Overall:

Great shoe! I wear high heels every day to work, so I am definitely used to wearing a higher heel. I wanted a platform pump and found these at Zappos. They looked really tall, so I was a little nervous about the comfort, but my expectations were blown out of the water. These shoes are super comfortable! I had an event I attended the first night of wearing these, and I wore them for 5 hours straight, and my feet were fine! My coworker even ordered them, too!

These shoes are very cute and are well made. I have flat feet and lots of trouble with shoes in general, and these are the most comfortable heels I own.

I love this brand. Hands down, the quality and style are superb for the price! I bought these booties in brown, and the color is to die for. So classy and rich. I really wish I could have gotten these in 9.5, instead of 9, because at first, they\'re a tad uncomfortable, but nothing a few strides can\'t break. They\'re an awesome addition to my collection. I suggest getting a 1/2 size up, if you can. If not, just be prepared to do some major breaking in for the first week.

Love these boots! They\'re a great blend of riding boot with a dose of biker thrown in. So far they\'ve held up well to the abuse I\'ve thrown at them and I don\'t anticipate having problems with the quality down the road. There\'s a small section of well-camouflaged leather/elastic strips near the top of the zipper that will compensate for wearing these over jeans without making them too baggy when worn with a skirt. The one area I\'ve had some difficulty with is the width, as it\'s pretty tight on the outer edge of my foot in the pinky area. It\'s gotten much better as I\'ve broken the boots in (I should have used a shoe stretcher) but beware of this if you have particularly wide feet.\r\n\r\nOne quick note about color; I think the main photo for Clay is a bit off. I initially ordered these in that but it wasn\'t the rich, warm brown that I had expected (it\'s nearer in tone to some of the close-up shots). Nothing wrong with it, just a slightly lighter, cooler tone that I wanted.

I just got these shoes today and immediately upon wearing realized that they'd have to go back. As someone who walks around/is on her feet all day, these definitely are too tough and narrow for comfort. The upper leather is very supple, but the foot area is very hard. Also, my feet felt very cramped. I don't think another half size up will help; they are just very narrow boots, with their slightly pointed toes. It's a shame because they really are beautiful on.

I have these shoes in blue and I love them. They are a really flattering, classy flat sandal. I think they look much better in person than online. The leather is buttery and soft. I\'ve had to break them in just a little, just in my usual blister hotspots, but overall, they\'re just really comfortable. The fit feels maybe 1/4 size larger than normal.

I didn\'t want to spend the money but when I received the shoes I couldn\'t believe how much I loved them. The leather is amazing and well worth it. Zappos is the best. The ship immediately at no charge and are extremeley efficient. I love them.

Fantastic ankle boot! This boot is extremely versatile, and the perfect addition to my winter wardrobe. The heel is quite high, but the platform helps it not feel so high. I added a cushioned insole and was able to wear them for several hours the first time with no discomfort, after a summer of wearing ballet flats. Fit is true to size. They go with jeans, slacks, dresses and skirts. I love this bootie!

I was graduating and I bought the shoe from somewhere else, but they didn't fit. So I came back to Zappos where I should have came first. But I saw these shoes and I fell in love. They came overnight, for free, and the don't hurt. Love them.

Cute but...I really wanted to like these shoes, but they just weren't right. I usually wear a 7.5 in Seychelles, but I got these in an 8 and they were still too small. Plus, the round toe just wasn't very flattering on my foot. I wanted to like them, but they just weren't right.

I just bought these shoes yesterday, so cute! The heel doesn't look nearly as high as 3.5", and the glitter is in surprisingly good taste. I have them in black, where the glitter is almost a surprise when the light hits it. On the grey version, though, which I saw in a store, the glitter is more immediately noticeable, and (dare I say it?) perhaps even a little tacky. For the heel height, it is a decently comfortable shoe, ideal for taking a cab or bus, but probably not great for walking all over creation. The thickness of the heel does make it more comfortable and sturdy than a stiletto, though, and adds a cute, fashionable silhouette to the shoe.

This shoe as with every shoe I have bought from Zappos was exactly as described and was even better than the photo! Quality and value is what pulls me back to shop at Zappos. However, I have not yet discovered their depot in my area, as I cannot believe that they are not just around the corner from me!I have ordered shoes one day and they have arrived the following day! I now enjoy their VIP service which is amazing. Feel safe and confident when ordering online with Zappo you will never regret it.

These are great looking, thin-leathered boots with a nice autumn-themed colored plaid lining. I like to wear thin socks with my boots, and thought I could get away with the usual 7.5, but found the size to be a bit larger than I expected. But this could be because of the width of the boot, not necessarily the length. I ended up ordering a 1/2 size smaller.

I just opened and tried on these shoes, and I\'m sorry to say that I\'m disappointed. They looked so cute on the site, but the silver embellishments on the toes are much duller in person than I thought they\'d be. They even look like there\'s no plating or the silver color at all - just plain metal. Also, I generally have problems with the width of shoes if they don\'t come in a wide width. These are medium width, and that\'s fine. However, my toes are butting up against the end of the shoe. I would suggest buying these at least a half size bigger than your normal size.

These shoes are super cute. The only issue I have with them is that the sizing is a bit weird. I ordered them in my normal size, 8.5, and they felt a bit small. So, I ordered a size 9. The 9 felt a bit better, but my heels were consistently slipping out, particularly on my smaller foot, making it impossible for me to walk. So, I am sending back the 9's and keeping the 8.5's and hoping that they stretch out a little bit. We will see.

Like a comfy old shoes, but hot! Over the knees boots that are so comfy and looking great. Plain enough to wear flashy dresses, but still can pop when dressing down. I can really wear these boots with anything! For some reason I got these half size smaller and fit perfectly.

These boots are really cute and seem to be made well. I wish they offered these in half sizes though, because my feet feel a little cramped. I think it\'s because the boots narrow in the toes. If it were a rounded toe I think I would\'ve been fine. I\'m going to wear these around the house to see if I can break them in. If not, I\'ll probably be returning them.
