Ordered a pair of Sebago Schooners. They arrived in a flash. My size is somewhere between 11 and 11.5 Narrow. I ordered 11.5 narrow and that's what came. I appreciate the clear directions about wearing a new pair on carpet only to test; that's not the sort of thing you want to find out about when it's too late. I gave them a good "fit trial" and decided to keep them. They're great. I would say the size is a generous 11.5, not a skimpy 11.5. The color is fine, but it is a shade lighter brown than the picture on the Zappos site. Bottom line: happy Zappos camper.

Wow! What a great shopping and customer service experience! The shoes I ordered were perfect and I received them the next day. After receiving them I returned to the Zappos site and found the shoes I had just received were now on sale for less than I paid. A quick call to customer service and my credit card was credited the difference immediately with absolutely no hassle at all. Why anyone would buy shoes elsewhere is beyond me. A great shopping and service experience!
My boyfriend and I both purchased a pair. I have a narrow foot, he has a wide foot; fit was good both pairs. Appearance good. We wore them around doing our daily activities and they were comfortable. Unfortunately when we took them on a cruise and wore them all day, we both developed severe blisters on the side of our ankles. Neither of us have had this occur with any boat shoes we purchased in the past.

I ordered these shoes for my son. I was very impressed that they were delivered in less than 24 hours! I first ordered a size 16 N and they were too big, so I then ordered size 15 N and they fit well and look good. These shoes may run a little large since my son normally wears a 16 in an athletic shoe. I am very grateful that Sebago makes large sizes and that zappos.com sells them on their website.

Great deck shoe. True to size and it actually has some arch support. Comfortable right out of the box. Also, you cannot beat the service that you receive from Zappos. A few clicks on my computer and the shoes are on my doorstep the next day. This is the only way I buy shoes.

This was my first order from Zappos and I was throughly pleased with the quick delivery and product, You save so much time when you don't have to shop from store to store. The return policy is great but I didn't need to use it. I would not hesitate to do business with Zappos again

I had given up buying shoes in the internet because I was always disappointed with the style and/or fit when the shoes actually arrived. But someone recommended Zappos and I gave it a try. The results were outstanding. The shoes were exactly as they appeared and the fit perfect.\r\n These are vastly superior to the Topsider boat shoes I had previously been wearing. These are more styled and far more durable, better support and a much better sole as well as being very comfortable.

This is my second pair of Sebago Schooners. These shoes require no break in period and they last for years. Zappos sells them below the manufacturer's price and the competition's price, with no shipping charges or taxes to pay.

Ordered the shoes yesterday. Arrived today. Rocket delivery as usual. Ordered the Size 13WW because my feet are wide and usually order a W. Took the shoes out of the box. Put them on. Felt like they have been on my feet for months. A great and comfortable shoe. If you are not sure about the width - order the next width size. This is my 4th Sebago order.

As usual, Zappos was great. The website was easily navigable, the price was extremely competitive and the shoe, Sebago Schrooner, was as advertised. With my wide feet, I am always a little nervous about ordering without trying the product on, but the WW shoes were perfect. Of course, the expedited shipping at no additional cost was a bonus that was much appreciated. Keep up the outstanding service and product lines.

I really like the shoes. I normally wear 11 1/2 B I had to reorder and get size 11 B. The 11's fit great. Shoe quality is good and Zappos service is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Sebagos or Zappos.

These shoes are excellent. I bought several pairs.
I bought several pairs of these shoes over the years. They are extremely comfortable and require virtually no break-in period. I wear them for dressy occasions as well as casual events. They fit in well at either event. Quality is the best of any shoe I owned. You can't go wrong with this type of shoe.

Sebago schooner waxy brown -
Seems to be the exact same boat shoe Dexter used to make. Takes a couple of weeks to break them in and then you'll wear them until they fall apart - really comfortable. I like the look of the tan better than brown. My first pair was too narrow; Zappos exchanged them and I had the new ones in about two days! You'd be crazy to buy shoes from anyone else...

DIDN'T HOLD UP -
This was my second pair of Sebagos. The first pair worked hard and lasted. My newest pair, purchased in July of 2007 (worn very little) had bad stitching. I've owned them for 18 months. Leather and soles are like new. The stitching is coming apart on one of the shoes, and they're no longer wearable.

Very comfortable shoe!
I bought these just a few days before a trip to the Florida Keys. No time to break them in, so I wore them right out of the box. I was impressed with the fit and comfort. They do seem to run a bit narrow. They looked great too - whether on the beach or in the restaurant. Great shoe for the money!

This was a replacement for my first pair of Sebago Schooners. The leather inside of both pair came loose and fell out and I had to glue them back in. I love the shoes and had no problem gluing the insole back in place. The problem with this last pair is the stitching broke at various points around the side. I have had to have them repaired at a shoe repair shop three times. They feel great to wear, but I do not plan to purchase another pair of this shoe. I will try another style of Sebagos. I plan to try the Sebago Schoodic.
