These are excellent products. You'd have to experience the service to believe it. I had to exchange a Christmas present. The new product was shipped, and I was credited same day before old product even made it to the post office. On top of that the new product was a dollar and change more expensive than the old one but Zappos made it an even exchange. Of course, shipping was free even on the exchange products. All I did was drop off the return product at the post office and it was done!

I love this jacket! It fits well and it's pretty warm and cozy. I removed the ears and changed the buttons... I bought it for a wedding and wanted to give it a fancier look.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The sizing is way wrong. My daughter is a 13, and I have ordered 1 & 2 and they are still too tight and small.

I bought these for my 2 and 4 year old. I usually buy the Bizzy Betty Skechers flip flop as they have a lot of support for a toddlers foot and are so easy to walk in. These are actually a great flip flop for the little ones. I had to send them both back for the next size...they run a little small, but they are adorable and hopefully will wear well through the summer!

My daughter loves this jacket, and it is adorable on her. It is not a shell but has less insulation than some jackets. It is roomy enough to add layers underneath for additional warmth. It has a powder skirt, but additional features like pit zips and extra pockets would bump it up to 5 stars. It looks great with light grey ski pants.

I sent this hoodie to my 10 year old niece for Christmas and she loves it. She told me she wears it all the time.

Super cute suit. Great colors, fun buttons on the top (hard to see unless you zoom in) and the crisscross back keeps the top in place. Roxy suits wear very well and my daughter loves this one!

Good fit. Not too exposing in the bottom for a mother to be comfortable but small enough for a tween to still like it. Good color and washes well.

I bought this adorable bathing suit for my daughter, who is very petite and thin for her age. It looks very cute on her. The top is designed for girls with more mature figures, so it takes some adjusting in order to prevent the front panels from revealing her chest.

Great fashion but a little thinner material than I thought. Tie string in front just for looks - having a cinching at waist always helps with fitting kid's waists.

I bought this for my daughter as winter quickly approached. She absolutely loves it, it fits well, has a lot of ways to cinch up the bottom for when the snows come. It was a good purchase.

A Christmas gift for my niece. She loved them and is wearing them daily. Great slipper that's not the same as all the one's in the store and not too juvenile.

My daughter loves these shoes. She loves the lining. You should note that these shoes have no cushion whatsoever, so it feels like wearing fuzzy socks and no shoes so if your child needs support or has any foot issues these are not the shoes for you. I have these in my size and it is a bit of an issue. I also had to purchase a 1/2 size up for myself, so I did the same for my daughter and they seem slightly loose. Still, very cute shoe and comfortable as long as you don't require a performance shoe.

Bought this purse for mt 7 year old niece. It was so cute, had to get one for my granddaughter also. Perfect size for a 7 year old. Ordered it one day, was here the next. Same for reorder!

This shirt looks adorable on screen, but really tattered and distressed live. It's not worth the price. Also, sizing runs small.

I ordered on Saturday and got my order in the mail on Monday. I couldn't believe that! so quick on shipping and its free. almost to good to be true. So I bought these shoes for my daughter along with a pair of pants for my husband. My daughter wears a size 1 so that's what I ordered and they fit perfect just like any of her other shoes we get from the stores. I am very impressed and very happy. I will continue to buy from Zappos.

This book bag is tiny. Just fyi. Baby-sized...Maybe something for a 2 or 3 year-old.

My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves this bag! We got this for her because we are traveling south for Christmas (we live in Alaska) and thought traveling would be more fun for her if she had her own rolling bag full of novel goodies. This was the best purchase EVER! I'm also hoping to use this for pre-school next year! Plus, you can't beat Zappos's excellent customer service and fast shipping!
